    Failed Company @ViCustomerCare. You activated my port but failed to provide the eSIM for 12+ hours. I use an eSIM-only iPhone, so your delay has left me completely disconnected. Taking a customer’s number and then denying access to the service is a serious failure. Fix this now.

    @ViCustomerCare Having successfully switched to @airtelindia, I can now breathe a sigh of relief, no longer experiencing issues with the XXX network and International ghost call problem.

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stopped using Vi is their problem with sending SMS due to this unable to activate upi, banking apps, tried resolving issue multiple times with customer care then in work fine for a week. Then again same issue

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I have already raised multiple complaints and sent several emails regarding the poor network coverage in my area. Every time I receive a call from your team, but the issue remains unresolved. #vi #networkissue #poorservice
