@ViCustomerCare I already mentioned my alternate number multiple times, and why dont you give me the bill and refund transaction id that you promised?? Also in today times everyone is always on mobile so its not possible that I may have missed ur call.. or else try changing ur service provider

@ViCustomerCare At the starting when I did the recharge, everything was ok..(not bad but not so good), but after a month and a half..it Couldn't get worse. I mean if u guys have some Fin crisis or Something. Just Ask people for donations! Indians are very kind they will donate.

@ViCustomerCare The SMS issue not yet resolved. They said they will call back but till now didn't call. They said they will send a mail but received no mails. Worst support experience.
