    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Please read the post again. The number is working in underground metro as expected. I said the network was lost when the train reached Science Center Metro and it remained lost even at Mahalaxmi Metro till I came out of Mahalaxmi. Escalate to investigate please.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already done the advance payment of next month Inspite of the fact that my number is postpaid.. My number is not working for the last 45 days. For which I have been charged. Kindly refund my amount of Rs 501. As I don't want to continue with Vi anymore
