    Hey @ViCustomerCare why is Vodafone calling me everyday to buy additional number? I don't want any additional number. Also the people who call, are pretty rude when you ask them to take of the number from their calling list.

    @ViCustomerCare unable to change plan, send email. Standard response. Tired of visiting VI shop in pandemic. All documents provided in 2015 have automatically got reversed putting me back to a corporate plan under a company that closed down 5years back.

    I am using vi long time but now its services is to poor when internet balance is complete internet consumed alert service was worst automatically it's charge 1gb data Rs 20 the Bill amount was 4228, store service call centre service is very bad @ViCustomerCare
