    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring your attention to a problem I m facing. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

    @ViCustomerCare just now there was call frm ur side, even though there was network service issue so I can't communicate with representative. Plz see d location in complaint lodged on app. SKNH hospital Narhe411041. Othr service provider hv network & not for Vi.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I have already submitted a formal complaint regarding mobile number 9990893***, which was originally used by me for nearly 15 years and is presently registered in another person’s name due to inactivity during my absence from India.

    Power shutdown = only E (2G) network. Even normal days 4G barely works. Many complaints raised, still no permanent solution. Doing anything or just “we are working on it”? @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 😑

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service, I have my number blocked since 10 days. No help from local Vi store as well as email team. Just keep on extending timelines with no proper help.

    @ViCustomerCare Just now I received SMS stating that the network issue is resolved but it's not resolved. I have sent back the complaint ID via SMS to 53933

    Can anybody tell me, which agency delivers Vi home delivery SIM. I'm waiting for three days, but no-one calls or tries to connect with me. This is very frustrating. @ViCustomerCare also unable to help. Feeling helpless. Already paid the first recharge amount online.

    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.
