    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer even visited my location, confirmed the network problem, and informed me that only 2G connectivity was available and that it would be fixed soon. Despite all these assurances, nothing has changed

    @ViCustomerCare When will my SIM be delivered? It's already been 4 days since I ordered it through your online store. Your customer care team hasn't been helpful either. If this is the service before delivery, I can only imagine what it'll be like afterward.

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.
