Dear @ViCustomerCare Why do you provide 4GB of data at Rs700/500? Vi network is sucking from 4days. You give lots of offers and free data from 12A.M to 6 A.M what we do with this when the network is worst. Even the message is not delivered in time. Plz pay attention toward this

@ViCustomerCare The customer service associate even doesn't have the manner to behave with the customer. When the customer is calling for the help behaving rudely using hyper tone and disconnected the phone even before the problem is solved.

@VodafoneIN worst network ever o have used at my home on 3rd floor network is working in 2g and at 1st floor there is no service or emergency calls is this the network? First I was jio user but I ported my jio to vi but didn't expected that I will face this kind of issues

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by you. I had bought sim yesterday but even the volte service in not working. And when I had called you, you say that I use 2G set. Now I am thinking of getting rid of this Vi sim. @VodafoneGroup
