@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ConsumerCourt_ vi is very very poor service provider and I suggest to my all friends don't use vi sim very bad experience with vi my all recharge are waste too much call drop nd internet speed is like 2g not able to browse any website.

@ViCustomerCare can we know when we can expect a VoWifi service for all wifi calling supported phone, I'm facing difficulty to connected to the tower and in that matter VoWifi will help me to stay connected. Why @ViCustomerCare is always stays behind in regard to services.

@airtelindia why isn't there any long term 3gb/day plans for airtel like 84 days or above. So disappointing. And the speed is getting down day by day rather than increasing, Thinking of changing airtel to @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare for better speed and plans

@ConsumerAffairs I m postpaid customer of @ViCustomerCare with 2 add ons & pay 1100+ bill per month.i have visited so many times to Vi store,sent mails & reminders to cust care.But they have the worst cust care support in whole industry & harrassing me mentally, economically.

@ViCustomerCare How long does it take for your representative to get back on the above issue. It's been like 3rd day. All the representative are so busy??? This is one main reason I changed my network. No proper customer service... No wonder such a worst network I have ever used...

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI Let me Expose you now. Vi Store is in next building to me. ur employees here get coverage; customers don't. u've hideously implemented differential network speed for prime customers vis a vis prepaid customers. Moreover, if coverage is poor, compensate me.

@ViCustomerCare I m postpaid customer with 2 add on.i have visited so many times to Vi store, sent mails & reminders to cust care. But u have the worst cust care support in whole industry. U don't even respond to any mail or complain. Porting to airtel.
