Pathetic service @ViCustomerCare Had to send 1 SMS to bank. I didn't had talktime, I recharged with 50 Rs talktime. SMS didn't go as I didn't had service validity. Then recharged with 118 for service validity. Even now SMS doesn't go. They say I need recharge with 128 again

@ViCustomerCare worst experience from Vi store ,migrate to prepaid from post paid , they rejecting continuously, as per vi social media team , re Visited store again. Same they rejecting , demanding to wait for 120 days @VodaIdea_NEWS is this way u are treating ur customers
