  @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

  @ViCustomerCare Hello Vodafone Customer care I took a new SIM for my old number Yesterday from your Outlet in Kalkaji Delhi I was told the number / SM would start functioning after half an hour So far after nearly 21 hours number still not working Please help Thanks Ravi

  @Subramanyam1211 @ViCustomerCare Well, for starters, The Royal British empire (where the Sun never sets, pun intended 😜) also thought of us as “Benighted heathen” to be of no comparison, so relax and take a chill pill! What goes around, comes around, especially in a “Free capital market” like ours! Let’s give Vi a chance to prove their mettle especially after they have come out of useless “REGULATORY” shackles, right?

  @ViCustomerCare I don't have any alternate number and this is a complaint against a vodafone idea number, probably a span from Andhra Pradesh which keeps on calling the entire day for weeks and when you pick it up it keeps on paying music ..

  @ViCustomerCare I have two sim one without any recharge plan and the other one with 365 recharge plan which provide 12 to 12 and 5G unlimited data But the problem is the sim with without recharge plan have 5g network but the sim in which I have a recharge plan never connects with 5G Why?

  @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to use unlimited 5G in my home despite being latched to 5G network. I use my phone as hotspot to surf the internet on my laptop. What could be the reason for this and how can I start using unlimited 5G at home?
