    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining to the customer care of vi for months now but the problem is not solved yet. It shows in their system that connectivity is good here but nothing like this at ground level.

    I regret to say that buying VI sim has been headache for me. Even I am not able to recharge through VI app. Worst service by Vodafone 😪 @Vodacom @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn

    @ViCustomerCare When i was doing MNP , your customer care service promised me that network problem in area will be sorted in two days , and told me to stay in VI

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 7 days back, Port my Airtel Prepaid number (92554-77558) to Vodafone Postpaid by Online Process & till now unable to Login Vi app.. Raised Multiple complaints but no resolution even additional 150GB data not reflecting..
