    Hey @ViCustomerCare , will my Indian Vi prepaid sim get network in Sweden. Am going to be there for over a year and need Vi network inorder to receive bank OTPs only and no other service. I have gone to many Vi stores but nobody gave a satisfying reply, hope u can suggest on this

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, I just got SMS messages saying that you have requested for caller tune, and we have started the service, But I want to let you know that I DIDN'T request the activation of caller tune in the first place. Please deactivate it asap and GIVE ME MY MONEY back.

    @ViCustomerCare Took a new paid VIP number 15 days ago from business purpose, went to call today, found out that the outgoing service is Suspended, talked to the care, they saying that verification is pending, and will be started by the 4th....
