    @ViCustomerCare Urgent issue regarding my number 9990282014. Despite multiple requests, my wife was informed at the Vi Store that the number may have been allotted to someone else without notifying me.This number is linked to my banking & important personal accounts.

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare What I still don’t understand is: If my number hd active validity and KYC ws already linked to my Aadhaar, y ws it stopped in the first place? And if verification was needed, why is reactivating an existing customer’s number made so difficult?

    @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare A brand doesn’t lose customers because of one technical issue. It loses customers when frontline staff become disrespectful. Today at VI Store, Mayur Vihar, the response to a customer concern was: “Jahan complaint karni hai kar do.”
