    @kamaalrkhan @airtelindia @VodafoneIN If you really want to port, port to Jio, @VodafoneIN was better previously when it had Volte service. Now they don't have it.

    Vi Thinks I don't know to read English @ViCustomerCare I cancelled auto renewal of Amazon Prime and they cancelled paid service valid till 07 Jan 2027. When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 2 days in MX and I've been chatting with your customer care for network in MX. There has been no resolution and I need the phone to be working in the next 12 hours or so. Else, I'll need to buy a new MX SIM. When would this be resolved?

    @ViCustomerCare - booked new SIM on 04.05.2026 morning but till time I response from Vi. Very poor services. Kindly coordinate with team and arrange SIM urgently. Order ID- DCHD04052640576
