    @ViCustomerCare Hi have already mailed . My number is 9833296651. I paid the amount but never seen such service. I didn’t received any calls but you statement shows call received for 1 min. I am using e-sim for first time and this is the first error in my entire abroad travel.

    @ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

    @ViCustomerCare porting in to your network was a big mistake. Even the basic functions such as calls , call quality, sms service is very poor . Data speed is good but only 1 device can use data at a time .
