    @ViCustomerCare for one day late bill u will call 100 times. But for pending complaints unresolved issues u will give us 3 wrkg days. During Whc if I hv a roaming complaint I will hv already returns to base my roaming complaint unresolved

    After months of bad service from @ViCustomerCare I had no choice but to apply for porting to @Airtel_Presence from the group I was part of in Vi. I got the NOC on the company letterhead and submitted it duly through #Airtel to #Vi. And this is the response they have sent me

    @ViCustomerCare travelled to Singapore today. Activated the international roaming pack on 8th Oct for today. Still not activated. Stuck in a foreign country with no network. Still waiting at the airport for WiFi.. customer care unable to help. Whats going on???

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number yesterday and money was debited..but still showing no active plan..when asked customer care is telling me to recharge again...and they can't do anything about the earlier recharge.
