    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare

    From last night until now, I still haven’t been able to use my internet. After calling your customer care, there was no option to talk to a customer representative. How are people supposed to file complaints if they can’t even use the internet? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Seriously? I ported to your service from Bsnl, the sim provided was faulty and lesser I know boarded flight to different country, now been 4 months no resolution, customer care is so pathetic keep asking same documents again and again. Can’t do bank transfer nothing . Worst ever
