  @ViCustomerCare .. writing on twitter is my last hope. My son is in Hong Kong and though we have enabled international roaming service as well as weekly unlimited plan , it's not working. Call support is of no use despite of many calls. Pls help .. he is virtually disconnected :(

  @ViCustomerCare This is to inform you that My Calls is barred I Paid All the Bills on time Due to which at the emergency/Medical time I unable to make call and my Elder Brother is in Critial Condition because VI stopped my outgoing calls.

  @ViCustomerCare today I replaced my vi SIM card for not having network. 4 hours passed but till no network in my new SIM in my phone. Look into the matter.
