    I applied for port of my number, then I got call from vi customer care and promised against canceling the port but now outgoing was disconnected, did they promised me to stop my outgoing services?? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare if the customer is out of network coverage then it is the customer's fault that you are charging for missed call alert also? Airtel and jio give free.
