    @ViCustomerCare hey vi, I need to activate my prepaid sim which I switched from postpaid. I do not have any other vi number. Tried calling 59059 but it says no network.

    @ViCustomerCare I paid my bill like 2 hours ago, even after that you barred my outgoing, irony is I can't make a call to the customer care for my issue. It says please pay your bill to make this call... How can I not call the complaint desk?
