    @ViCustomerCare 17 years ago my dad bought me a Nokia phone with Hutch sim card. Since then Hutch changed to Vodafone to Vodafone Idea. I had my ups and down with first two owners. Since the takeover by Idea, service started deteoriating day by day. 1/1
