  @ViCustomerCare Every time I call customer care, I'm told, "It will be delivered today/tomorrow," or that my request has been escalated and that the delivery agent will call me. However, I have received no call, no delivery, and no update.

  @ViCustomerCare What exactly is happening? The entire Vi network in Raisen, MP has been down since 5 PM. No calls, no internet, and not even a single update. People depend on your network for work, banking, and emergencies. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately.

  Thanks for your reply @ViCustomerCare. I’ve sorted the issue. Still disappointed with my local network @CelcomDigi where I paid and no reply.
