    One of the worst network now @vodafone not even able to browse the page and every time they charge extra bill like value added services which we never activate good bey @VodafoneIN

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I was using your sim since 2007 and recently make it postpaid but due to the silly fellow of vi store he registered it on my wife's name. Later I put it in safe custody but you have shut the service on it . Is this the way you treat your loyal customers?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India No resolution yet I've already raised this issue via tweet and email but there has been no proper response from ur corporate team ur Smart Connect app still forces uninstall of a banking app AMCB This is unacceptable plz resolve this immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Back at the vi store to retry the sim activation all in vain. A senior citizen holds this number for 26yrs. Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now can’t activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing serious issues with VI network for the past 3 days. Calls keep dropping, and internet speed is almost 0 kbps (fluctuating between500kbps).Network becomes stable only when electricity but as soon as power goes off, everything gets worse or almost dead. #Vi
