@TRAI From past few months I have been harassed with porting calls from @ViCustomerCare on a daily basis, at times thrice a day. I requested them to delete my number from their promotional database but no action yet. Pls advice course of action to raise a complaint.

@ViCustomerCare never recommending your service to someone. Your executive called that your billing amount is pending I cleared that immediately, but they never mentioned that I had a due amount too. Now all of a sudden they tell me adding the due I have pending amount.#NotFair
