@ViCustomerCare Bad customer care experience. I request for PORT UPC number. Someone from Vi called me, he was very rude and sounded like he don’t want to retain the customer. I am switching to other service provider but this was Vi will lose all their customers. 9167357029

@ViCustomerCare vi network and internet speed both are very much fluctuating like bsnl and their customer service is worst as even tried so many times via their toll free number and every time disconnected automatically so much poor service from vi.

Three mistakes of my life. 1. Using @DishTV_India- wrost service and customer support will torture u and at the end left with no solution 2. @ViCustomerCare - poor network, 3. @HDFCLife_Cares ergo health policy.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service, I ported my number to @airtelindia after having a series of bad experiences with VI but the executive promised me a two month waiver if I cancelled my port, I cancelled and now VI is saying can't be waived off (1/3)
