@ViCustomerCare Hello Customer, I have not asked to upgrade my plan from Rs 75 to Rs 299 as i do not wanted 20 GB Data or any other perk , i am happy with Rs 75 Plan ,Without my request and without my consent You changed or upgraded my plan to high cost plan ,revert asap

Vi has always problem with network, but this time is enough. How do we live without network and why they don't understand. If they can't provide service properly they should shut down their business.They're loosing all their customers,but they're still sleeping.@ViCustomerCare

I think one they have to shut down their business like Aircel for their irresponsible behavior. There is only one option left for us that is MNP. But we lost our money and time in vodafone idea. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare I want to take your attention on my issue. The internet speed syncing worse even not able to open any application. Several times I have called to customer care for same concern but unfortunately still didn't get the solution. Mob number will inbox you.

@ViCustomerCare My sim is lost when i go your store they said that only this sim issue post paid not prepaid. But my no. Is prepaid. Why vi black mail when new sim issue any sim lost. Why not clise prepaid services when u not provide prepaide service better way. Pls give solution

@ViCustomerCare @razasyedkawsar You say right (I believe that ). How to see ? With out network . I complained one person visted my house he said after 1 hour your problem solved. Still pending I call this person last 15 days he not received my call.
