    Paying for 4G but getting zero Network! @ViCustomerCare please fix the issue at Paldi Rathod 382810. Stop relying on pincode level data. Bilodra and Charada have great signals but we are left with nothing. It is very annoying to run outside every time the phone rings. @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the WRONG Vi mobile number via Google Pay today. I request your urgent help in reversing/cancelling the recharge and refunding the amount, if possible. The incorrectly recharged number: +91 8000******* Please help me resolve this issue. 🙏

    Shame on @ViCustomerCare! I was lured from @Airtel_Presence with false promises. After porting, Vi demanded extra IR charges per number, pushing my bill from ₹999+GST to ₹1355+GST for fewer benefits. Complaint closed. Appellate ignored. This is cheating, not business. @TRAI

    After 3 months of poor network, I finally recharged my Vi SIM. I avoided it because of the negative feedback, but I'm glad I tried it. Airtel and Jio didn't work well in my area. Now I'm getting 30 to 35 Mbps in Kolkata. Thank you, @ViCustomerCare! 💛
