@ViCustomerCare After being told 72 hours, it’s been 9 days and still the issue hasn’t been resolved. Daily I’m getting calls from 10 different people from Vodafone who are asking the same questions and beating around the bush and not resolving the issue. @ViCustomerCare I am going to port out!

@ViCustomerCare hey vi recently bringing 5G in this year last but would you know I think vi needs to first improve their 4G network speed and calling as you know here at any location your net speed is too low and it's 4g always shift to 3g network

just visited @BSNL office. They told the issue is pending at Vi. Then went to @ViCustomerCare gallery & got to know Vi customer care is useless & will not reply. Experiancing the same too. It's highly disappointing & ridiculous. Now planning to go to consumer forum. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare just now spoke to your customer care regarding my network standby battery drain, which happens only with vi. I have been facing this issue in blore since a month. Ur customer care told me to port out of I can't wait.
