@ViCustomerCare Please solve this issue at the earliest, or we will be forced to.port out. It is hard for old people to use this network with so many call drops and poor call clarity. Am sure wifi calling will solve this but that depends on whether or not you'd want us as your customers.

@ViCustomerCare Understand you guys are looking at increasing ARPU, but activating stupid caller tunes and VAS without customer consent and deducting money from prepaid balance is a crime. Kindly refund the money. This is the 3rd time money has been deducted. DMing number
