@ViCustomerCare I accumulated that data in last 3 years. Return it immediately. That was the last reason I was sticking with your network despite of fluctuating network. Else I am switching my all 3 Vi numbers

@ViCustomerCare For resolution of my complaint- on 26th August, Refund of money wrongly debited promised date was 7 working days. More than 12 days already passed. today, I am told to send email for my concern, after which within 24hrs. They will send revert, about status.

Hello @JioCare @ViCustomerCare My aunt's place has a terrible network. The network is always at 1 bar which makes contacting her very difficult. Also, the internet doesn't work inside her house. Could you please fix this issue? DM me for the address and location.
