    @ViCustomerCare You guys seems do not take customer feedback Asking for payment which is not visible in the app. Customer care calls up demanding payment 4-5 times during the day. But unwilling to take feedback on process change Mind you, there's no unwillingness to pay

    @ViCustomerCare just had call will vodafone idea support team. From 1 year there is ongoing issue for network and still today they are providing outputs to network team. shameless company. don't have words to describe the unprofessional behaviour of this company.. @TRAI

    Took four and half months, but today my mom finally got her replacement SIM from @ViCustomerCare. Tons of problems were caused due to a mismatch in ownership records. Huge shout-out to Sandeep and the rest of Vi social media team who went out of their way to help resolve this.

    I went to the #Vi store to get my postpaid account changed to prepaid one. I’s told to approach other branch 6 km away becos their server was down for this particular service for last 5 days and won’t be working for another 4 days !!What kind of service is this @ViCustomerCare?
