    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    Very disappointed with @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia . My wife’s SIM was suddenly deactivated without prior notice, causing major inconvenience. Customer care was unable to provide a clear reason. Request immediate resolution

    @ViCustomerCare as per yesterday comm. my problem was not solved, being 14yrs customer,u r teaching me to recharge,and *** to recharge.previous recharge remaining data 5gb didn't clubbed with this month2gb, i lost 5gb, it's ok if u don't solve.people are leaving vi, chor company

    @ViCustomerCare Even after sharing all the details you are not providing me with a solution, why are your team giving false commitment .. It's been nine days now since my number is not working because of you.. I need a solution today itself or you will loose a customer for life time
