@VodafoneIN network is very poor from last few days and complaint raised for the same... Please just check with my location shared...Otherwise I've to check with other option... I'm using your network from last 6yrs. My exact location is prabhat colony, purnia, bihar.

@ViCustomerCare DnD is to stop receiving unwanted promotional messages. I've that activated. But I'm getting too many promotional messages from Vi itself on daily basis. What to do? Your system doesn't allow complaint against it either.

@ViCustomerCare We port our all number in airtel but 4 mobile number are still on vodfone. when we ported all number we paid all amount at that time with extra amount.We paid also monthly airel bill payment but after one month vodafone issue bill 6000 of only one number

@ViCustomerCare is forcing its own customer to switch to other portals, today I lost my phone and went to VI store to get a replacement of my number, the executives were forcing me to get a post paid plan for at least 4 months, only then I can get the replacement. pathetic

@ViCustomerCare- I don’t want excuses or stupid answers from Vodafone, 23 days I am not been able to access internet from iPhone , even your field technician has faced the similar problem, I need solution not excuses, 23 days it’s a massive time given by us to Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare Already port the jio to voda as network, I am using VI since Hutch. 2004. Between move to jio but again move to VI.
