@ViCustomerCare As per the assurance given in DM the issue is supposed to be resolved on or before 10.19AM TODAY. But not yet resolved. Worst customer service and experience. If I’m not able to use the number why i should pay the monthly bill. It’s almost 7 days.

@ViCustomerCare To activate any service online facility is there but to deactivate the same we have to visit the store. Is this really fair with the customer. Recently I tried to deactivate auto debit service online via app and browser both and found its not working.

@ViCustomerCare Still I am not getting solution from Vi, it's been 3 months but problem is still as it is... Only word coming from Vi costomer care now it will resolve,,, even I changed the circle but still I am not able to make call / call drop issue,,, please don't ask me for this month bill.

@ViCustomerCare #disappointed very poor service I regret using this sim card. This problem can ruin someone’s career. I was stuck in a new city where my sim card was not getting any network. I am going to make sure no one in my family or friends continue using Vodafone.

If you have vodafone as your cellular service provider, there's high chances that you've recieved an SMS from “VZ-ViCMS”it’s a scam that eats your balance. Ridiculous response from @ViCustomerCare who do not acknowledge this despite numerous complaints on web. @vodafonein1 own up
