    @ViCustomerCare No needs any DM. Your shortcomings need to be openly revealed here. Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. However, it is being written in the inbox that whatever network is available, we have to accept it.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The Vi network in my area is terrible. No internet and constant call drops. I've complained to customer care multiple times but got absolutely no response or resolution. Please fix this immediately! #ViNetwork #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare Stop sending 5G marketing SMS. My phone is on 5G Auto — sometimes speed is 5G, sometimes it drops to 4G. Network is unstable and indoor coverage is poor. Don’t claim “strong 5G.” Fix it first. If this continues, I will port out after July first week.
