    @VodafoneIN I am not able to use Zoom Meeting client from your Bad Network, it’s blocking zoom meeting. Do the needful as I am not able to do the work from home and my work is held up due to this. You can’t enhance your network at least don’t block anything from your network

    Yesterday on @ViCustomerCare prepaid number I did a recharge of Rs49 which had 10 days of validity and 25mins call balance, but even after that I'm not able to call and when I contacted customer supported they're asking me to recharge with 155.

    @TRAI I was promised a lower postpaid rental by @ViCustomerCare marketing team to get me to port from @Airtel_Presence to Vi. Vi claims the plan dat was promised does not exist nd nothing cn be done. However, they claim to hv registered a complaint in d system against the sales person.

    @ViCustomerCare Issue no 2: Extra amount added in bill. I purchased a plan having PRIME benefits. I have activate using vi APP. While activating I was communicated that there won't be any extra charges. But after activation i got message that you will be charged 1499 in next bill
