@VodafoneIN network is very poor from last few days and complaint raised for the same... Please just check with my location shared...Otherwise I've to check with other option... I'm using your network from last 6yrs. My exact location is prabhat colony, purnia, bihar.

@ViCustomerCare If you guys know the problem why don't you fix it? I'm using Idea for past 8 years never had such issue but from past 2 years I am continuously complaining and you guys are continuously ignoring your old customers.. Can't we expect good network experience ? I pay money for that.

@ViCustomerCare We decided to port out of VI due to personal decisions and your customer care calls to ask the reason instead of that customer care "abused" and hung up the call. Raising a consumer complaint against this behavior
