    Only false commitments by Vodafone On Monday I went Vodafone Office for the same reason. On that day, executive told that there is no any issue and clearly told service will not disconnect. Today same executive told for additional recharge for ₹ 99/month #ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN By the way your vodafone ranchi store is super rude. They had called me to inform that you need to complain on 198, I called them up and they heard who I was and then abruptly disconnected.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm a Vi-postpaid customer.Very bad service, I have also given a complaint regarding this but till now there is no improvement,You fill your pocket only by taking customer's money. Do not provide such service to their customers for which they pay money.@DoT_India

    @VodafoneIN have been in Hardag, Ranchi and faced issue with No Network and it looks like Vodafone users in that location have ZERO network. It’s sad and pathetic service from a service provider like Vodafone. Jio & Airtel have shown better service in that location.

    @VodafoneIN My internet services got restored. Just removed & reinserted Sim card & it's fine now. Still I'll keep an eye on the service. Regarding issue I raised, it has been 6 days & your team still remains silent. I would like to get the Ticket/Token no. raised against my concern. Plz DM.

    @ViCustomerCare, absolutely terrible experience trying to reactivate my SIM. Followed your re-verification link, submitted everything, and 72 hours later... still nothing. No confirmation, no network. Even your store staff has zero clues and zero accountability. Fix this ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Can you tell me if it is possible to simply call and speak to a human over there? The call numbers, phone numbers are expertly designed to trap the customer into an endless array of AI options. Is this intentional? do you not like speaking to your customers?
