    @ViCustomerCare I had taken a postpaid sim whose bill was paid by me on 26th November since then my number got switched off Whose complaint I made many times on customer care, they say go to the vi center, they say to call customer care me After which I went to the center also

    Extremely slow services and poor customer care was the reason to switch from postpaid to prepaid @ViCustomerCare. Trying to get an eSIM required me to shift to postpaid again. Harrowing experience in the last almost 48 hours now, and yet no eSIM. Jaan le kar maanoge?

    @ViCustomerCare I have DMed you both the numbers. I suggest you call on my alternate number. #vodafoneidea network coverage is pathetic! One of the reasons i want to port.

    @ViCustomerCare why does the internet data switch to 2G GPRS when im on a call? Just ported to VI and already facing issues. Unable to use internet data when on a call. What do I do about this? Pls don't ask to DM.

    I will try to complaint for @ViCustomerCare network problems. But Vi not responding to my complaint. I am complaining many more time but Vi ignored my complaint. I will suggest to Vi pls sell your company for not handle out from you. #happytohelp🤦🏻 #ShameOnYouVi #carelessVi

    @ViCustomerCare VI app showed extra data benefits but after recharge I only Got 1.5GB/day data. Tried to address my issue to customer care executives Sudha & Shubham From Bhopal Customer support office, they're telling me to do whatever I can.

    @ViCustomerCare But one number still was receiving a bill of 1299 , I spoke the same with your customer care ppl , they asked me to go and sort it out in store but , but the store people were saying they were help less and are asking me to talk to customer care people what should I do now
