    @ViCustomerCare I called Customer care. Asked them whats the problem. They say photo unclear for new Sim. So i asked what happened to old Sim then? means it was ok. since same error coming for both sims. No genuine answer.

    @ViCustomerCare I went to the shop, i bought a new Vi card as suggested by him. My new sim with old number still not getting activated. You seem to have faulty servers of what? What kind of pathetic service you are having? COME ON Do SOMETHING. Still not registered on network.

    @ViCustomerCare our connection will be activated by today only. How long it takes to activate the connection after submitting formalities ? Month, half year, year ?? Now our concern is we r not going to use VI service as u guyz are not able to serve and
