@Airtel_Presence Dumbest customer service, sent DM for a query some 3 weeks earlier and made a fresh complaint pertaining to illegal use of my prepaid number to activate an @ViCustomerCare number, both are pending and you are taking own sweet time to address the issue.

@ViCustomerCare My sim is off from last one week, complained in customer care they logged a complaint and resolved at their end. No VI store is in operational at my town. I am not able to receive any OTPs.. very frustrating... Worst service.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI why VI is forcing it's customer to take postpaid plan after deactivating the Sim used for 5 yrs if not used for 1 month? Is there any regulation available? Not converting post paid to prepaid after giving multiple assurance?

Hello @Airtel_Presence i had opened two service requests regarding poor network and internet issues, and it shows expected resolution date as 2nd June. Why should I wait for 2 weeks when it takes me only a day or two to switch to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare
