    Then the @ViCustomerCare suggest me to go to the nearby Vi store for re verification. Then I goes to a Vi store. Without resolving my actual problem, They told me to upgrade my prepaid SIM to postpaid. So I disagree and goes to another #Vi store nearby.

    @ViCustomerCare Never opt for Vodafone idea.. they are fooling customers .. you will always regret by choosing VI.. customer care services are also pathetic.. and call drop and network issues are most frustrating

    @ViCustomerCare facing network issues at home, i had complained various times at your customer centre but of avail. Should i shift to @reliancejio or @airtelindia ? I’ll share my coordinates accordingly

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service from Vodafone Vi network. I recharged 30mins ago. Still it's not reflect. Still didn't get any message from Vi.
