@VodafoneIN What to hear. U dont address customer issues. The worst customer care company in telecom. U are bothered about collection . Better to lookout for a banking business. I love this brand but bcos of ur poor service and ignoring customercomplains you made me the enemy of the brand.

@VodafoneIN @talk2GLOBE india number 9829133741. No service when in manila between 16 dec & 31 dec 2018. Vodafone says , they are not resp if partner not give service. I was connected to globe and i did not get service. I was given a statement with some data but really not usable bandwidth

@ViCustomerCare I called 198 today to register a complaint. Your rep answered the call, asked my concern and then he slept after putting my call on a loooooooong HOLD, then few mins later he hung up. Is that's how you treat your postpaid customers?
