    @JioCare Hey @JioCare, are you even working? It’s been 14 days & my porting isn’t done. Got the physical SIM 2 days ago but still can't activate it. SR(SR0002ISKB7) raised,deadline crossed—no resolution. Opting to port to Jio from @ViCustomerCare through the online process was a mistake

    Goodbye @ViCustomerCare I have sent numerous emails and discussed on phone calls since 2017. Now I have finally decided to quit Vodafone after almost 20 years because of poor network and no solution. Thank you.

    Porting out of @ViCustomerCare due to terrible service, inflated bills & zero resolution. Now being harassed with spam calls every 2 mins. Despite denying all offers, they activated one without consent & blocked my port-out request. Last call: 9516139582 @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Mobile data is not working since more than 24 hours now. Calls made on customer care are useless as they're unable to provide a clarity. What's wrong with VI data services ?
