    @ViCustomerCare This is too much Vi We are sharing, repeating our problems everyday but aap log koi action hi ni le rhe. Hmare area 212503(holagarh) ka network day by day aur worst hota jara . Kuch action lijiye ni toh hum apna sim port karwa rahe.

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi
