  @ViCustomerCare bad news for all VI customer. If you are prepared user of VI and if you have truly unlimited pack activated on your number. Still if you want to call any toll-free number then Vodafone charged for it.Planning switch to jio or Airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

  @ViCustomerCare I don't know what is wrong here. U guys mentioned that tele verification is pending and provided some number to contact but the number is not working and am not getting any response in dm and here.. people leaving vi is not because of services only, bcus of this half information

  @ViCustomerCare i experience very wrost service vi. I order a new sim card order id :- DCHD22102202831 yesterday but vi not able a new sim card in a such Bangalore. My experience was very worst.

  @ViCustomerCare My Vodafone network is switching automatically to 2G. Turning flight mode On and Off multiple times. Also Raised complaint many times still my issue is not solved,
