    @ViCustomerCare Either you refund the existing top up amount of you want customer to double top up with new IR pack or continue till package is validity is over

    @ViCustomerCare No resolution since almost a week. Daily twice calls from the team asking if i have got a call. Nothing else. Just now when i asked them for more info, the guy simply cut the call stating nahe leni hei toh cancel kardo mjhe farak nahe padta. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare why do u have such a worst customer service?. Ur customer care agent is so rude , harsh and unethical. Please teach them proper way to speak their customers. I would never recommend any new customer to VI . This is reason u are being dead company.
