It’s 2:43 mins past early morning of 8th Nov and our IR pack has not been activated. We have twice called your customer support and they say they are facing a glitch with IR worldwide and that it will get sorted out by morning. By morning we will be already in a foreign country and what happens if the IR pack is not activated ???
