    @ViCustomerCare Maine ₹859 ka recharge karwaya tha jisme 2GB/day mil raha tha, lekin kuch din baad bina kisi information ke 1.5GB/day ho gaya. Please explain and resolve this issue

    I have recently ported my mobile number from Airtel to Vi. Although the device shows a network signal, I am unable to make outgoing calls. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with the ₹859 plan which initially offered 2GB/day, but now it shows only 1.5GB/day. Kindly clarify and fix this

    @ViCustomerCare 1.5GB/day mere use ke liye sufficient nahi hai. Maine ₹859 recharge specifically 2GB/day ke liye kiya tha. Bina inform kiye benefit reduce karna unfair hai. Please restore 2GB/day or provide a resolution urgently.
