    @ViCustomerCare This is to inform you that I’ve ported simcard from Airtel to VI Internet not working from past 10 days. We trusted VI so I shifted to VI and also called for nearly 100 times but no expected response from VI customer care. Company cheated on me.

    @ViCustomerCare have raised a request for surrendering an old number.. cleared all outstanding dues.. but still being asked by your customer care to visit your store for disconnection !! Y do I HAVE TO VISIT ? I have not been using the number for almost year..but still paid bills

    @9085242993S @ViCustomerCare so called Vi CC 5 times and issue of a simple recharge not resolved. Everytime my phone was cut after saying we're transferring call. On the 5th attempt the customer care agent laughed and told me 'agar aapka call connect nahi hua toh aap kya karloge'

    @ViCustomerCare We already had that experience and lost some hard earned money without getting reply from customer care that how another no. could be recharged when i had registered the no. in app and clicked on recharge, not recharge for friend. No explanatory reply from VI.#VodafoneIdea #MNP

    @ViCustomerCare one of vi engineer visited and submit report before 15 days ago and since last 5 days I am taking follow ups on cell but there is no solution.. just avoiding phone.

    In case of more cloudy or rainy weather, the network switches from 4G to 2G. And the internet speed becomes very slow while making indoor calls. Please correct or else we will be forced to leave the vi side. @ViCustomerCare
