    @ViCustomerCare @larsentoubro BC, stop 5G, first provide 4G properly. And improve network call quality and stop call drops. Can't even access data during call.

    @ViCustomerCare Honesty I never imagined that Vi customer service can be so bad. No wonder customers are leaving the network. I am in Saudi and from last 4 days trying to get my problem resolved. Getting the same repeated standard response from customer care and no solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry was your customer for last 6 years but there is no point now network was very poor in one of our location it is out of network.
