@VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN I lost my mobile with Vodafone sim.i replace sim card with same number but sim card not activated.i go to vi store and contact to Vodafone but not responding.i write person massage to Vodafone tweeter account but issue not resolved.

@ViCustomerCare not a good staff for solve our technical issue's. I faced a big error regarding my #vi network but you assistant #kalpana named is not answer me properly or cut line in the mid.

@ViCustomerCare lost my 1 your 2.0am to 3.0 am . It was my study time or I rest my whole phone setting or mobile network settings but @ViCustomerCare has no internet service provider. @vi_News plz do proper network even every proud to you

@ViCustomerCare , I have a old idea sim which is now deactive, I want to restore the sim, I have visited a customer care store in Burdwan, near Tinkonia busstand (wb). The customer care operator there forced almost everone for restoring the sim you have to switched to postpaid.

@Jago_Bharati @Sanjay_Dixit @ViCustomerCare Exactly same problem I have been facing since 1 month. There was no connectivity and very slow internet speed. So, I switched to other operator. They called me 4-5 times to request not to port. But they didn't improve quality of network.

@ViCustomerCare Week indoor poor network coverage, anytime network fluctuations indoor Problems, Lodging Buffering kr ke chalne wala 4G #Vi Wow kitna accha improvement #Vi kr rha hai, recharge krne ke Baad complaint pe complaint karne padh raha hai, phir Aajtak issues resolved nhi hua hai.

Best way of resolving customer issue is to ignore it and it will go away. Am I correct @ViCustomerCare . Dear @AdityaBirlaGrp do you guys even know what is customer service. In this issue my experience with @JioCare is too good their phone support team is helpful.
