  @ViCustomerCare It been 2 days that i have no network on my phone .. this is not the first occurrence,has happened in the past and then i just get the network after somedays ..It a bloody helpless situation where you can’t reach anyone neither track the sms .. pathetic service!!

  @ViCustomerCare I tried my best, the network isn't that good, especially after the merges. I found the cold-calls really annoying, if possible please pass this info, so others may not move out. Thanks for responding.

  @ViCustomerCare very worst network in my area .....i registered my complain once in a week but the problem never be solved . VI doing fraud from us it takes lot of money of recharge but the network are very bad.

  Pathetic and poor service hasn't been able to use my internet from past 1 month. If complain is raised all you receive in return is we working on. If you are wotking on it then why isn't it working?? @ViCustomerCare
