@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia pl clarify, I hv 2 RedX postpaid connections. Due to inactivity I am surrendering 01 connection its been just 03 mths old & I had used the @NetflixIndia wid it. Even after payg penalty will I lose netflix? customer care couldn't clarify. Pl help!

@ViCustomerCare how does one lose network for over a week and not get immediate resolution? I'm without my primary number for so long now, it's affecting everything from my banking to vaccine. Ugh.
