venkadeshvel (@venkadesvel) reported from Saidapet, Tamil Nadu@Idea @VodafoneIN I remember before jio came, I had to pay RS. 249 to buy just 1gb data for a month, which means it's transparent that how you were cheating the customer, as soon as jio introduced I switched over to jio, the time has as your shares fell to rs 10, u wil be kicked out completely.

I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻
