    @ViCustomerCare I'm a Vi-postpaid customer.Very bad service, I have also given a complaint regarding this but till now there is no improvement,You fill your pocket only by taking customer's money. Do not provide such service to their customers for which they pay money.@DoT_India

    @VodafoneIN Embarrassing and non-supporting behavior of employees resulting in overall pathetic experience at Vodafone Store-Ranchi HariOm Towers. "Link nahi hai" is all they reply. This is the 3rd worst experience. Very unprofessional.

    @VodafoneIN Very Pathetic Service,Very Poor Service and Very Slow. Your company not able to activate 1 SIM, I visited your Vodafone Outlet Hari Om Tower Ranchi on 19-06-2019 for replacement of SIM but not activated till 25-06-2019,again visited on 26-06-2019 again received SIM

    @VodafoneIN My internet services got restored. Just removed & reinserted Sim card & it's fine now. Still I'll keep an eye on the service. Regarding issue I raised, it has been 6 days & your team still remains silent. I would like to get the Ticket/Token no. raised against my concern. Plz DM.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I'm a Vi postpaid User plan - 699 Unlimited Data इंटरनेट 🔔घंटा🔔 चलाएंगे जब स्पीड की💩टट्टी💩जैसा है । I am struggling with this problem since 2 weeks but till now no proper action has been taken by the company. @DoT_India 😡

    Highly unprofessional services from @VodafoneIN and rude behaviour from store executive of Hariom tower, Lalpur. Forcing me to be in post pay and asking money to convert to prepay by #Sonam, highly bad attitude.

    @VodafoneIN have been in Hardag, Ranchi and faced issue with No Network and it looks like Vodafone users in that location have ZERO network. It’s sad and pathetic service from a service provider like Vodafone. Jio & Airtel have shown better service in that location.

    @VodafoneIN My Vodafone app doesn't show the red basic plan and you think your call centre staff as well as your store staff had not informed me these steps. Really you should check my previous thread. Can you stop sending me standardized messages and give me a solution.

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst network with the most laid back customer care service system. Forget promptness,they reply as per their convenience with nonsense solutions to grave network and internet issues.I made a mistake buying a #Vi / #GigaHoax sim in the first place. #QuitVi

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ajeetram3 @ViCustomerCare Bro vi is using NSA technology for 5G service which sometimes shows 5g but actually it was connected with 4g you can download netmonster app from playstore and you can see NSA disconnected is showing to you which means your phone is showing fake 5g symbol but actually connected4g
