  You just given me the date 2nd sept. Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest because I'm not taking it any more. It's been 3 days I'm facing issue with the network due to which my office work is pending which I can't afford. Please look into this @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

  @ViCustomerCare What has changed, Vi? Please clarify. I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.

  @ViCustomerCare This is a serious issue. I’m suddenly unable to receive important SMS/OTPs in the UK due to a Vi International Roaming policy change that apparently went live on 20 Aug. How can customers be expected to recharge when even banking OTPs and other critical SMS

  @ViCustomerCare Now there is no network in @ViCustomerCare and when I inserted the @airtelindia sim, there’s no network as well. What is this? Why both of you are adamant in providing the worst possible customer experience????

  @ViCustomerCare I never authorized this subscription. When I questioned the charge and requested proof of my consent/activation, I was told that I must pay the amount whether I used the service or not.I was also told that if I port my number to another network,the ₹210.17 would not be refunded
