    @ViCustomerCare Ur DM r of no use . Should I paste the emails here so other ppl also understand my problem. It’s been 10-15 days . But no solution . Ur normal customer care ppl can’t access corporate sim details . So pls get someone from corporate who can solve the issue

    @ViCustomerCare You have fraudulently debited Rs 22/- from my money with you. See the attached screenshot. I have raised a complaint on 198. I will be reporting this illegal activity to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. Please refund the amount immediately. Stop such debits

    I'm still going ahead with the porting. Next time, @ViCustomerCare - you might want to care a bit more about a customer BEFORE they port.
