Today I upgraded my wife's VI sim from 3g to 4g. It's been 3hrs my wife not able to make any calls , network is not showing voLTE , . I think made a huge mistake by not porting my wife's sim into jio sim . Thier Vi store Staff is working like sarkari banks @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare very bad service. Since Yesterday my Sim showing no network. I contacted vi many times but no help. Now I went to the VI customer service, they are asking me 100 rupees to issue a new Sim. Why should I pay. This is total cheating. Voda idea is cheater.

@ViCustomerCare I ported into your network and old SIM stopped working, but when tried for tele verification using through new Vi SIM, if says "Call failed" to 59059, I tried to call 18001201111 from alternate number, says this toll free number is out of service. Please help.

@ViCustomerCare Ok . Please ask your persons to provide Good 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi,volte, esim for watches and updates on 5G. Please understand, your customers also very hungry for better service and latest service at par with other TSP.

@TRAI The worst thing about @ViCustomerCare is customer service. It is more than 45 days but my problem is still unsolved even they don't reply in dm and in tweet.
