@ViCustomerCare hi I am many time requesting for network coverage issue my area in vi customer care informed by various vi customer numbers but nobody not taken action area pin code 623406 but vi support simply told our team is constantly working your area.

Biggest mistake i have done by recharging again @ViCustomerCare after a month, acha bhla jio ki speed le raha tha,700 rupay ka recharge krva liya ab 3 mahine wait krna padega port k liye, speed sucks 100kbps to 2mbps aur jio ki 40 se 50mbps hai mere yahan.

@ViCustomerCare Pehle bhi number pe recharge nahin hua, tab wait kiya tha. lekin ab wait nahin kar sakta. Ab to aur koi option hi nahin bachta port ke allawa. Customer Car5e Service is also not reachable. Trying to Call Customer care from my own. But Call Disconnected.

@ViCustomerCare I had recharged today and the recharge was successful, but the balance and pack has not reflected to my account nor I have received any messages conveying recharge successful or failed. As the receipt received by Vi the status shown is Success.Please help.
