@ViCustomerCare I am not depended on your poor response.Hence don't want to get in touch with u either.poor response time poor customer centric approach.Don't have a attitude to resolve customer concern.I received 8 calls but no a single call was a positive response not even way of talking to me

@TRAI how fair is for @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare to force customer to migrate from prepaid to postpaid on context of KYC. We can support all documents and verification for KYC. Just not me another customer with old prepaid card was enforced too for his lost card.

SMS is not possible to send if customer have the amount in main balance, to send SMS minimum Rs. 128 plan has to be availed. What a plan by @ViCustomerCare. How the VI have the such a foolish plan? @TRAI please look into this
