  @ViCustomerCare For your kind information, you have not made any technical adjustments to your network as my concern was about the network going off again and again in the whole area. Now its back to normal. But if the network goes off again and again,there is some problem in your network system

  @TRAI please note, i am a customer of @ViCustomerCare. 2 months back i recharged which gives 3gb/day. The pack ends today but my account is showing only 1gb left. I suspect Vi is intentionally/ unintentionally doing malpractices. This is cheating @jagograhakjago

  @ViCustomerCare Vi network is very poor in Bhimrad area. It looses tower most of the time, unable to make/receive calls. Voice quality is also bad. Please do the needful to resolve this.

  @ViCustomerCare Mazak baba rakhe ho network ko. Down for past 3 days in my location no proper 4G . worst than 2g. Open complain on vi app and email sent but still the same.
