  Activate.. then a person from @ViCustomerCare called and said we will deliver a prepaid sim with the same number to your address in 3 days and she said the request is raised and wanted me to cancel the port request as so I did believing them. But no person or sim came to my 2/n.

  One of the worst customer service experience with @ViCustomerCare. I am being a postpaid customer of @ViCustomerCare for a long time wanted to switch to prepaid,vi store is 100km away from my native so tried to switch to airtel by porting and paid 250 rs with retailer to act 1/n
