    @ViCustomerCare Any update on this? I had already sent you the requested details. It is a really frustrating experience trying to reach your customer care. The IVR disconnects the calls automatically after some time. Haven't been able to speak to a customer care executive yet

    @ViCustomerCare No mobile network available on my no. 8080759151 since an hour.Every now & then your mobile network is off.What's the problem.Fix it permanently or else we have to shift to some other better cellular provider soon.

    @ViCustomerCare I already informed the issue to so many agents. Now you are saying it without understanding the issue. Vi store is not allowing it before 3 months. I certainly will not stay with Vi anymore.

    @TelecomTalk @ViCustomerCare Swarnali Basu best keep cheating. I never use data during 12 am to 6 am as she says. She is such a fraud that she keep lying without even seeing my attachment. I asked her to prove. .
