What a worst service from @ViCustomerCare in a metro city (Kolkata) Even after repeated complaints no improvement of network in the area. Been facing the issue since long time , customer care of no help. Their app is worst when network is bad the app doesn't even open.

@ViCustomerCare Your customer retention team called and matched the corporate plan 299 instead of the entertainment 399 when I wanted to port out. Now I see that 299 has been applied only for 6 months? Please honor your commitment or there’s nothing stopping me to port out or simply stop paying

@ViCustomerCare I am the only one who haven't ported from your unreliable network at my home. Pretty sure many , probably important, sms messages and phone calls are lost since u don't invest in towers or build capacity for wifi calling in Bangalore ,Karnataka.
