  @ViCustomerCare hi, request u to kindly update ur CRM or whatever system u r using. Tell ur backend to upgrade ur customer system. I have paid my bill yesterday, yet I got two automated calls asking for payment after I hav made payment. Pls don't irritate me.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare, I was your postpaid customer for years! And now i decided to switch to prepaid but still have you as my service provider. But after porting into prepaid and complaining about 50 times to your customer care team about my security deposit to be adjusted 500Rs/-

  @ViCustomerCare I’ve port the my Sim in Vi , but post activation only 1day its working , next day its showing No network, i’ve visited to the service center & they replaced the sim card , after 3 hrs its working fine. After 2days getting same issue. No network, this is pathetic

  Is there any company that can provide good internet speed and calling without disturbance as my home is on 18th floor? I'm looking forward to port out of airtel because of poor connectivity and poor customer service. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare
