    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my Vi mobile number through a retailer yesterday, but the recharge was mistakenly done on a jio number instead of my Vi number. Kindly help resolve this issue and credit the recharge to my Vi number or guide me on the next steps. Thank you.
