    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI Team, I am facing a lot of problems regarding Calling from my number..it is not only me who is facing this issue..there is a huge number of people who are facing this issue..Kindly resolve this ASAP otherwise you will lose your costumers.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't you get customer detail from reference number i have already shared . Just because of VI network signal we don't recharge with unlimited plan. Come at my location and check signal

    @ViCustomerCare its been a week since ur services are down in shillong, Meghalaya even the calls are not connecting Do we pay u the money for free? This will be my last recharge in vi, @reliancejio is much better

    @ViCustomerCare Still the internet issue is not resolved. Not able to browse or do anything as network is in "E". Occassionally 4G shows but goes back to E immediately. Issue is same across all 4 vi numbers in the house. Frustrating to have such an issue on weekend.
