    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic VI network here in Pune. People are telling me that they are unable to reach my VI phone number. Also, my bank OTPs are not reaching me in time. Planning to move unless you fix this. Raised a complaint on the VI app but no response.

    @ViCustomerCare Now a days using VI sim is more irritating. There is lots of issue during call including call drop. And after repeated complain also their customer care don't solving this problem. So thinking to switch the sim to other network if the issue will not resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

    @ViCustomerCare just fed up with "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG" network connection lost in every 10 mins. then why sould i carry a postpaid sim in mifi ?
