We reached in bali and she is able to call till yesterday but now today at time of calling its saying outging call are barred. Try to reach cstomer service by vi app,they said to rplace sim.     @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp
