@ViCustomerCare Shut down your garbage network and start selling vegetables near roadside. Net speed is just ******, can't even tweet using idea network. Terminate your plan and return my remaining money. I am porting to @reliancejio or @airtelindia.

I have just spoken with customer care representative of VI. Reason of call was to disable the Corona message IVR machine while trying to call anyone and everytime. He said no it can not be stop. Now i am porting my no. My mobile no. is 8424001215 #ViCustomerCare #IDEA #Vodafone

@madhav852113 @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Coverage wise this network #vi is very worst, but data is good. Airtel data is not good but coverage is good. Choice is yours. It’s sure #vi won’t get improved. They don’t have any timeline for providing services. I will port once lock down is over.

@ViCustomerCare please enhance the network internet speed, it was giving me so nice and high speed long ago so I PORTED my Airtel into Vodafone,but now when i became a Vodafone user again i got to learn and worst experience ever, increase the internet speed or I'll port again😾💔

I so regret using vi sim. Worst service ever. I paid my postpaid bill 15 days before. And now they have cut all my services. I recommend everyone not to use vi. This is the second time and I am paying bill every 15 days.. I am going to change my sim. @ViCustomerCare
