    @ViCustomerCare lost my 1 your 2.0am to 3.0 am . It was my study time or I rest my whole phone setting or mobile network settings but @ViCustomerCare has no internet service provider. @vi_News plz do proper network even every proud to you

    @ViCustomerCare your agent instead of activating an IR pack on my secondary number tried to activate the Pack on my primary which already had a pack activated. I was then charged as per the Always On Feature on my secondary number which I reported promptly to support. My due date is tomorrow & the case is still open. Please assist urgently @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare If we pay in full, network is your job—but even YouTube fails! Refund if you can't deliver. ​IVR claimed 100 towers/hr (~8.76L/yr), but you only have 2.2L+. Who is responsible for the 6.56L missing towers? ​Why charge 5G rates nationwide when it's only in 110 cities? Answer us

    @ViBusinessIndia Dear @ViCustomerCare, despite repeated follow-ups, I'm still being billed incorrectly for international roaming that was activated only to receive OTPs. Correct the bill immediately or I'll escalate this to consumer and telecom regulators for harassment and deficient service.
