    @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Feb'22 got a call from VI sales to go for the Family.plan ( I'm Vodafone customer for ages now).so added my elderly mother in cell#.after going thru every hassle was informed now plan is deactivated leaving her in disarray and stuck. #DoNotTakeVI

    location : guwahati, assam pin 781012 from last 3 days 4g data speed is getting worse. very slow, specially after evening. raised complaint regarding the issue but still no resolution. whats the use of paying so high rental if i cant use the data?? @ViCustomerCare
