    @ViCustomerCare not a good staff for solve our technical issue's. I faced a big error regarding my #vi network but you assistant #kalpana named is not answer me properly or cut line in the mid.

    @ViCustomerCare when u people understand customer needs..facing problem for internet..its not working from last 15days.however i have alternate option like Airtel so i m not in loss..if i depend on VODAFONE then i have to shut down my business.waste of money.

    I am extremely sorry @ViCustomerCare as I am determine that I will port out to other network as I am not getting 4G data speed which I want mostly. in previous you guys called me and said everything will be fine from 3rd August, 2021 but nothing happens. So bye bye.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing huge network issue,4g becomes 2g internet service is almost shutdown can't use anything,and facing call drop also Location: Banipur prantika Pin:743233 I hope a better resolution from you.

    I have complained about the same but didn't get the pleasing response from Vi. So it's time to port this Vi sim to another network provider. I have realised that i have made a big mistake buying a Vi connection. Disgusting. @ViCustomerCare

    @Devinder_Sharma @ViCustomerCare To get get better service, we choose services of private sector, agree to abandon government service provider and also paid high price. But unfortunately, the private sector turned out to be worse. i wonder whether v will ever b able 2 fix basic infrastructure facilities in India

    I am getting a taste of @ViCustomerCare superb service. In just three days my phone goes off time and aagain saying the phone numbers that I call are 'not registered on the network'. What to say of the superb service, no one has contacted so far to sort out the problem.
