    @AakashBhopatkar @VodafoneIN I thing its not a Vodafone customer (human responding) or texting, its a computerized (robot) message, repeating the same message to everyone. Have a look with all messages. They have all ready plan that not to hear a single word from customer. Wht they do/give we should follow.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone ppl,dont waste your money in just advertising. How jio company is growing faster in network signal that to 4g (real speed), nd u ppl just showing 4g but providing us (3g/H/H+). Its New india ppl need the fastest speed nd advance network.

    @VodafoneIN I don’t expect to resolve the issue because already 3 months gone from June 10. At least tweet and accept you’re incapable of providing voice service in a Metro city. That would really pacify me. Thanks

    @VodafoneIN amazing network. You call gets connected only if there is a 4G mentioned on top. Else you can’t call anyone. Disgusting Vodafone

    Had the worst experience at the @ChennaiAirport. If you need to connect to free WiFi by @VodafoneIN, you need to have a mobile number to receive OTP. Foreign travellers should be able to access Internet without a mobile connection. @AAI_Official should look into it

    @VodafoneIN @thakur_shivangi True consumers are the losers. Soon Vodafone will be bankrupt @Vodacom @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom111 complaining from June. Techie call and fail to attend. Issue persists. 9962222076.

    @VodafoneIN Hi Payal. My concern was not addressed. As per our discussion, the vodafone representative was supposed to escalate the issue to someone who can actually take a decision. Please don't pretend to close things out for the purpose of portraying positivity to you audience

    Even supplimentary service providers Hassel us at times. @VodafoneIN wants to disconnect my line for three days to switch my postpaid connection from my personal name to my company name.

    @VodafoneIN As per your sms u said that it wil rectified on 12th sep 2019.. But still network is very poor. We are unable to watch videos or unable to play online game..

    @VodafoneIN No Gipsy. You disconnected the call while trying to locate the store that I walked into. Or maybe the network dropped. Not my issue in both cases.

    Every since I put a port out request, @ViCustomerCare is relentlessly calling and begging not to port out. Suddenly, the signal strength has also increased and they have started promising to give the best services. As soon as one call ends, the second again from Vi beggars comes

    @ViCustomerCare Your service standards have gone from bad to worse. Your customer care is of no use and they refuse to transfer the call to their supervisor. I’m being charged needlessly for a Sonyliv pack which was under a offer with a data pack. Please cancel the same

    VI 4g these days is worse than 2g service Pblms: 1. Slow internet speed 2. Worst calling experience 3. Call drop occur many times 4. Many a times u call someone and they don't hear ur voice or vice-versa so u have to hang it up and call again Plz do @ViCustomerCare something
