    @ViCustomerCare When ever I raise issue with respect to call drop, no network coverage, low data speed I get same response but it's not fixed anytime.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Switched to reliance jio after careless vi customer care services ,vi i dont see any future for ur cmpny ur customer care services are ruthless careless and they dont even know how to behave with customers. I will also port all my family members sim

    @ViCustomerCare My sim card has no single issue. Went to VI mini store he said he don't have prepaid sim and asked to migrate to post paid by paying 150rs ? said it will take 5-6 days to get prepaid sim card ? Vi Mini store Kamothe 410209. pls look into it

    Internet inaccessible in my area since past 2 weeks. @ViCustomerCare, been calling these people the whole week and registering complaints. Each time I get told that wait for 4 hours and your issue will be resolved. Well guess what? Its not. Very poor service. #upkaworstnetwork
