Very unprofessional and shameful that brand like @ViCustomerCare is not able to resolve my issue in 20 days. It is happening when I complaint 4 times on customer care and 3 times in twitter dm.

I think it's time to change my network operator but still what kind support you guys providing when you can't resolve your customers problem who has been using vodafone from last 5 years. It's very unethical and unprofessional. @ViCustomerCare Regards

@ViCustomerCare suddenly raining offers on me after I sent a PORT request. I had to initiate porting because Vi-(doesn't)-care closed my complaints without actually fixing the network issue. Miraculously, the network was a lot stronger when their retention exec called.
