To torture of customer is aim of @ViCustomerCare. Without activating of VAS by my side,many Times balance deducted 4VAS.Every time unsubscribed that VAS by my own due2 lack of time and never reported this issues. This habit is only for torturing.

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by vodaphone. I was charged thrice for amazon prime even though I never used it. Although they removed the incorrect charge, to add in the next bill. Now when I ported out from vodaphone they again billed me. @rmstakkar @TRAI
