@ViCustomerCare - My mobile no 9873182270 is always charged 100 extra and for no reason whatsoever. After calling customer care multiple times, each time the remove the charge and same story repeats every month! Pathetic service!!!!

@ViCustomerCare Why am I receiving all these spam calls all the time? 5-6 calls a day. I am your premiumest (RedX) customer and of course on DND. People call me from random numbers and start blabbering in Hindi asking if I am Uday, Vivek, Amit....

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for calling instead of trying to resolve the network issue your customer care representative is trying to teach me how to log a request and turn on Airplane mode. One more instance of network issue will switch over to different network no point in talking.
