    @VodafoneIN I lost network while getting on the flight. It was available at the Rajkot airport. I’ve not taken screenshot for a change. Now don’t ask me the exact address for Rajkot airport.

    The first day was guaranteed to be activated within 48 hours of complaint. Last Monday, after 48 hours, the number did not activated & I complained again in person & in customer care but no satisfactory answer was received from there. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India

    @VodafoneIN @TraiIndia Still problem not resolved, i didn't get call from voda cc. New complain booked at 198. No update for old complain. I m asking for coverage at my billing address, it's at rajkot city and open tenement.

    @VodafoneIN Your internet sucks. In Rajkot we r not able to even open the pages. Will swtch it to @airtelindia if extra Tower is not put near Gayatrinagar by the end of Jan. and 'll lso make people to port into Airtel. Get Lost.

    @VodafoneIN really bad internet service 000 kb PS speed of internet, single website not open or single application is not open really worst service of Vodafone as per your requirement I change a new SIM card I change my hand set but same problem facing no speed of internet .

    @VodafoneIN I don’t want to go anywhere i want only solution my another Vodafone number is working properly and my number is not working from last month and yes I also change device and check for the same but only internet is not working. Network strength is only 1 point

    @VodafoneIN Your Minimum recharge for validity of 28 days is Rs.49. It may be a good idea to give 1 year validity for Rs.600 with some talktime and some internet value. Customer may be retained.

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ViCustomerCare, absolutely terrible experience trying to reactivate my SIM. Followed your re-verification link, submitted everything, and 72 hours later... still nothing. No confirmation, no network. Even your store staff has zero clues and zero accountability. Fix this ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Subject: Request for Equal Network Development in Villages Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express my concern regarding the lack of proper Vodafone Idea network coverage and tower upgrades in village areas. It appears that most network improvements and new tower installations are focused only on cities, while villages are being ignored. Village people also use the internet for education, online work, business, banking, entertainment, and communication just like city users. After the growth of work-from-home opportunities, many people returned to villages and depend heavily on mobile internet connectivity. However, we are still struggling with weak signals, slow internet speeds, and poor network coverage. It feels unfair that village customers are not receiving the same quality of service despite contributing equally to your business. We kindly request Vodafone Idea to: Improve network coverage in villages Install and upgrade towers in rural areas Expand 4G and 5G services equally beyond city limits Village customers are also valuable customers, and we hope the company will consider rural development seriously. We request you to take necessary action at the earliest.
