@DoT_India They are not solving problem i wrote many time to vodafone. Is there any solution where we can complain for vodafone. they are saying from last month our network is updating. But problem is same my mobile have tower but caller saying switch off i changed mobile also @VodafoneIN

Hello @ViCustomerCare, extremely disappointed by your customer service rep's behaviour(RUHI-9819750622). Absolutely negligent and doesn't call back for any service post porting the number to Vi. Is that how you treat your customers, not surprised why the company isn't doing well.
