@ViCustomerCare will this issue be resolved at all or should I port out to @airtelindia? Inspite of repeated calling to customer care, replacing the SIM, still it is not resolved. It is pathetic frustrating. The basic need,i.e calling is not getting fulfilled.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India customer care people keep coming back and saying problem resolved while truly it's not.god alone knows if something is being done. Both sides can't hear a thing. It's so weird postpaid works prepaid customers exploited.low ARPU for Vi ..isn't it ?

@ViCustomerCare The VI app is an absolute horror show. There is no "Manage payment accounts" in "My account" tab. Because of this primitive error, I can't remove by debit card info that was saved while I was doing a recharge. Respond and Fix it ASAP!!!
