@ViCustomerCare why is it so difficult to reach a customer representative when your assistant is useless. Through call or chat... useless. Shall I port to other service provider. Been an hour waiting for receiving OTP from bank for trx but no luck. No wonder you are sinking.

Hey @ViCustomerCare, I was your postpaid customer for years! And now i decided to switch to prepaid but still have you as my service provider. But after porting into prepaid and complaining about 50 times to your customer care team about my security deposit to be adjusted 500Rs/-

@ViCustomerCare hi, request u to kindly update ur CRM or whatever system u r using. Tell ur backend to upgrade ur customer system. I have paid my bill yesterday, yet I got two automated calls asking for payment after I hav made payment. Pls don't irritate me.
