    This has really become more than a year long problem amd still no solution has been provided.. only complaint is raised by @ViCustomerCare but they simply can't replace d power backup source equipments so that there is 24/7 seamless connectivity. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare very much Regretted due to very poor network at jail road area, Nashik Road. Zoom meeting of school not work properly due to net problem.

    @ViCustomerCare changing plans with out any intimation to the customer..... great service...my data plan has automatically downgrade with out my knowledge and Ur customer care call center are unable to resolve this....great team effort....🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not just saying, It's reality that in Vi, we can't even talk 2G. U Are talking about 4g. It's Majak. Stop sending a fake massage. Work on it. If You are not going to give a service, You have to accept it openly. Even ur car officer can't talk with me, why

    @ViCustomerCare Vi gives me 84 days callertune and it stopped after 28 days and when I complaint again it the customer care executive hang up phone!! Where should I complaint and why you guys this kind of fraud again and again

    @ViCustomerCare There is common tower of airtel and VI that has been installed here at Village Rajamau, Tehsil Tiloi, Distt. Amethi, UP. But this tower is probably neglected by VI as it belongs to remote area. Services of data as well as voice are extremely poor.
