    @VodafoneIN Same problem I told you, my phone have signal and Internet is working perfectly most of the time. I can call from there but when any one call me, they hear that my phone is switched off at that location, Please check there, what's app msg and calls are working, you can contact..

    @VodafoneIN Today I received a call from vodafone customer care +91 73510 95333 at 2 pm without listen my issue they cut my phone and did not call again. I think vodafone have not power to solve my problem. @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @DoT_India @TRAI

    @DoT_India They are not solving problem i wrote many time to vodafone. Is there any solution where we can complain for vodafone. they are saying from last month our network is updating. But problem is same my mobile have tower but caller saying switch off i changed mobile also @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I reside in Purwa Tarauha village, District Chitrakoot (PIN 210205). I have filed complaints numerous times, yet no resolution has been reached. You people simply keep saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but in reality, nothing happens.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, I urgently need assistance regarding an exceptional ownership transfer/KYC regularisation request for my Vi Mumbai number. I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have already emailed the appellate and customer care teams with all details and documents. Requesting escalation support or guidance from the concerned Mumbai/appellate team please. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring your attention to a problem I m facing. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

    @ViCustomerCare What's the update on this?? Customer service is absolutely pethatic. Neelam advisor, I would love top officials listen the call center quality of work. Poor, 3rd class. Let know otherwise I will port all my numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare @MoIB_Official I subscribed for an IR pack of 10days , Philippines from 12-5-26 the IR pack was supposed to be activated. I m able to make outgoing calls but not able to get any Incoming calls till now.Have complaint everywhere possible complaint no- 4-2DQPDX6C

    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G
