@ViCustomerCare I just just want to know do you guys feel ashamed of your service or not. First of all I after so many tweets and complaint it suddenly got started working only after I moved out of town. I didn't wanted to pay this bill also but I paid it because I thought let it be.

If customer made recharge from phone 299 and 179 something that is money our and @ViCustomerCare don't interested in customer satisfaction that's why they not focus on resolve the issue sending autogenerated msges only

@connectgurmeet I recently bought a VI postpaid sim, and I'm having a lot of problems with it. Sometimes my data speed is very low at 2kb/s, and sometimes I can't even make calls. Despite raising tickets, no action has been performed, and I regret getting VI.@reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
