Vimal Lakhotia 🇮🇳 (@vimallakhotia) reported@IndianTechGuide Instead of moving that yellow dot from bottom to top and spending million of dollars on logo change, best would have been spending that amount on Infrastructure to improve Network Coverage... @ViCustomerCare
-
susanta saha (@susantasaha26) reported@ViCustomerCare Only change in logo. No improvement in service, network etc. even the utility payment section in the VI app is not working since last 2 months and your customer service team has no update on that. Such a rubbish company

Shashank Tripathi (@Shashan47905317) reported@ViCustomerCare, Worst network speed in the name of 5G I get 1g speed, @airtelindia if I port my number to your service what is the best offer and service you can provide

Vidyut (@Vidyut) reportedUpdated gem from @ViCustomerCare Got a call asking if I wanted a new number or keep the same number after converting to postpaid. I said I don't want to convert to postpaid. I just need a new SIM. Guy says they can't do that. It can only be postpaid. I said I have paid for a plan until July 2027. Why would I want postpaid? So he told me to call 199. Already have. No way to talk to a human. He said he'll tell somebody to call me. Nobody did. So he can't help me, unless I want to waste my plan and pay for the more expensive postpaid. So basically, a prepaid card can't be replaced/upgraded to 5G in Vi? Giving it a couple of days before approaching a consumer court.
