  @ViCustomerCare I have never accessed any games hub. Just woke up today morning. My phone was on airplane mode. When I logged on Vi network, I have received a SMS stating that I accessed games hub and I have been charged INR 20. I mean what is this day time robbery!?

  @ViCustomerCare I have recharged my phone no yesterday. But its shows no plan active. In previous month i have recharged with 100 rs. And same this month. Your app shows for complaint dial 199 and 198 but both no. Dont have customer executive whom i can talk.
