    @ViCustomerCare @VamshiK14040764 I am trying to be polite. I have said that i am having hearing issue.. but you guys keep on calling me to resolve the issue. It is like harassment . All i asked is how much the store manager can charge for changing from Vodafone postpaid to vi prepaid? I paid all postpaid bill

    @TelecomTalk #vi @ViCustomerCare is waste network, this proves if BSNL start 4g #vi will vanish. Actually they don’t 4g network. Only cheating customers

    @ViCustomerCare @AJAYDHANDAR2 I have been scammed by your store manager. He asked me to pay 700₹ for porting postpaid vi number to prepaid . He says 300₹ for porting fee,50₹- sim, 350 for prepaid plan. Upon tweeting this here, mentioning my hearing problem, you are not ready to solve thru tweet or dm. Why?

    @ViCustomerCare you guys think you can charge me more for leaving your network? I'm not paying my last bill unless it is explained here. I want others to see why you guys are sending fraud bills. Also, I've INR 500 as my deposit money which is not reflected in the bill.

    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to change my postpaid to prepaid even after doing all formalities. Still your process is worst. It seems by your own inefficiency you want customers to port to another service providers..why are u punishing ur loyal customers
