    @ViCustomerCare Vi ji, We're back My SIM had stopped working all of sudden in Jan. I had to organize a new SIM from India in March 2022 Now, in June 2022, the replaced SIM has gone off all networks! I am not in India. And this is getting ridiculous. Is your hardware so bad?!

    @ViCustomerCare I got my sim replaced on Saturday. And till now I'm not able to neither recieve or send sms. I've been told by cc to recharge and I recharged 155. Still sms not working. I've dmed my number!
