    @ViCustomerCare Pls resolve my concern. If you do not have proof then let me know that you activated the service without my consent & deducted my money without my approval. If i had not sent STOP message, you would have kept deducting my hard earned money.

    @ViCustomerCare fed up with you guys. No proper network and complaining now a days gets extra amount added in bill on name of 1 time charges of extra value added services. Activating services Without letting customers know is good way for you guys to fool customers

    @ViCustomerCare and Every time when I am calling customer care,I always get different information about my problem. No one has a solution to my problem. I will not go with Vi in future, even if I have to pay more money to another operator.
