    Issue with VI like my plan was 99 and they converted with 299 without my confirmation.And I am paying last 3 year Rs 99 only for the SIM as it always in roaming.And their executive offered me 6 months unlimited call,Per day 2 GB data,Hotstar,Amazonprime,sony liv.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Thks for response. How u run 2 pkges simultaneously on same mobile number. It is absurd. Must be way out if mistake happens. ur c/service told me, within 72 hours of recharge it can be reversed. my query sent d same day. Someone in VI has power to reverse it Or extend validity.

    @ViCustomerCare I recently did a port out from VI. I asked for the bill from your customer executive who called me for pending bill payment.They have not responded yet and bill amount is increasing, please note I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT TILL I GET A BILL. @TRAI

    @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is charging double bill. I paid my August bill still charged again in sept. Bill. I have mail regarding this but no response. Its mental harassment. I mentioned in mail also I am in hospital due to covid. Don't trouble me. #stopHarrassment

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Congrats bt let me xprss my bitter experience with Vi.I was a Idea postpaid customer in Bangalore 9844214105. Recently I got this converted into prepaid number at Hampinagar Blore outlet.Thou I used to pay my in advnce amt much beyond my bill was collected during conversion... 2

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir, this problem has been there for ages.I recently bought a Vodafone sim & the data speeds are extremely slow & no resolution yet. Moreover, I've worked in Telecom to know that there isn't any resolution unless taken up at highest authorities which common people can't access.

    @Benny_Dayal @ViCustomerCare Worst company just showing and giving flowers and doing nothing for customer this company as sold a sim & till now no one successfully made tele verification even called customer care now number is suspended i am facing issue as cant receive or call others customer care helples
