@jagograhakjago Since Dec 2019 I have ported my SIM to @VodafoneIN but I am not getting the service properly. I had complaint many times but no result was found. I have only one request to get my money back which i had invested with them.

I would like to know what action had been taken by Vi @ViCustomerCare and if nothing has been done (which seems most likely) i request @TRAI to please pull up the service provider for making a mockery of the process.
