This is what your company's customer service executives call me on the phone That will be fixed soon and you will be informed. But till date it is not correct.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged 9948770970 with 19 rupees. The validity is till 21-Jun. Still i am not able to make calls. I am not able to call even customer care. Please help urgently before the pack expires.

    @ViCustomerCare Network Chor company vi .chorclass customer service team. Many time complain but chorclass service team not solution Aditya dibaclass company thirdclass quality customer service Totally fourthclass customer care team 6 month this problem But chor class vi employee not work

    @ViCustomerCare. VI signals are not good . I raised a complaint but it was closed with the reason geographical/ structure closed buildings. If you have any signal limitations like this better to display in website itself with pincode details.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi connection is really good but since today morning the internet is not working at all, network is full and not just me,all vi sim holders in my areas are facing the same issue, vi customer care not picking up the call instead just the 198 line gets hung up.
