@ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

@ViCustomerCare I am the prepaid user of Vodafone. How unlucky I am Nobody from customer care is helping me. Everytime they just put my call on hold and disconnect the call. Very disappointed to know that no one bother for prepaid customer. My query was relalated to upgrading my plan to postpaid

@ViCustomerCare There's network outage in our area from today (March, 3rd 6AM) early morning, still(9:31PM) it's not resolved. A day in my work is lost because I trusted VI network. Is there anything you can do and resolve or i need to port to another stable network? @TRAI
