    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIT @ViCustomerCare Why everytime it is happening? Signal lost,no 4G,no internet even,for last 2 hours. Everytime I need to call your customer care Everytime they said need 72 hours to resolve. I have issues, they said ,need 72 hours, Every single time.

    Hopeless service of @ViCustomerCare continues. No otp is generated even after several attempts to login. And why sould I need to log in every time I open the app. Waste of time.
