    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    @IndianTechGuide Instead of moving that yellow dot from bottom to top and spending million of dollars on logo change, best would have been spending that amount on Infrastructure to improve Network Coverage... @ViCustomerCare

    @kaleemansari1 @ViCustomerCare First of all, good decision. Support the underdog. Secondly, celebrities are NOT kings or queens. They’re just doing their job. Lastly, given how he went from Airtel to Jio to Vi, it shows they go where money takes them. Not their beliefs and values. Don’t be blindfolded.

    I’m extremely disappointed with your service. I spoke to your customer care team, but unfortunately, their response and support were just as poor as the network service itself. I have been facing continuous issues and have reached a point of complete frustration. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.
