    @ViCustomerCare Even after recharge it's more than 2 hours , recharge not updated in app or dis get any msg confirmation, This app is totally crap

    @ViCustomerCare I was told there would be a ‘resolution’ by 15th. All I got is a text that says you can’t find my money. And calls to my add-on numbers though I’m well within my due date for bill payment. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years. Shame on me I guess.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a pack of 2 GB / day for 54 days and today I finished my 2 GB data of today .Since I need more I recharged for 1 GB / day for 18 days so I can continue use of data today. But it is more than 2 hours and still my data balance is zero . Vi becoming worst

    @ViCustomerCare No response from your team till now. It is not a question of 2 rs, it is about the principle of being charged for a service that you don't use. It is waste of time, money and energy to argue with your customer service team every month to get the charges waived off

    @ViCustomerCare had installed a Vodafone Booster by Vodafone at my hospital in Colaba many years ago. No service or maintenance despite several calls to Custa Care. It just doesn't work and has never served its purpose. Vodafone customers still do not get signals indoors. HELP!!!

    @ViCustomerCare My due date for this month’s bill is 25th March. Yet a recorded message has been put on my phone to pay at once. I’ve been sent an SMS to call 198. I’ve spent half an hour already on 199 with not a scrap of luck. Can you help sort this out?
