I do not understand anything, what should I do now? @ViCustomerCare don't delay even 1 second in sending bills. But redressal of customer complaints seems to be a secondary task for them. @AdityaBirlaGrp @rmstakkar Will Vodafone Idea now be known for such shoddy services?

Here i am, sitting with no network on my #Vodafone #VI sim and having to access internet or any services via my #Airtel connection. Thank god. Can't rely on the pathetic Vodafone network and services. No resolution to my service request. @ViCustomerCare i need resolution ASAP.

I think the @ViCustomerCare company has not concerned for resolving the issue, customer care is just want to linger the problem, No proper answer, Only different questions from support staff with different names.

@ViCustomerCare team, somehow when I try to activate caller tune its asking for charges, I think it to be free as it is on @airtelindia and @reliancejio kindly help me with the required steps to activate it for free forever.
