    @VodafoneIN Hi Heena, This number is active but not detected proper coverage network in mobile as well 2g mobile so when you my problem resolve. We submitted this metter shortly to @TRAI authority and your company leack the customer data on the market.

    @VodafoneIN Your Minimum recharge for validity of 28 days is Rs.49. It may be a good idea to give 1 year validity for Rs.600 with some talktime and some internet value. Customer may be retained.

    @VodafoneIN really bad internet service 000 kb PS speed of internet, single website not open or single application is not open really worst service of Vodafone as per your requirement I change a new SIM card I change my hand set but same problem facing no speed of internet .

    @ViCustomerCare Even after the 4 days of my tweet & total 12 days, there is still trouble as it is. Stores as well as customer care are not responding. If my number is not activated by you in the next 48 hours, I will file a complaint against you in the consumer forum.

    @Jignesh0802 @VodafoneIN Pls change the network either JIO or Airtel. I also change network after a very Good period of 17 year with Cellular One then Hutch n Vodafone n now Vodafone idea. In last 2 month I also tired of network.

    @ViCustomerCare Internet down since 6AM today. 2 times gave call to customer care. they are saying system is upgrading. Why VI upgrading system in morning peak time, why it cant be done in mid night just like Banking sector.

    @yabhishekhd @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare operators are already doing something like this. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.

    @ViCustomerCare How unprofessional, my complaint is closed without any proper resolution stating that it was just a temporary glitch, while still im facing the same problem, I have all the call recordings and proofs of the issue which is still persists. It's better to port of this pain.
