@ShubhamPadalk20 @BandBajaateRaho @ViCustomerCare I was loyal customer since 2005 (Idea). After they took over Vodafone, their services declined drastically. I waited for 2-3 years to see improvement in their services. And now finally (w.e.f June 21) I switched to another network. In my opinion you should switch immediately.

@ViCustomerCare my outgoing sms service is just not working. I complained the day before yesterday. Customer care officers said it would take 24hrs to fiz the problem. But so far, my problem isn't fixed. What is going on?

@ViCustomerCare do you have any app that can test the Network quality? I would like to use it and show the low coverage in Om Trimurti CHS, Chunnabatti, Sion Trombay road, Mumbai 400022, Maharashtra, India.. We had raised complaints when it was just Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare Services are getting very expensive. I recharged with 95 only to realise I can't send SMS. So now if I want to send 2-3 SMS, I have to recharge with 129.. it's better to port this number to a different network.
