@PrasandhuR @ViCustomerCare It's third class service,they pretend by sending this kind of messages in DM and tweets,they actually don't really solve the problem,if someone comes and read this then they would think"Vi is good how they respond to customer in DMs and this kind of way"but in reality they don't.

@ViCustomerCare Zero network on my Vi sim. Why the hell did I pay Rs.1300 advance for your RedX Postpaid plan?? When there is 100% signal on my #Jio sim what is your excuse? Rebooted, reinserted but still the same issue all the time. @TRAI Should take action. @BandBajaateRaho

@ViCustomerCare trust me guys, There's no worse service provider than the vodafone in telecom industry. Like because of them i have spend around Rs 10,000 in fuel, Food, Payments, Parkings, And what not. Plus the time of like 50-60hrs till now if i combine, Never buy or port in.

@ViCustomerCare ported my jio number into VI evwn 18 days data was left in my Jio. Now jio sim has been deactivated and the dealer is not picking up phone I have no offers and plan in ny Vi number for now. Disgusting service

@ViCustomerCare my complaint no. V-125560089256 is not resolved since so many days.. Vi is just getting worse.. You guys always say tht the issue is resolved than just in 24hrs.. A new issue arrives in that issue.. Worst experience..

@ViCustomerCare I am a V! postpaid customer. I came to the Kozhikode store to get a duplicate SIM and they tell me to go to the Vadakara store. One more of my precious day should be wasted on that. I regret taking the Vodafone SIM My one day is worth a lot to me
