@ViCustomerCare After 10 Days, the number finally started now. Thanks to the Vi Store guys at bellandur. Things yet to be resolved: 1. Ensuring I don't get charged for this lack of service 2. Alternate number update 3. Customer Care number and Appellate authority unresponsiveness 1/2

@ViCustomerCare there is a connectivity issues in Vikaspuri, N D (110018) area 4 past so many days. Got sim changed 2 4G, but no improvement in connectivity. Could someone take care of this. The signal strength shows full signal but calls doesn't go thru incoming n outgoing both.

@ViCustomerCare What superior Vi experience are you talking about? Where you have 1GB internet per day but can't use because the network is pathetic? When I opt for English customer care service, they transfer it to Hindi division! 🙏just link up sim portability option.

In last few days, internet connection of #Vi network is not at all stable.There is lot of fluctuations in speed and network.@ViCustomerCare can't provide a complete network coverage with seamless internet connection. Still there is no network for around 2 hours. @DoT_India @TRAI
