    @ViCustomerCare @RavinderTakkar circles managed by idea(for e.g. mah&goa) is reason of subscriber loss for Vi. Control it by improving data speed and voice problem faced by customers in circle managed by idea. Also work on new APN to improve services.

    @DoT_India Respected Sir/Mam, I had already intimated the weak coverage issue to @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn many times from April 2020 to till now. But they are not interested in resolving issues in #kuruvankottai but they ask us to pay money monthly. But why?

    @ViCustomerCare I don't want service validity benefits, I want benefits of 56 days validity for UL pack which I've shared the screenshot for all 3 numbers. Why you're providing service validity instead of UL pack validity for 56days?? @ViCustomerCare What is your expectation from customers??
