    Had the worst experience at the @ChennaiAirport. If you need to connect to free WiFi by @VodafoneIN, you need to have a mobile number to receive OTP. Foreign travellers should be able to access Internet without a mobile connection. @AAI_Official should look into it

    @AakashBhopatkar @VodafoneIN I thing its not a Vodafone customer (human responding) or texting, its a computerized (robot) message, repeating the same message to everyone. Have a look with all messages. They have all ready plan that not to hear a single word from customer. Wht they do/give we should follow.

The company should be banned as they take charges of 4G but don't provide 4G and don't even resolve network issues. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network ever. Data Speed in very poor. Coverage of your network is poor. In my area I couldn't load any video even my online classess also I miss from yesterday. After the recharge expired I will port the sim to other network provider.
