    @ViCustomerCare Even worst is that Hry VI stores say that they cant take the complaint as its punjab’ number and wen i call supprt from Punjab then they say since number is working here so cant help.     @TRAI @DoT_India Despite change in guidelines regarding PORT OUT msg service. @ViCustomerCare is still not allowing customer to send port out msgs in lower value packs. Kindly look into the matter

    @DoT_India I had registered a complaint KAR-V00743216022 with @ViCustomerCare on Dec 12th that while calling my mother's @airtelindia number, it says invalid number. Just now upon calling 198 today, Mr. Amit said that issue is at #Airtel end. Can you please get it resolved?
