@ViCustomerCare I'm from Saharanpur, UP and I have very old VI Connection. I'm facing call connectivity issue. People say that they keep calling but can't connect. I shifted from Postpaid to prepaid because of that reason but not improvement.

I wonder how @ViCustomerCare will help me with a complaint, which I made for a plan that is exhausted now(& i was not able to use it), & which was closed without even resolving it! Now will either take my refund or I will approach #consumercourt for your exploitative practices

Once you are out of India @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea has no signal..no otp, no SMS. Even after recharging no signal and roaming won't get activated. Regret shifting to VodafoneIndia recently from @JioCare #Jionetwork

@TRAI please help! @ViCustomerCare is harassing postpaid customers by calling daily to upgrade to 501 plan even after DND and deliberately telling them that I am not interested. 3 times a day.
