    @ViCustomerCare I am using Idea phone ( now it is Vi) for last 13 years. My Cell no is 9689916267. Tentatively, for last 15 days, I am facing problem of " SMS " services not going from my phone. I am receiving SMS from outside, but I can't send the SMS to outsiders.

    @ViCustomerCare I hope that you will fix this ASAP. A lot of people must be recharging and losing Rs 20 offer **which was shown to them**and you know what - coupons motivate to recharge. Fix it !

    @ViCustomerCare Please can you help me to solve my issue. Since last 4 months we are facing the same problem and no customer care exec is able to help us. We have taken a family pack of vi postpaid and since last 4 months all no.s are billled individually. Please resolve.
