    @ViCustomerCare is working we have visited customer care office at sanjay place.they replaced the sim after providing copy of adhar but still it's not working after updating the facts... Please resolve it as I'm facing it's without of my any fault

    @ViCustomerCare Dear sir my employee having a sim of ur company bearing number 7900602397 It showing locked because he complained abt set lost according to ur data.but he set was never lost and he didn't make any complaint. And a surprising fact is that out going of that number

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team, I am using Vodafone service from past 16 years but never faced billing/network related issues which I am facing from last couple of months.Even not getting satisfactory responses from VI customers care. We as a customer loosing faith now from VI.

    When I complained about the complete #networkissue while roaming, I received less calls addressing the issue, instead received tons of calls for clearing the due. I have to keep explaining to every agent the same issue, why not have a centralized system @ViCustomerCare? @TRAI
