  @ViCustomerCare your app doesn't allow payment through UPI if a UPI app is not installed on that particular handset. It's not possible to install UPI app on each & every device, still this stupid limitation. Other apps have an option to scan a QR code, why can't you provide one?

  @ViCustomerCare Still no response? If this is your service before my SIM is even active, it is better to refund my payment. I will port to Jio or Airtel. Totally disgusting and pathetic service. Tried calling and emailing, but nothing works.

  @ViCustomerCare @grok Facing such issues with a newly issued SIM is extremely disappointing and has caused me significant inconvenience. I am genuinely very unhappy with this experience and expect Vodafone to resolve this issue immediately and provide a permanent solution.

  Telecom operator like @reliancejio giving 25$ Google ai pro with their 350₹ recharge whereas @ViCustomerCare scamming it’s customer wid false promises and generating bill with extra amounts so they they can run business without providing any services . Be Aware #VI is worst
