@ViCustomerCare hi I am many time requesting for network coverage issue my area in vi customer care informed by various vi customer numbers but nobody not taken action area pin code 623406 but vi support simply told our team is constantly working your area.

4G signal strength is extremely poor (-109 dBm 30asu). It's always below -108 dBm be it morning or evening on both numbers. Please help. What's the point of double data if i struggle to use even quarter of it? @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India #SpeedSeBadho #Vi

@ViCustomerCare first of all WORST customer service both via call or email. It's been 10 days I am trying to get a solution to log in to the app but it won't send me the OTP. Customary care executives are dropping the calls because they're unable to understand the issue. Wtf
