    @ViCustomerCare I recently recharged with the ₹719 plan, which clearly mentions Unlimited 5G. However, the Unlimited 5G benefit is not working. Earlier, I was able to use Unlimited 5G without any issue at the same location using my previous recharge. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Its absurd to ask whether to deactivate to tech savvy demanding customer like me. I know how to activate. I didn't call you to activate. I saw in app and did. Don't deactivate. I will see what to do

    @ViCustomerCare @pib_comm @CMOMaharashtra Gavan Pada, Chembur-74 has been without a Vi network since 7:00 AM. Thousands of users are unable to make calls, use mobile data, or receive OTPs. This is unacceptable. Restore the network immediately and provide an official update.

    @ViCustomerCare Am a RelianceJIO customer. They have recently begun a policy of disrupting VPNs. Would like to shift to you as my ISP, provided you can assure me that you are not bound by any such constraints regarding VPN use.
