    @ViCustomerCare received call from cc team 20 min b4. I asked them to close my secondary number she just drop the call and no reply. 3 min later received msg issue resolved. I will not pay amount if the number is not close and this is pure fault of @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare First ask your Appellate team to respond to issue which are raised. Customer stranded at International location due to negligence of executives. 31 reminders on mails since 8th Feb, 21 but no resolution till now. And the executives ask us to believe the VI system

    @ViCustomerCare Where wil they get in touch. As I said the network on my phone is disconnected and the error message is 'SIM not provisioned'. Why do the appellate team doesn't reply on emails ?

    @ViCustomerCare Team i have multiple requests and complaints for slow surfing for 4G network at my location. I am still facing the issue and observed no fix for the old complaints raised. let me tell you that i was not facing issue last week (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare No need for that. Your department is useless like you. Got these replies many times from past 2 years. Still waiting for the solution. But now it is enough, I will port all my sim cards into other networks, and will never recommend #Vodafone to anyone.

    @ViCustomerCare I have tried many time calling customer care to upgrade my sim. Being a long time customer and COVID times, do I really need to visit your store???? And why you have stores less and so far??? I really need a solution.
