    @ViCustomerCare I am in a complete 5g area and am getting proper and stable 5g network but I really don't understand why my speed is limited to only 35mbps actual 4-5MBPS everytime I do a speed test any sort of Speed caping on 5G by Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I've given you my brother's number in DM Pls call / message him and take details that you need. Doesn't a valued customer who's going through major stress as all his work is on standstill due to you falsely disconnecting the line, Deserve to be called & sort the problem for him?

    Had helped my wife port out of @ViCustomerCare Now her outgoing is off due to non payment of previous carrier bill which has not been shown anywhere or recieved in mail. Not able to pay it via inactive numbers screen on their website also. @ViCustomerCare Please fix this ASAP

    Still no resolution from @ViCustomerCare! I've spoken to their customer care, appellate team, backend team—even VI managers called—but my issue remains unresolved. If you can’t fix it, just refund my ₹3799. Enough delays! #VodafoneIdea @TRAI

    What kind of network service do you provide @ViCustomerCare, been 48 hours I'm getting no network in a tier 1 city, I cannot think of what tier 2 and tier 3 city customers would be facing. I missed my amazon order also as I was at work and delivery partner could not contact me.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Raised slow speed complaint (Ref: RAJ-V01847934727) days ago — no fix, no proper reply. Only get good speed at 2–5 AM. Rest of the day = 1 Mbps or less. Clearly a tower issue. Fix it or I’ll escalate to TRAI & port out.
