    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Terrible experience at your VI Store near IMC Chamber, Churchgate. Visited around 2 PM, but staff refused to help, saying only one employee could handle my request while they argued among themselves. Returned at 6:20 PM, the same employee was out for tea.

    @ViCustomerCare No resolution till now, not even anyone reached as gesture of support. Pathetic customer service. You left no choice then porting to other service provider. @TRAI
