  Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare I did not recharge my sim card for couple of weeks and they have suspended my incoming call service, I have not been getting any calls and missed all important calls.

  @ViCustomerCare facing network switch automatically many times. 4G coverage under home is very low. In window or outside home very fast 4G but in home switching to 3G many times. Please Solve my issue.

  All customer communication from the company is only done from the SMS ID ‘ViCARE’. Any SMS being acted upon which is not originating from ‘ViCARE’ is strictly not advisable. #vi @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea
