    Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    @RohitRiyaj @ViCustomerCare Check with others who are using vi dear. In my area no signal improvement for vi even after multiple complaints. Every network provider is same. They just care for money we pay. We just need to see which one giving better services in our area.

    @ViCustomerCare I recently got my phone sim ported from Jio to VI service provider and to my disappointment the services provided are not great. My VI sim is not supporting Volte and it's getting frustrating. Please look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.

    @Ami_Surajit @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Earlier we thought that after merge we will get world class services but I was wrong right now only Vodafone India 40430 & 40567 signal available in both WB & Kolkata telecom Circles and various issues we are facing like Voice call cracking in both 2G & VoLTE, data speed dropping

    @ViCustomerCare Posted you the issue number privately. Please Check the complaint history and resolve it if your team is capable of it because the same is not resolved since last November. Team just closes the ticket rather resolving it.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue stills not resolved but only the tickets are closed as resolved without even without confirming with us for a courtesy. Irony is that they don't even have the option to reopen the tickets. Are we jobless to keep raising tickets and speaking with ur non actionable reps
