    @ViCustomerCare not a good staff for solve our technical issue's. I faced a big error regarding my #vi network but you assistant #kalpana named is not answer me properly or cut line in the mid.

    @ViCustomerCare lost my 1 your 2.0am to 3.0 am . It was my study time or I rest my whole phone setting or mobile network settings but @ViCustomerCare has no internet service provider. @vi_News plz do proper network even every proud to you

    Hi ! Network companies there are 2000 Sim connection in my Village Rupana, Siwani Bhiwani. But Network connectivity is Appro. Zero because of there is no Mobile Tower in our Village. No one is providing us Connectivity please help us . @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare worst company. My used old number is deactivated for 6 months and now automatically this number is VIP and vodafone charging 2000rs.. this company is fraud. I complained many times still this no proper rly. Airtel and Jio is best company..

    @ViCustomerCare In your system, if a payment that I have made is not getting reflected is a fault in your system. Why are you sending a message that my bill is overdue and that if I don't pay my mobile service will be restricted? Take corrective action please. cc: @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 9 days I’ve raised the complaint on VI App regarding Voice Calls & Data Connectivity but till time no resolution/improvement on both and VI App showing complaint is resolved. Very cheap service.
