@ViCustomerCare I keep getting subscribed to caller tunes packs. I nvr initiate these transactions. Everytime I send the SMS to Stop the service, I get a followup message stating that you have received my request for a caller tune. I do not want any VAS. Please put an end to this

@ViCustomerCare hey guys you seriously need to stop the covid caller tune. In times of emergency it’s such a waste of time. Atleast give an option to skip it if you can’t stop it. Every time I call someone I gotta hear the covid awareness.

@ViCustomerCare - Kept on following your Customer Care as I am not able to send SMS.Untrained professionals made me to recharge couple of times. At the end I was informed that complaint is raised for n/w coverage issue though my mobile shows full n/w VI. GONE MAD WITH Vi SERVICE
