    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare from this morning no signal available. I tried sim resetting, mobile restart and few other basic troubleshooting. Why no tower with the network ? Location is Chennai

    @ViCustomerCare Been reporting mobile internet issues since December and now it’s April — ZERO resolution from . You’ve made me run from pillar to post. Every time a new agent calls asking why I raised a port-out request — do you people NOT read case history or notes?
