    @ViCustomerCare your service is extremely pathetic, you have shut down my running prepaid sim card services and forced to take postpaid sim. I am visiting vodafone office every 2nd day, and no one is showing sincerity. Even no one is able to conduct a sim revarification process.

    @ViCustomerCare hey...seriously poor call quality constantly since many days. Also, 5G works like 2G. Can you fix the network issues? The basic service that I am paying for.
