    @muglikar_ @ViCustomerCare , became full of fake promises, don't know how they are trained now a days, in fact being with vi for past 8 years, have never seen such poor customer support team, they don't even understand the problem, hence they don't know what to resolve. Me too had enough

    @ViCustomerCare upgrading from 3G to 4G prepaid sim for mother who is 75 years old. Why is upgrading via SMS not working? Do you really expect senior citizen to visit VI store?

    @ViCustomerCare Took International roaming pack for USA. It didn't work. Customer support was just waste of time. Paid Rs.5500 for no use. Now after return to India, facing network & call forwarding issues. VI did respond but closed complaint without resolution. #Daylightthugging
