    @ViCustomerCare not a good staff for solve our technical issue's. I faced a big error regarding my #vi network but you assistant #kalpana named is not answer me properly or cut line in the mid.

    @ViCustomerCare lost my 1 your 2.0am to 3.0 am . It was my study time or I rest my whole phone setting or mobile network settings but @ViCustomerCare has no internet service provider. @vi_News plz do proper network even every proud to you

    @ViCustomerCare This experience clearly reflects a lack of customer understanding and support. Therefore, I have decided to switch to another operator. 20th December will be my last day with VI. I was a loyal user, but this experience has changed my decision.

    @ViCustomerCare I had made a credit card payment of ₹6653.09 on 2nd November though VI app and it has still not been credited to my credit card acc, and I have been charged late fees as well....tried calling the vi customer care, they don't have a clue about cc payment
