Ported to @idea due bad coverage of @airtel .. and ported to @VodafoneIN for the better data network.. but Vodafone has worst network... Nowdays I share hotspot of buddy whose with Airtel number..

@ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial I am still facing very poor VI network coverage inside my home, which is why I raised a complaint. Shockingly, VI closed it without calling or investigating. Such careless handling is extremely disappointing & unprofessional. Shame on VI.

@ViCustomerCare I m surprised n amused by @ViCustomerCare 's strategy. They reply to DMs quickly for sure, but asking questions in repeat mode to not acknowledge the issue and also not keep the request open. And changing SPOC to make sure the customer has to repeat same points again n again.

@ViCustomerCare I am a VI customer.. Looks like VI doesn't want to help. After taking recharge and money they have stopped service and no details is being shared. Now over phone they said that @DoT_India has shared details but nothing found.

@ViCustomerCare Your network is pathetic. Despite multiple complaints, you guys have not resolved it. Facing significant indoor network issue, call drops. Please fix it on highest priority. Extremely dissatisfied with your service. All my family members are on Vi network .
