    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn

    I purchased a SIM online from official website of Vi, but it has been 3 days and neither have I received any call from your team nor has the SIM been delivered. If you cannot provide proper online service, such services should be discontinued. @ViCustomerCare
