@ViCustomerCare I realize you don't want to lose a customer. But I have received 20 phone calls from your people today asking the same question why am I porting... If this doesn't stop, I will port the other 6 vi numbers that are in my family.

@ViCustomerCare 1. When calling from other number to my number it says, "My incoming services are disabled." 2. Recharged with ₹39 it says validity of 16 APRIL. 3. When I try outgoing it says "Network busy" 4. When logging in to the app it says "Servers down!"
