    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing โ€œNo Rechargeโ€ even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I am a NRI and dont have more time here in pune but since last 2 days just wasting my time and no solution on my concern. I have raised request for post2Pre and now received msg that its not possible. And I don't know the reason. I need urgent solution on this concern.
