    @ViCustomerCare wow, you have changed my plan again and this is really not acceptable. We are paying unnecessarily for 5g with no 5g service. I did not port this earlier but this time certainly I will after so many years with the postpaid connection. Shame on you guys !

    @ViCustomerCare What is so secret in what you have shared in DM? You could have said the same in ooen forum.. It was expected anyway that you would directly transfer the onus on bank app even before investigating the issue.. Pathetic services.. This is the reason why Vi is losing customers daily

    Accessibility in the @ViCustomerCare android app is missing. Screen-reader users can’t navigate due to unlabeled buttons and broken TalkBack flow. This violates the RPwD Act 2016. Requesting urgent action from @CCPD_India & @socialjusticeHR to ensure digital accessibility.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Vi stores say they have no system option for Voter ID, even though it’s an approved OVD under DoT rules. This isn’t a small issue this shows poor system updates and untrained staff. How can a major operator function like this? No wonder customers lose trust. #KYC

    @ViCustomerCare 🔔 nahi karogi kuchh. This is ur typical & regular reply. Yourself u ppl says 3-5 days requires to solve issue, but u don't do anything. After 2-3 days customer forgot, which u want. Njoy ur job & service. Duniya gayee bhad me.

    @ViCustomerCare Does it take three months for transfer of ownership? Even after that my number is not activate and paid two months bill without using services. I have no option but to port out to other service
