@TRAI Sir/ Ma'am, vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare still not letting us send port message to switch service provider. You passed the instruction to let customers send port message without 179+ recharge but still we couldn't send message to 1900. Kindly take action as soon as possible

Part2- So the new modus operandi by @ViCustomerCare to increase revenue and minimise losses is by adding sales numbers by starting VAS on consumers' numbers without any consent or without request from cunstomer's end and when the customer calls back for refund, a straight denial.
