  Hey .. yesterday i recharged on my number with 349rs..as my sim was not in use since so many days so I recharged but my sim is not showing network..my money was deducted @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I don't really understand the delay from your side. My sim was verified and it was working but your guys shut it off and now I have to bear the consequences of it, while your executives can bring up the most random excuses to escape the blame when I visit the store for support.

  @ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?
