Do the needful as I am not able to do the work from home and my work is held up due to this. You can’t enhance your network at least don’t block anything from your network

I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.

I was told a waiver would be given, then calls went unanswered, stores refused help, and the issue remains unresolved. Please act urgently.
