@ViCustomerCare - Hello Team, I placed an order for Doorstep sim delivery, yesterday(September 22, 2022) @ 6:45pm & so far the sim tracker app shows appointment scheduled but nobody has turned up to deliver my sim card. Also the customer care number provided is not responsive!

Hi @ViCustomerCare we have shifted to a new building in Ahmedabad and have around 50 VI subscribers in our team. The network signal is very weak over here with zero connectivity, please resolve ASAP or we may shift to @airtelindia can connect to it. #ahmedabad

@DoT_India I am not able to make any outgoing calls from my vodafone number or the calls are not getting connected after 1-2 min without any calling or beep sound , even after having valid recharge pack since last 2-3 months. @ViCustomerCare is closing tickets without resolution.

@gaganyadav69 @ViCustomerCare Im facing the same issue after recharging two times of 3gb data, i see the net is not working. I try to sumbit the problem but the sumbit button doesn't works as well. The data will finish in 6 days... Disgusting worst sim ....
