    @ViCustomerCare Tnx for your response. I have already contacted customer care multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Pl ensure this is not just another callback. Kindly issue a fresh, valid eSIM QR code and resolve the problem asap. I look forward to your call and a proper resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare 2/ After moving overseas, I discovered my Vi SIMs had no network because International Roaming was not active. Without network, I couldn't receive OTPs, banking messages, or important calls.

    I had bought a new VI SIM, I have not been able to service it even for a day because there is no signal here. When I lodged a complaint, I was told to call the company. My experience with VI is absolutely terrible. @ViCustomerCare
