    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN @manojsinhabjp @PMOIndia @IndianExpress @TOIIndiaNews And i believe this must be happening to lots of customers. Now even today, why people use 2 networks, bcos they are not sure of getting connectivity. Means services in india are poor and we are being cheated.

Your technicians and i have been in conversation during the period in question and they asked me try various setting. They ack that it is not working. You covering up now.

They just want to cover up on their nonsensical service. And our govt controllers are just forwarding to relevant depts with no action.

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN @manojsinhabjp @PMOIndia @IndianExpress @TOIIndiaNews this complaint is for the period 16 dec to 26 dec 2018. And still we are forwarding. My version is i did not get connectivity and vodafone claims i used 122mb ( miniscule) in that period. Let them provide logs to Dot to chk.

    Hi VI good morning @ViCustomerCare @TRAI that for the worst service ever received by you,and if guys can even activate a sim in more that 45 days then you should just shut down you company and even after complaining about it you customer care executives gives ****.

    @ViCustomerCare A complaint taken on 21st November. I get a message that the complaint will be resolved by 22nd November 6pm. NO RESOLUTION YET. And to top it all, upon calling the customer care I am being told that the number has been restricted and there will be no network

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, What would it take to NOT have any SERVICE Calls from your end ? I am in DND but i have received at least 15 of them in the last 7 days. And every time i tell them not to call me, they say they are sorry and i will not get a call again. But it just repeats
