    Hi @ViCustomerCare recently ported out my no from jio to vi thinking of you can provide me better service than jio but really got disappointed with your internet speed it is even worse than 2g just waiting for 90 days to get complete to port out from ur network #worstnetwork

    Today I have exchange a old idea sim to new vi sim (5:20p.m). Employee said your sim will work in 2 hrs . Still now no updates on sin no signal nothing is working due to this unable to use Paytm etc all accounts. Very bad behaviour VI @ViCustomerCare)

    @ViCustomerCare Today without my any Concerned one pack activation message received & amount got deducted. checked in VI app one pack active reflecting & i initiated deactivation. Now Customer Care denied for reversal of charge ...what a Pathetic service.pls address
