    @VodafoneIN Hi Heena, This number is active but not detected proper coverage network in mobile as well 2g mobile so when you my problem resolve. We submitted this metter shortly to @TRAI authority and your company leack the customer data on the market.

    @VodafoneIN Your Minimum recharge for validity of 28 days is Rs.49. It may be a good idea to give 1 year validity for Rs.600 with some talktime and some internet value. Customer may be retained.

    @VodafoneIN It's A totally worthless Network. I have network issue since last 2 months & so many complait registered also. But now not resolved it network issue still yet. @VodafoneIN @TRAI Highly taken action of @VodafoneIN company for Network Specturm.

    @VodafoneIN @TraiIndia Still problem not resolved, i didn't get call from voda cc. New complain booked at 198. No update for old complain. I m asking for coverage at my billing address, it's at rajkot city and open tenement.

    @VodafoneIN I have too many complaint in vodafone, but still last 2 month network issue as it is. I have no call to anyone & Not use internt of Vodafone 4G. Now Finally i have to decide MNP IN JIO OR AIRTEL.

    The first day was guaranteed to be activated within 48 hours of complaint. Last Monday, after 48 hours, the number did not activated & I complained again in person & in customer care but no satisfactory answer was received from there. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India

Every problem faced by a customer nowadays comes with a response that " we cant help you, this is our policy " .. since when corporates started to implement customer unfriendly policies and becase so heartless to consider any exceptional situations .. every request invariably comes with an answer "No" in the name of some illogical POLICY ..

    @ViCustomerCare, absolutely terrible experience trying to reactivate my SIM. Followed your re-verification link, submitted everything, and 72 hours later... still nothing. No confirmation, no network. Even your store staff has zero clues and zero accountability. Fix this ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Finally I ported all by 7 number from Vodafone in that also got literally harassed by call asking what is the issue why I am porting they had n clue of any of complaints raised on social media and emails
