  @ViCustomerCare i am Pradeep kumar i can not send sms from my vi number. I call many times every time they are saying problem with handset.but if i put any other sim in my handset i can easily send the sms. if the problem with handset then how can i send the sms from other sim

  @ViCustomerCare Ms Shruti disconnected my call without my providing proper resolution she was forcing me to end the call and when i didn't do then she disconnected from her side. Even i got a call from her 6 months ago that time also she disconnected the call.

  Hello! @ViCustomerCare this is my 3rd time when I'm facing the same problem You claims that vi is the fastest internet connection but that is totally wrong. I live in Ahmedabad and whenever I do 666rs recharge i have to face the problem I'm not even getting 100KB/s speed

  Each customer of @ViCustomerCare having a minor problem with this telecom company suggested to port in another company bcz @ViCustomerCare is worst service provider. This is cheating his customer by providing worst service.
