@ViCustomerCare hi I am many time requesting for network coverage issue my area in vi customer care informed by various vi customer numbers but nobody not taken action area pin code 623406 but vi support simply told our team is constantly working your area.

@ViCustomerCare I have issue with Vi service's. Vi wrong committed with me regarding my bill on my number 9999079482. I will escalate my issue in public. I don't want to use ur service anymore. so pathetic service. I'll suggest my family and friends don't use Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Dm kyo jobhi hai wo sbke samne hi clear kro. Last 8 to 9 month se problem hai or kitni complain kri for bhi thi hal hai. Per month 500rs leteho or bdleme kya service diya aapne no network,no internet, nothing. 1 number ke fraud ho aap #fraudVI

@ViCustomerCare After complaining so many times they haven't understood the customer issues, there customer support are so rubbish and rude they don't know how to talk with the customer they haven't marked my complaint and even ended my call in between of the conversation

A customer can't send SMS with their balance. So cheap business strategy. This is reason many people left VI. We some old customer stayed with VI . But not anymore. You can fool us one time but not everytime @ViCustomerCare . #vodafoneidea #VIScam #vodafone

@ViCustomerCare I am fred up with VI and want to port out of VI .I have recharged with 49 RS Service validity pack ,have main balance still unable to send PORT sms.Customer care is forcing me to do recharge 118 Rupees Recharge to send to sms for portability.This is agianst rules
