    Another provider replied, but @ViCustomerCare hasn’t. I recharged just 3 days ago, yet I’m facing issues. I’ve complained many times—via phone (198), X, and other channels—but no proper response. I need service, not excuses. Please resolve this ASAP.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Contacting @ViCustomercare is a pain and on top of it they providing a #solution doesn't seem to be possible WONDER how such a BIG telecom company is running when its #management doesn't look into own customers issue This speaks as updated by visiting gallery N updating the same

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry, i dont want to talk to any your personal.. I have shared you the location, I will wait for 1 week for Improvement, if not, I will port to jio or airtel. I am using this network from 2010 or may be be more earlier.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network services is so poor, need to turn on flight mode every minute to get the internet speed, need to call someone to restore the speed of internet, for what service you are charging u.s not even getting voice quality during calls. @TRAI please see this
