    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Please provide a backup generator at our location permanently. Since there is no generator at tower site therefore when electricity get cut , the tower goes down. Send the tower maintenance boy to check the issue and don't ask silly questions in DM. Thank you.

    Finally after using vi postpaid for 3 month, i will port out because they only give excuses and not ready to resolve the network issue. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Finally free to port now.

    @ViCustomerCare unnecessarily troubling customer for just keeping number activated. Minimum plan is 99/- and has no outgoing sms, which is required for login to banking/other apps. Not everyone needs unlimited pack. But even when I have more than 350/- main balance, outgoing sms.

    @ViCustomerCare from 6 days suffering,I learned that u r unable to deliver the sim as u promised n u r giving severe stress to me in my exam time, so I decided to cancel my order and continue with my existing jio services, I sent a mail to u cancel my order and refund my money

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS my complaint id DEL -V01097179690 customer agent said that we need 24 hrs to resolve your problem but i gave you 48 hrs but resolve my problem if problem not solved in 48 hrs then i understand vi is very bad network provider

    @ViCustomerCare Hi i have Vivo v19 phone using Vodafone and jio. In jio it shows WiFi calling option but not in Vodafone why, and Vivo says it's Vodafone problem talk to them as I have not getting calls indoor and some times it says invalid number pls help in this regard.
