There is no speed at all for VI users more than 1 week during day time(worse than 2g). There is just no change even after multiple complaints registered with more than 4 VI numbers. Since 21st October 2021 my outgoing SMS are barred though I have unlimited recharge, correct SMSC number and replaced the SIM too.
