    @ViCustomerCare Sir/Mam my new Postpaid Mobile number is suspended due to unknown reasons your support team is misleading and don't helping me at all and asking to visit store but the store also can't help me if a new postpaid customer is helpless then what will happen to other🙏🏻

    Till now problem not solved yet neither your engineer visit my address for checking the network you always gave a false promises, they cheated to us to gave false promises....gyz i am very desatisfying for service of VI network day 1 gave false promises. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i have applied for a sim , i am trying to port my existing sim to vi i have completed the process in online but the offline executives are saying they will not spend time on online orders and is not processing and saying they will cancel the request from their end
