    If you’re in Himmatnagar, Gujarat and planning to switch to VI SIM card then don’t do it, it so worse that I’m tired of raising complaints and today their executive applied for sim deactivation without my consent. @ViCustomerCare so pathetic service! Don’t port to Vi

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The executive first denied raising any SR, then claimed my documents had been sent to the backend office with an SR form I was never asked to sign. As a 6+ year Vi REDX customer, making 3 visits for a basic KYC update is unacceptable.

    @ViCustomerCare Network Booster is the only solution now anurag sir. Now let's wait how much time you take to fix this booster here. Your service engineer also did not get any network here.

    I am on 5G unlimited data pack. But from 2 days how my data got expired daily from 1.5 GB data while it's always showing 5G on network bar. Solve it or either will port into jio!! @ViCustomerCare
