Dear @ViCustomerCare, my friend took Postpaid SIM (9919719285) Home Delivery; booked through my VI-App. Just after 15 days, you suddenly closed all services. The customer called customer-care more than 10 times for verification. Each time date was given but no call received. Why?

@DoT_India I received call at 3.47 pm i say come in evening after this call no one come at my location also @ViCustomerCare say 2 time we are not able to give a network in this area and this area not TRIBAL area in city area.. if not able to give service why customer pay money?
