    @ViCustomerCare Clearly you don’t understand. Do you mind removing charges from my bill then? Why am i paying Vi? Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.

    @ViCustomerCare My area has very inconsistent 4G network, and no 5G network even tho my city has Vi 5G

    @itsroni4u @kaleemansari1 @ViCustomerCare It works very well in Delhi NCR region and I’ve been to Uttrakahnd twice and it still never disappointed. The worst decision would be to continue supporting monopolistic competition killer.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
