@ViCustomerCare Did u even read the tweet??? Oh sorry u r bot...!!! I'm posting it after talking to customer care already. You will get in touch and give me the same answer. "Plans are designed in that way only". Now they can't send Port SMS until they pay 129 mandatory exit fee...!!!

@ViCustomerCare why did u stopped giving SMS service by default as usual? Now I can't send SMS even though I have cash balance & validity. Why? Coz my plan doesn't include SMS...!!! R u serious??? Just to send 1 SMS, I now need minimum rs129 recharge...!!! #fraud @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Very worst service by Vodafone. I have balance in my main account and already recharged with basic validity pack but unable to send SMS, while contacted Customer care, executive told me to send SMS I have to recharge with minimum of Rs.128/- plan. Pls Clarify it
