On that day, executive told that there is no any issue and clearly told service will not disconnect. Today same executive told for additional recharge for ₹ 99/month #ViCustomerCare

It’s sad and pathetic service from a service provider like Vodafone. Jio & Airtel have shown better service in that location.

Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.
