My network has been blocked by @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIT @ViCustomerCare almost 8 days back ..Monthly paying bills but neither internet data works and nor there is any network. Its my official phone so can't afford to switch off any option to port the number.

@ViCustomerCare and take a photo along with aadhar card which is not possible as she is bed ridden and cannot move. So can for exception can you do the process with aadhar card and if you want any person can come with me to take a photo of my grandma at the home and issue a alternate sim ASAP

@ViCustomerCare It is very strange to see that even before resolving the problem I received a message stating the problem has been resolved. Even the store representative who was suppose to visit today for resolving the problem, didn't turn up. @ViCustomerCare

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I have lost my sim network, and I have face the problem after porting Airtel to Vi, I suggest to everyone please disconnect and Port the Vi Sim to Any other Network, because Vi network is very poor and Vi Customer support is not resolve my problem

@ViCustomerCare 1. Number has been transferred to postpaid plan just for changing the ownership. 2. My alternate no. ported to VI without proper explanation 3. Store manager literally shouting over my tweet. 4. Kudos to your problem solving tactics.

@ViCustomerCare I had gone to the service center but they informed me that as the Sim is 6 years old and due to merger of Vodafone and idea you are deactivating old sim and giving a new sim but for the process you need the owner of sim ( My grandma) to physically come to the vi mini store

@ViCustomerCare I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS DAILY TO THE CUSTOMER CARE ALONGWITH ALL THE SCREENSHOTS SINCE MORE THAN 6 WEEKS BUT NOBODY BOTHERS TO RESOLVE. THE APPELLATE AUTHORITY IS ALSO NOT HELPING..!!
