  @sundar_s1955 @ViCustomerCare Sir, I had similar experience and Vodafone management was interested in resolving the issue, though I was the customer for longest period.

  Hi @ViCustomerCare Past last 7 days we are facing network issue. Complaint submitted MNG-V02116001514. Today’s compliment resolved message received but actually network issue not resolved. FYI . We have 8 users face facing same issue. @TRAI @airtelindia
