@ViCustomerCare - Part 1: I have been using two numbers from VI, one for myself and other for my wife. All of a sudden my wife’s number is blocked and disconnected saying DOT guidelines after audit. Utter failure of the process here mocking customer service. #worstServiceProvider

@ViCustomerCare how incredibly stupid are you guys? There's a full DND on my number & I still get at least 2 calls a day from y'all for some crap plans! Sort your nonsense out. Invest money in your pathetic network rather than paying fools to harass your existing customers.
