    Such a pathetic @VodafoneIN service is. I had visited Vodafone green park store 3 weeks ago to change my old sim into nano sim. Since then I have made 10 visits to the store ,changed some twice. Paid fee for changing d sim too. But connection doesn’t work. Horrible experience 👎

    @VodafoneIN Voda in its reply justified VAS charges. Before installing had you informed the charges? No. How much charges had you informed me? No. By such stupid charges no company can clear his massive dues.

    @VodafoneIN Sam, I've DM the requested information. Trust me, the service of Vodafone has been degraded over times. Even for a nitty gritty changes, we need to follow up multiple times to get it done.

    @VodafoneIN @idea_cares After complaining & appealing many times my network & Internet speed issues have not been solved yet.. When I call customer care they say system down will call back within an hour but it’s next day and no call.
