@ViCustomerCare A corporate request was raised to convert a personal prepaid number to a corporate post paid number. Without issuing the new sim and without informing us the existing prepaid sim has been deactivated. This is not done. Please reply asap to address the issue

@ViCustomerCare Guys would you tolerate this. Vi is not bothering to rectify this critical issue since so many months. At the place where I stay there is no N/W Singal. Because of this so many Apps don’t work.Problem logging in & OTPs where required takes very long.

@ViCustomerCare Most stupid and worthless telecom provider ever seen. Neither they can provide proper VOLTE. Pathetic poor network while calling. Like Uninor, Aircel and Docomo, you guys can shut down your network. Be genuine. Vi is not supernet, it's shameless net. Shameless Provider.
