    @ViCustomerCare My VAS- Amazon Prime membership suddenly stopped ... **I never requested to stop** 2021 Amazon membership expired on 05/01/2022 ... Hence I REACTIVATED it on 07th may 2022 15+ years Vodafone postpaid ... Sad

    @ViCustomerCare I had raised an issue with your customer team on 15 may via 198 and they told me backend team will call me and resolve the issue in 24hrs. After 24hrs, I called to ask the status and this time your senior offical asked me to drop a mail.(1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare day by day u r service is very third class even i r system not calculated correct bill also.....its better to switch #Airtel they have good internet speed ans service also

    @ViCustomerCare I guess this is the peak of all atrocities. I request you to activate an international roaming pack, and it doesn't work a bit when i travel internationally.. Raise multiple requests through the VI chat to resolve the same..but no response.
