    Tried Vi for the first time. Doorstep SIM delivery was smooth, porting done on time, and the 1st recharge process was seamless. 5 stars for that! However, the major letdown was the 5G network. I stay in Ambarnath, Thane, and was promised 5G coverage witin 2 mnths. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Please fix your network. Every day since July 1st, it’s gone for 3–4 hours. This is not acceptable. I ported back to VI hoping for improvement. Don’t make me regret it. #VI #FixTheNetwork

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI No proper internet service by Vi in Housing Board Colony, Dholpur (Rajasthan). Network completely fails inside the house — only a weak signal outdoors. Multiple complaints filed, even reported to consumer forum, but no resolution yet.
