Dear @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare being a customer since 2013 it's very taugh to switch your network for a little request (upgrade to 4g) which has refused by your support staff in cc.

This is very sad that how customers from NESA are deprived of all the facilities. I am trying to change the circle. They said that is also not possible from my home state. I am frustrated with the service. I am not able to get my OTPs. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

@ViCustomerCare The concern is not addressed and discussed. Calling and telling the same thing doesn't mean that concern is addressed. You are loosing customers because of such pathetic plans and services where you loot the customer on pretext of plan. Rs. 128 for sending sms, simply terrible.

2, @ViCustomerCare @vi_news @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Since last 2 month I got same reply and nothing got solution. If you not handle and provide networks which you have already customers then why you do MNP and make more customers. First make happy customer which you have already.
