@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone whole day passed but problem is still remain in solved, this is the way you deal with your customers? No support thoroughly from your end whatsoever, only apologies and excuses. I mean how many days to active a number which is been verified already? More than 40 ?

@VodafoneIN very disappointed with you. Worst network in our locality. Waste of hard earn money in these days of lock down. I have recharged my no. with 699 plan and now i am feeling cheated. I will never recharge this no. Big disappointed. Huh 😠😠

@ViCustomerCare without consent from the customer you people activate the caller tune and deduct the amount. Are you people not feeling ashamed of the same. A person recharging with a minimum amount to keep active the phone number, how can you expect to activate caller tunes?

@ViCustomerCare That means in case of any emergency, I'll have to wait for 30 sec before I can even talk to anyone. I don't find this problem with any other operator I'm using. Why is the problem only with Vodafone. Pls give me ur complaint escalation mail id and your regional manager's mail id.
