Hi @ViCustomerCare again same issue. I have not used any data or calls.. Got billed for international roaming for this.. This is happening month on month. Then charged extra for service tax. I am too frustrated with your services. @reliancejio @airtelindia please help

@ViCustomerCare Always a disaster, have been using their network from past 10 years have still not managed to get any support in terms of customer loyalty, rather coning me and looting money from my pocket. Shame on your servicing and definitely going to take it to the court.

@ViCustomerCare the most unprofessional and unhelpful network of all the orders. I have been facing so many critical issues with this network and unable to resolve them till date, there is zero courtesy in the entire team to be at least able to resolve problems of their customer

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI from the last one month I'm facing too much difficulty while getting or doing call, Even I did not get OTPs on time. Most of times calls are disconnected automatically. Is that kind of your network service? I think, I need to switch.

@ViCustomerCare is there any issue with network in kothrud, Pune? not able to make a single call from some days. Even when people calls me get number does exists message. Network is shown full but not calls.
