    @ViCustomerCare Everytime We order the Sim online you Vi making us wait for more than a week and finally without any responsibility saying that our Order was cancelled and for refund have to wait for another 10 working days. So better stop online sim service providing system😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.

    @ViCustomerCare, your network has become so poor that it's hard to explain. Calls keep dropping, the internet is extremely slow, and there is barely any signal. Despite paying for a recharge, the service is unacceptable. Please fix the network issue in PIN code 274404 on priority

    @ViCustomerCare gaon mein I recharged with the ₹399 plan and ported to Vi on July 1st; the internet isn't working, and connectivity is poor. Please do something about this in rural areas.

    @ViCustomerCare, your 4G network offers excellent speed, but airtel's4G/5G network is very slow. Please fix your 5G network or switch users to a stable 4G experience. Why are you charging for 5G while providing such poor service, @airtelindia? I'm planning to port my number to Vi
