  @ViCustomerCare Hi, My girlfriend also not sending me DM. It is open complaint and it is not getting resolved from your side. You just lying in DM. Post your answer in public so everybody will come to know how Vodafone idea is treating their customers.

  @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing a very unpleasant experience regarding a new sim connection which is not delivered since days. Customer care is really unprofessional and they can’t communicate in English, instead disconnecting my call several times without providing solution.

  @ViCustomerCare You mentioned in DM that you do not have provision to ask Income Tax Deptt. to extend the due date. Fair Enough. But surely you do have the provision to ensure proper internet service in my area. At the very least please get the internet connectivity in my area fixed asap.

  @ViCustomerCare i was facing issues with SMS. Someone from support asked me to get a new sim card. At the vi store in aundh pune i was asked to for kyc. I was carrying my aadhar and pan card. Later the executive told me since i have been a member for long time (20+ years),

  I have a post paid connection with international roaming pack but this is highly irritating and frustrating that every time we travel abroad the international roaming service is not working. Even the number is not showing any signal. Can you please look into it. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5G Mobile have an ₹859 Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

  @ViCustomerCare Every time I call customer care, I'm told, "It will be delivered today/tomorrow," or that my request has been escalated and that the delivery agent will call me. However, I have received no call, no delivery, and no update.

  People of @ViCustomerCare ,it’s a basics decency to send message outlining you are under outage in specific areas of Pune since last evening, ur data plan not working, I am not too sure if voice call works either , when are you restoring?

  @ViCustomerCare My Vi internet is extremely slow and practically unusable. Despite having an active plan, the service is seriously disappointing. Fix this network/data issue immediately.
