    @VodafoneIN for the last 5 months I am facing network issue in Kennedy Avenue are and GREEN Avenue Area.... lodged complaints so many times.... written so many mails.... then Sandeep of network department....8728968928 and Vishal 9292098639 are not answering any complaints ..

    @VodafoneIN It's already 2 months passed but didn't get any response. And why your indoor connectivity is poor,even I dont receive a call,it always show number not reachable.

    @VodafoneIN No one buy the idea or vodafone number. No one listen anything. Or no one will hear to resolve the problem. I am also cmplain many time but one ek msg will receive & after that silence is come

    Never take global roaming pkg from Vi. It is useless. Egypt no 4G or 5G & hours wasted complaining. Similar problem happened for S Korea. Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.

I don’t even know the original owner or whether he is still alive. nowWhat is the logic in asking for someone else’s documents in this situation? Please resolve this issue urgent

    @ViCustomerCare Till now no eSIM received . Even I sent all docs via email and also agent contacted me and took all documents via WhatsApp too including phone EID . Still eSIM not received . Network Signal not received too

    I submitted a SIM port request on 16th. Got confirmation message that it would be activated on 18th, but now my old SIM is already deactivated and the new SIM is still not active. This is causing major inconvenience as I have no network at all. Please resolve @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Without balance now the network is not coming, so suddenly I am out of network because My prepaid balance is deducting automatically for no reason.Every week this is repeating. Look into it seriously, don't force the customer to throw your SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare @Shantanuloharr Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support
