Suggest some good telecom service provider, this @ViCustomerCare is failing in basic things too. My sim is showing full network, still my number is either unreachable or Not in service. WTF guyz #mayutalks💫

@ViCustomerCare This is 2022 and you want me to go to my base circle (2000 kms far) to get my sim changed from postpaid to prepaid. Not a good experience for a loyal customer who is sticking with you for 10 years. The only option left now is to port to other providers!
