    @ViCustomerCare sir your network is terrible in my area I am having lots of issue in calling and using the network for my studies . Your network always shows 2G here. Please do something otherwise I will port it to another service provider.

    They are not listening & keept telling me to forcefully cancel the port request. Have 40 missed calls. Please look into the matter as this is my choice and @ViCustomerCare cannot tell me what i should do.. provide better service to retain customers. Do not force them to stay

    @ViCustomerCare I have been in touch with the customer care since Jan 18 where I registered my first complaint, Jan 26 I registered my 3rd complaint and yet no solution to my problem, you will still charge me for my data pack but won't fix the underlying problems.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @MIB_India I complaint on 24th Jan about incoming and outgoing call issue, ande slowl internet problem. Today VF care call me and said that my problem solved. But now I'm facing the same issue.

    @ViCustomerCare today from VF care Kolkata called me that the calling and internet issues, which I complaint was solved. But I am facing the same problem till now. I have the audio proof of the issue.
