    @ViCustomerCare I want to extend my safe Custody for another 6 months and the customer care is not allowing me to do so! They are ready to extend it one month at a time! That’s the most absurd rule of your company! Looks like you are happy in sucking the blood of your customers!

    Dear Vodafone, idea, Since customers opting for the ₹249 plan are receiving a 75GB data rollover benefit, I humbly request that you extend this same offer to me as well only then will I cancel my porting request. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Till now Vi team is unable to provide resolution on the raised ticket. Resolution due date was 6th May and issue of number disconnection is still there

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial @ViBusinessIndia Hello vi team, I have been facing severe network issues with Vi India in my native place for more than 3–4 years. Whenever I come here during holidays, I am unable to use mobile data properly and even phone calls do not connect.

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent you more than twenty five emails in last one and half months, but there has been no rectification. Called on 199 etc, visited Vi store twice. No resolution. Most hopeless service
