    @ViCustomerCare Do not forget that we always has an option to switch now you’re not the only one and jio is way much better at customer service. I am unable to get any sort of help from vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to send SMS. 198 is not working. No option to talk to cust care in 199. Raised a ticket through chatbot (MNG-V00563903050) & it's closed but not sure what it was for. Sending sms is critical for many apps to validate. Pls look into it urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare The most pathetic network service experience. Now they’ve stooped down to a whole new level. They’ve barred my outgoing services and still charging me rental for usage.

    @ViCustomerCare wow what a service .. extremely disgusting and your speed is extremely poor and when you call for customers care they will say vi has not resources to handle your concern .. good
