    Brought new Vi postpaid 3 day’s back still unable to do tele-verification because of network issue. Never thought Vi will provide such a pathetic service. Even changed sim card twice but same issue. Now I understood why Vi is struggling to maintain customers. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Stability is the worst I have ever used. Can't even play a reel with these high speed and just got stuck after few seconds. Then always need to do airplane mode on -off then got resolved for sometime(minutes) but again same problem after time!.

    @ViCustomerCare I am having the network issues with my VI number in USA(Internat Roam). I contacted VI support more than 10 times but still i am not able to latch it on TMobile network. Now VI team suggesting to replace the faulty sim by visiting VI Store.pls help with it.

    @ViCustomerCare shameful to Vi I am not able to connect idea network since 15 days, is it 4G speed, doubtful...takes money for 4G speed and not provide the speed of even 1G....
