  Is vi network not working in bihar sharif pincode 803101 or it's sim issue? From yesterday I m not getting proper tower it's coming and going and after aeroplane mode it comes but again goes away can u check and confirm? @ViCustomerCare

  @TRAI Yes. Slow Internet damaging work. These telecom companies are charging for 5G Services and in return we the customer are getting Internet Speed Below 2G Speed. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare There's no accountability.

  @ViCustomerCare My network has been poor for 6 months weak signal & extremely low data speeds. Despite repeated complaints and providing proofs, they’re closed as “resolved” without field inspection or improvement. ID: APR-V02172007730 Please inspect & fix the issue.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Just got a call from VadaPaav Idea team. They told that my complaint has been closed because thr team planned something for the sit with no deadline of execution. So they have closed the complaint as per thr comfort and not as per client satisfaction. I haven't got any resolution

  @ViCustomerCare Your executive never told explicitly that she will be porting jio number.. used my wife phone to send port request and then deleted that port message also from her phone, put her jio number along with vi in family plan while she went just to get duplicate sim
