    @ViCustomerCare Please close the call centers if you don't have trained agents, I called to care but the agent was untrained and forcefully disconnected my call , very poor service

    @ViCustomerCare I want to send a sms for MNP? Obviously, I want to get rid of the #VI network and hence trying to port my number. What would I do with the not-so-useful features of the Rs. 128 pack(minimum) which I need to recharge with just to send an outgoing sms for #MNP?@trai
