@ViCustomerCare Hi I want to lodge a complaint against your executive calling from number +91 6391-390143 . He promised to reduce my plan to 299 from 399 with added benefits but has increased it to 499 instead . Please take action against him . This is nothing but fraud .

@ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Stp irritating people by calling again and again. I have activated DND services. Still you all continue to harass by calling 5 to 6 times a day. May be its time to port all the VI numbers of my family. @TRAI plz restrict these service providers

@ViCustomerCare Hi idea your company policy is very pathetic and your employee are lier who makes customers fool. their commitment are totally fake. When I leave the network they given me special offer and say don't do MNP. And after that they talking about T&C.

@ViCustomerCare I'm still awaiting someone to reach out. If this is what you call a Customer Service, it is better to close out the Customer Care branches because no support is being provided anyway. This is quite insulting and disappointing.
