If @ViCustomerCare goes bankrupt then it would be major loss to all stakeholders, government being the biggest. Government should take necessary steps to save the company, jobs and investments. Entire equity can be written down and new investors can be brought in.

@ViCustomerCare horrible customer service by you Tardeo, Mumbai Gallery. Asking a Senior Citizen who has been operated to visit the gallery for a duplicate SIM. No wonder customers are porting and you are on the verge on closing.

@dineshdhakal @ViCustomerCare This is a known issue with VoLTE affecting certain numbers / operators. If its urgent, turn off VoLTE / HD Calling temporarily & u shud b able to receive incoming calls. Its that simple. But BOT @ViCustomerCare & their useless Reps wil not help u. Let me know if it worked. Cheers
