@ViCustomerCare Yes Vodafone are cheating customers. I hv roaming dcility buy could not connect outside Mumbai. They call and disconnect on second ring and msg that I cannot be reached. This in itself speaks of their network

@ViCustomerCare I had already tweeted for my sim which is not working for last 1 week the sim is with my daughter & I am in Abroad. As advised by VI i send her to Vi store at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. But the vi personnal told the onwer need to be present. What should be done

@ViCustomerCare Why everytime unnecessary services activated on my mobile number and ₹70 has been deducted in last 2 week and I am using this number in keypad phone. Same thing is repeating again. What a worst service.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, I just got a msg that this issue has been resolved so tried registering my email again but the exact same issue happened again, not sure on what basis your team marked the issue as resolved without any verification, this is pretty pathetic customer service

@ViCustomerCare My issue is both eSim & physical sim stopped working. When i request for duplicate sim i have been asked to remove my double face mask & face shield because they want to take live photo. None of ur executive were wearing mask, what is the safety measure for ur customer.
