    Show me a worse customer care set up than @ViCustomerCare and I will eat humble pie. Zero comitment; Zero seriousness & an automated menagerie spewing the same rubbish. How long does it take to attend to a complaint of excess billing that has been acknowledged by the co? RUBBISH!

    @ViCustomerCare My complaint number is V00956338069 for mobile number 9824106100. Its more than one month my issue is not reolved, number of times i visited vi store and also got call from your customer care to reolve the issue however it is not reolved. Kindly look in to this.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I am in roaming and My internet is not working. Customer care told me only 2G is available in your area. Also I cant call to any other toll free and customer care. Rather than providing solution, customer care agent disconnected my call. Kindly resolve my both the issue
