@jagograhakjago Since Dec 2019 I have ported my SIM to @VodafoneIN but I am not getting the service properly. I had complaint many times but no result was found. I have only one request to get my money back which i had invested with them.

@VodafoneIN really bad internet service 000 kb PS speed of internet, single website not open or single application is not open really worst service of Vodafone as per your requirement I change a new SIM card I change my hand set but same problem facing no speed of internet .

@ViCustomerCare Vi should train there copy paste Vi chat and call centre people. Without understanding they talk rubbish, when I am complaining that error is sim not registered, no sim error completely down , still they say u will get a msg or call 198/ 199 for escalation. How come i can call.
