    @ViCustomerCare I'm facing problems in internet connection. No matter where I travel in Bangalore, I'm facing same bad internet. I have raised lots of complaints and no complaints are taken seriously, after some days complaints got closed, but no resolution. What is going on?

    @ViCustomerCare No network since 2 days..even the tortoise runs faster than ur internet..Worst service even the customer care doesn't support.. I need my refund since i haven't used even 1 mb of data in this week..

    @ViCustomerCare VI service are not available Bolangir District Odisha it terrible. I am come from Bhubaneswar and stay 4 to 5 days at Bolangir i fully depends on Vi mobile network this is horrible .Here is no Vi networksignal .how I make call ? Vi number is my primary

    @ViCustomerCare Hope you are not responding only celebrities & solving their network issues on priority basis!!!! In my area ur network goes on regular basis & complete network blackout happening... Rest other network providers are working very fine but ur network is very bad
