    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Since Mr. Takkar and his entire Vi team is sleeping since 2 years and unable to resolve the below concerns: a. Ongoing call interuption b. Frequent call drop c. Poor data speed Thinking to move #Airtel with hope to not have above issues and better services than #VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I thought to change my Airtel number to VI. For the same reason, I have been trying your toll-free number for the last 2 days to know the process, but it's in vain. Now I think my decision is wrong. Your service is not good. Thank you

    while using phone call frequently cut the call again and again It's happening every time. I already complaint this issue many time to Ur customer care service. But there is no response until now. Nothing been sorted out.@VodafoneIN @TRAI

    2/2 @TRAI to pay Rs 500 approx which I paid amd asked them to terminate the phone number, they sent me a demand letter again in Feb and the same issue happened now in October they have sent me a demand letter again @VodafoneIN I am tired of this.

    @VodafoneIN All of us are working from home. The entire country is. But that doesn't mean that every time I recharge, in a few hours the balance comes down to 0 because you have activated some stupid videos thing in my number. I don't even know what that is.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I remember before jio came, I had to pay RS. 249 to buy just 1gb data for a month, which means it's transparent that how you were cheating the customer, as soon as jio introduced I switched over to jio, the time has as your shares fell to rs 10, u wil be kicked out completely.

    @ViCustomerCare While I have a 739 recharge on, unlimited data and it is ending on 7th June, why I am being told on customer service that I have 1 gb/day and your app is showing data limit reached ? And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.

    "The number doesn't belong to Airtel". Of course it doesn't NOW, because your failure forced me to port out! Disregarding a Deaf & Mute customer's rights is unacceptable. Big thanks to @ViCustomerCare for following TRAI rules perfectly, charging just ₹7 for MNP with a FREE SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare my vi sim is not working due to non usages. But validity just ended on 24th May 26. I am at Vi store. They are saying to port some other number to Vi postpaid. Then i it will be replace. Please help
