  Went to @ViCustomerCare store for enabling wifi calling. That guy said, your SIM is old. Pay 100/- get a new SIM & everything will work. Went again next day, told wifi calling not working. He said "wifi calling is not there in this state!" Example of how people fooling others!

  @ViCustomerCare I have DM'd my number. Kindly note I have been chatting with your WhatsApp agents since 1:57 pm. It is now 3:05 pm and my query is still not resovled. Such long wait times to answer customer question & you then also put Rs 100 as late fee when you don't answer questions @TRAI

  Dear @TRAI @ViCustomerCare is sending unclear bills and their whatsapp agents are being very rude and not clarifying the bill amount satisfactorily. Kindly advise telecom service providers to engage in transparent billing and clarify customer questions.
