    @ViCustomerCare hi I am many time requesting for network coverage issue my area in vi customer care informed by various vi customer numbers but nobody not taken action area pin code 623406 but vi support simply told our team is constantly working your area.

    @ViCustomerCare You network is not in my village is poor but before 3/4 years your network is available on airtel tower but due to temporary shutdown of Airtel you remove your equipment from that airtel tower but now Airtel tower is restored 1 year ago please you also put network equipment on it

    @ViCustomerCare Still waiting for a resolution on UPE-V01142392355. It was supposed to be resolved by 12th but has not been resolved yet. No ETA has been provided and no one has contacted me yet. Is there a way to escalate this?
