@ViCustomerCare @TRAI It has been 6 days still waiting to get my issue resolved. All services on my number are completely stopped despite recharging with a valid plan. Service provider is not able to explain what they have done.

Hon. @consumerforum_ please look into this matter on priority... @airtelindia is running a crap app called #airtelthanks that take money from customer but don't transfer to resp. Companies and also don't bother to reply SM complaints.. @ViCustomerCare is just giving dates!!

Hi @ViCustomerCare I converted my vodafone no. from postpaid to prepaid yesterday, today in the morning my postpaid network has gone and no network is showing in prepaid Sim, your VIL store office at sadar bazaar agar is closed no response I am getting from him.
