@ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service. Since your delivery person (contact no.73040 57517 )contacted me and scheduled delivered last minimum 6-7 times and never tuned up. Customer care no.8141018180 told about situation but they also not providing proper guidance. Don’t buy VI sim.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vikram, In the month of December I got 2 separate bills one for the primary number of INR 1033 and other for 813*****84 of INR 756. Ideally I should get only a bill as per my selected Vi plan. I have raised 2 requests in this regard with resolution.

@ViCustomerCare worst network ever.Vodafone network always keeps fluctuating... mobile data doesn't works properly..i have ported from Airtel to Vodafone..but now i think that was my biggest mistake..i think i should port to other network .. seriously horrible, slowest network😠.
