    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone whole day passed but problem is still remain in solved, this is the way you deal with your customers? No support thoroughly from your end whatsoever, only apologies and excuses. I mean how many days to active a number which is been verified already? More than 40 ?

    @VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

    @ViCustomerCare ordered a new Sim from Vi app with a selected number but getting a call from Vi that we are unable provide u that number. Pathetic service by Vi and no value to customer. It’s time to switch to other service provider #SwitchVi #fraudVi

    I have never seen a pathetic service provider than @ViCustomerCare . The team managing this account have no respect for customers . No surprise their customer base is reducing every day.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi.Just purchased a VI sim.I've a lot things in my mind but I'm utterly disappointed to say the least. The net speed is so slow that I couldn't even push this tweet through nd had to switch to my alternative network.All the ads for THIS? If anything, fix this ASAP

    .@ViCustomerCare We had gone to the customer care center today and your executive behaved with us in an extremely unprofessional manner and had almost damaged our smartphone by the way with which he mis handled & threw it. This is really unprofessional on your part!

    @ViCustomerCare I am feeling cheated. I am a very old customer of yours and lately Vodafone Vi has been charging me for calls I did not make and not giving clear explanations and only blindly asking to accept the charges. It is happening month on month.. Please help. Thanks
