    @ViCustomerCare And AGAIN... there is no signal !!!! This happens every 7 to 10 days. Most unreliable service from #vodafone and they have not be unable to solve the problem for over 4 months

    @ViCustomerCare I am going to port out my number if you don't improve network. I would join @reliancejio if you don't upgrade network.

    @ViCustomerCare hi i am user of vi and from last week I cannot make any call and receive call from my number and network is also slow. I have recharged SIM still not able to do so Please look into case and advice asap

    @ViCustomerCare I've filled in a separate number to get contacted on but the OTP is going to the number I want to port. Again, my actual number does NOT have any network right now and therefore cannot receive ANY messages. Kindly help.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi ji, We're back My SIM had stopped working all of sudden in Jan. I had to organize a new SIM from India in March 2022 Now, in June 2022, the replaced SIM has gone off all networks! I am not in India. And this is getting ridiculous. Is your hardware so bad?!

    @ViCustomerCare would like to port my number and postpaid connection to this. However, my phone has no network and therefore can't receive any calls. Can you recommend another option? I don't have another phone number to give

    @ViCustomerCare what happened to your network, your two of executives are directly denying that they can't provide it till evening. You close all the services just after the timeline and we have to wait for using those services even after paying in advance?

    @ViCustomerCare Just now received a call from @ViCustomerCare and they still don't have a solution to this issue. I am surprised that such a big brand even after 7 years still needs more time to resolve this issue. Was not aware that this company is technically so weak and struggling big time.

    @ViCustomerCare did you even read the tweet? I want to port to your network but my current phone no. is unable to accept any calls so you wouldn't be able to connect with me if I were to request for a postpaid sim delivery to my home

    @ViCustomerCare want to address this issue. In mumbai goregaon east station branch staff Mr Ashish Tavasalkar is so disrespectful and doesnt know how to treat its customers. Even after they know its their fault. Kindly address it asap and will definitely go to higher authority!
