    @ViCustomerCare i have booked new prepaid sim on 23 april and it out for delivery on 30. That time i am out of station. The executive cancel my order. I went to vi store today they take more then half hour and said this no available for postpaid connection only. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare When will you updated and resolve my issue ? It's passed approx 5 months to file the complaint to recover my Cellular number. I am sustaining many problems in lieu of my Precious Cellular number.

    @ViCustomerCare What's the update on this?? Customer service is absolutely pethatic. Neelam advisor, I would love top officials listen the call center quality of work. Poor, 3rd class. Let know otherwise I will port all my numbers.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Your service has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Constant network issues, terrible internet speed, frequent call drops, and absolutely no proper support from customer care. Customers are paying full price and getting the worst experience......

    @ViCustomerCare network site At-KHAJURIAKATA, BLOCK-HINDOL, DIST-DHENKANAL, STATE-ODISHA is down since 6hrs but still @ViNewsOfficial is doing nothing. Already complained multiple times. Kindly reach out to me on 9668042472 and assign a technician as well.
