  I'm facing denial of network connection by @ViCustomerCare since 36 hours and they are unable to diagnose the same. They want me to wait 72 hours. They say there's a network latching issue with my number. I'm fortunate that I'm at home and office, otherwise!

  @ajeetram3 @ViCustomerCare This issue cant be fixed because near you there is no 5g tower of vi so they just upgraded the software to show fake 5g symbol. Because they are using NSA technology and this technology has some limitations. Better to with Jio they have SA network which is very good

  @ViCustomerCare Previous months, I wanted to close my VI postpaid SIM because I was facing multiple issues. Sometimes the internet was not working properly, and suddenly my number got suspended without any valid reason.

  @ViCustomerCare Finally I ported all by 7 number from Vodafone in that also got literally harassed by call asking what is the issue why I am porting they had n clue of any of complaints raised on social media and emails

  @ViCustomerCare My Vi number ending 4565 was disconnected on 13-May-2026 due to pending DoT reverification. I’m in the UK and unable to travel now. Sent multiple emails with documents but no response from customer care. Number active since 2009, . Please help urgently 🙏

  Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Bought a esim using the Vi website paying INR 365.00 as initial recharge. E sim activation and recharge still pending. In app chat bot just waste. I tried calling to customer care using a new sim call never connects. ++

  .@ViCustomerCare, you said everything is working fine in location which I've shared you before porting in and now when I visited that perticular location. No Network No Call No Internet Porting out soon!

  @ViCustomerCare "The network services in Hasanganj area of Unnao district, Uttar Pradesh, have been completely down for the last 3 days. All services are disrupted. Please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible."
