    @VodafoneIN 1 hr before one CC executive cld me and asked me about D issue. After explaining D issue I told him that I am willing to pay D amount minus delay payment & other extra charges4 which he said he is taking a request 2wave off. Whe I chat with ur team they gave a different story.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I applied 4 port out 4m @airtelindia on last 18apr. got a call 4m idea-voda executive with good offer & saying as I have postpaid so wl b ported in 6-7 hrs. Bt it got ported today. Nw am out f my home netwrk I can’t verify. am stuck pls help @TRAI @TOIGurgaon

They just want to cover up on their nonsensical service. And our govt controllers are just forwarding to relevant depts with no action.

    @Krishna1974 @VodafoneIN KK this is a problem I am having with Vodafone in Porur for the last several months. At last in the last 10 days one of their engineers came and told me my complaint is genuine, and that their main office will call me. That’s all my problem continues.

    @ViCustomerCare do you have any channel to actually let the customer lodge a complaint? The numbers 198 199 and chat support in your app is useless. You should have reviewed an exhaustive list of complaints before automating complaint resolution through IVR

    @ViCustomerCare Guys, without my consent, callertune is activated and added to my bill. I called cc and dey said I'll deactivate da same bt for refund let da bill cm & u can call again and request for waiver. I mean what nonsense of time waste is this? Can the SMM team help here?

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare not resolving issue. Charged 45/- in my one account and 20/- in another. Been three days no call no resolution. Then they will say its been a week so we can't process the refund. #VodafoneIdea chor!
