    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I from Navsari , chikhli pincode is 396521 . There's been 6 years 4G coming in India but till now my area doesn't have proper 4G network. I'm complaining so many times but not solved yet.. So please solve the problems..

    @ViCustomerCare Hi ! I was offered to have 2 GB/day data by VI app, but when I did the recharge by VI app, I got only 1.5 GB/day and I got validity of only 83 days. When I asked to customer care, they told me I got what I was offered but I can't see it neither in VI nor in dial.

    @ViCustomerCare Today i again called to customer care regarding my complaint but customer care person again said " Your network issue will resolve within 24 hours". Aise kab tak pagal banaoge customer ko??? Bill ka payment every month deposit deta ***.😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare today I have very strange experience at VI store.After that I get disappointed and plan to write mail to care center but after reading tweets I drop that idea because you guys just don't care for your customer. BYE BYE Vi

    @ViCustomerCare most disappointing service. Following up since 3 weeks Last 2 bills incorrectly charged for international roaming. Please adjust bill asap and refund back Last month 1448. This month 8000 plus. I don’t have service in my phone because of incorrect billing issue

    @ViCustomerCare from past 10 months I am just paying bills without having internet connectivity. My number does allow me to connect with 4G network and VI customer care and Store have no idea why this is happening and now i am just fed up with this. Please resolve this
