    @ViCustomerCare Hello, as per Ms Neha ur Vi Store, Sector 11, Dwarka New Delhi store executive ur customer care executive responsible for email DON'T know the Vi policy. She didn't accept the confirmation to convert my number from Postpaid to Prepaid. I don't have money to Pay.

    @ViCustomerCare our whole Village is facing network issues since Last 3 days. Raised complain in VI App but no solution. We have only VI Sim and now planning to shift for Jio. Electricity is almost 24 hours. Looking for positive solutions 🙏
