@ViCustomerCare Hi its a request to all of you guyz please do not use VI because internet speed is so poor and when I raise a complaint then customer care says that we will resolve this ASAP but nothing happens later, thought I live in proper City.

@ViCustomerCare customer service is actually pathetic! They have told me to exchange my sim to get the networks back and I have done that with extra 100 rupees which was just making a fool of someone. Still facing the no network condition. Very poor services.

@ViCustomerCare I have given up. @ViCustomerCare My number was ported into Jio successfully by @JioCare so now I don't have to deal with Vi's nonsense money hungry bullshit anymore. I hope your competitors take away all your business cos vi definitely doesn't give a **** about its customers.
