However, I still have not received any meaningful resolution. I have only received three calls from your team, but my issue remains unresolved. The SIM has been activated, but it has been activated with a different number. The premium/fancy number that I specifically paid for has not been provided. My phone displays the fancy number I selected, but whenever I make a call, the person receiving the call sees a completely different number. The fancy number I paid for is neither functioning correctly nor being displayed to others. I request Vi to urgently investigate this matter, provide the fancy number I paid for, or offer an appropriate resolution. I hope this issue will be resolved without any further delay.
