  @ViCustomerCare Extremely poor service by Vodafone Idea (Vi). 3 din se internet band hai, DM me details dene ke baad bhi koi reply nahi. This is unacceptable. Fix this ASAP or I will port out.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare No response even after raising a complaint. This shows complete negligence & lack of accountability. I paid ₹6k for roaming & received zero service in Feb & faced similar issue. Still no calls or data working. If not resolved immediately. 1-2

  I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare
