  @ViCustomerCare There are severe network issues in the Bhugaon,Pune area—there is absolutely no signal at all. It is time to port my number.

  @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.

  @ViCustomerCare I'm extremely disappointed with your service. I'm facing repeated issues but no proper support is being provided. It feels like customers are only being charged without getting the service promised. Please resolve this urgently.
