    @ViCustomerCare Very poor Customer Support at 199. Just cannot speak to the rep on IVR to lodge complaint about DND not working. Have already complained many times on Vi App. No result. Vi is deliberately allowing Spam because it earns money even if customers are disturbed.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm very disappointed with the network & speed that I'm getting since the company has merged. Used to be a far better experience with IDEA. Time to Port !

    @ViCustomerCare got my balance deducted 182 rs without any warning and date using by balance message or alert this it totally fraud to customer
