    @VodafoneIN Recharged with Rs 299 pack of 100 SMS per day offer. Still Messages aren't going through. Also the Constant Network issues is really irritating. Pls resolve ASAP.

    @ViVodaidea @ViCustomerCare Very bad service and behaviour at VI customer care point at bhopal I am feeling stuck why I choose VI service, 4 times I am visited at care centre but they are not doing single work they every time they make mistake and say please come again.

    The so called fastest 4g network is crawling. There is no speed at all for VI users more than 1 week during day time(worse than 2g). There is just no change even after multiple complaints registered with more than 4 VI numbers. Area Pincode - 462038 @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneIN @Idea @TRAI what is wrong with mobile services at bhopal. Pathetic mobile network. Network disappears the movement we dial a number and it happens to through out the day. Complaint to Vodafone-idea team is also not helpful. They closed the case with bad weather reason

    @VodafoneIN you are providing now worst services , time if 4 G you are not providing 3G properly I not getting your proper network I recharged with 599 for 84 for what is the meaning of it nothing my number 8878008400 you check how I am old your customer

    @VodafoneIN Worst service and cheating their own customers by adding the huge amount of 4G internet to post paid customers which is never use. i was @Idea customer for 8 years and never had any issue with their billing ! @TRAI #vodafonecheat

    Why is the VI network so down? I have recharged 399 rupees pack - For my mom I have recharged a 3 month pack, my brother also is using an active pack, but why there's no internet? Is that a scam? Why are you people doing this? I already have a DM. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

    Hello @ViCustomerCare - I bought a 3799 roaming pack for USA; got mobile data for first 2 days in the US (Jul 1-2), but not since then. Multiple calls to customer care haven't helped; in fact three times your rep has hung up on the call. Very disappointing. Please make this work.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI i had ported to VI considering that VI after merger can provide better service, however just 45 days and i am fedup and waiting for rest 45 days to port out. first time by VI’s grace my services are stopped and no support from vi store and customer care.
