@ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp if without talktime recharge you are not able to make call, then company should hv removed these plan from portal. These are unnecessary giving negative vibes about the company if someone service validity expire ,talktime recharge be valid

@ViCustomerCare if you want to pursue users to keep Vi Postpaid then why you cannot match Jio plans who bundles 3 OTT@399 Stop harrassing and constant calling and let me be in your network but in prepaid!!!

@ViCustomerCare, Kindly sortout your issues with Jio, before porting sim into Jio network, i had been paid 90 rs extra apart from bill as per the customer executive Mewar sec 4 vasundhara , now Jio executive continously irritating me @JioCare to pay 144 rs ? balance left ??

@ViCustomerCare Your services are down in Kota, Rajasthan. None of my VI connections are working. No network showing in the mobile phone. Improve such outages or else we will switch to other network providers. Resolve the issue at the earliest.
