  @ViCustomerCare I was happily using a redex plan and after multiple follow ups agreed to switch to the family plan which I was totally not interested in. Later I opted for the family redex plan and cannot claim the benefits. Customer care keeps saying 24 hours but not helping

  @ViCustomerCare Still not resolved after several discussion. NO any TAT communicated. So I decided to claim the loss due to this.@TRAI @DoT_India Pls suggest, not getting any Solution from VI, VI is offering Post paid to immediately Activation. Is this barred for sale.
