    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring to the notice of all Idea customers a very serious matter. The idea network is subscribing its customers to various online options without concent and charging them for it. This has happened to my husband twice in one day.

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare We pay every month to receive a very poor service. With bad reception everywhere. I have 300+ gb of unused data in my account. Not because I don’t consume data. It’s because I just can’t use the data due to poor reception.

    @Airtel_Presence Remember long time back @ViCustomerCare had sent the replacement sim at my home. A lot is left desirable in @Airtel_Presence service. Very disappointed how customers are treated.
