  @ViCustomerCare if any one by mistake selected wrong plan while recharge there are no option to reverse. By mistake I selected international roaming of 1 year instead of regular plan, I called customer care after 15 minutes hold he just reply there r no option to reverse.

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
