@ViCustomerCare Who said it's disclosed. I have asked u not to call me again to give the same excuse. If u ask ur engineer & say that my network is alright than ask him to pay on my bahalf. If the issue is disclosed can u upload the call recorded that we just had. This complaint is active

@ViCustomerCare Please do something about your network I'm not able to use my data properly from last 3 week my network suddenly turn 2g and when it turn 4g then the browsing speed decrease most importantly the network bar catch only 2 bar and it affecting my work .#help

@ViCustomerCare If such unprofessional behaviour repeats. We all will do group port. I m waiting for the lockdown to get over. I have had the worst experience in local vi store & with u people at call center. My complaint is on till I say. Make sure this time either u improve or be answerable
