    @VodafoneIN network is very poor from last few days and complaint raised for the same... Please just check with my location shared...Otherwise I've to check with other option... I'm using your network from last 6yrs. My exact location is prabhat colony, purnia, bihar.

    You just given me the date 2nd sept. Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest because I'm not taking it any more. It's been 3 days I'm facing issue with the network due to which my office work is pending which I can't afford. Please look into this @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare net connectivity is very poor. Even Google pages are not loading properly. videos are buffering. look into this immediately

    The issue has also not been addressed by the Appellate Authority of @ViCustomerCare and the complaint has been closed with fake remark. Complaint No 4-129129246875.@DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Google Earth : (26°16'09"N 73°04'04"E) 392 m Bahut pahle same hai vi network kaam nahi tha ….aaj tak same ….Mjhe malum hai . Not Call me . Outside hotel…nomal voice and internet no good .

    @ViCustomerCare I just moved back to India from overseas. Before returning, I checked with CC and was assured repeatedly that my Karnataka PrePaid SIM would work in J&K. But SURPRISE my SIM is not working, CC seems to have no idea about Indian telecom policies. Pls help me ASAP!!

    @ViCustomerCare you have pathetic service, it’s been 7 days now. My sim showing no signal at all whereas I had requested the duplicate sim & the issue is still the same. You provided me with such the worst experience ever with your service for what purpose you will be doing so.

    My complaint is not being taken seriously Everyday promotional SMS come from VodafoneIdea Company If i complain about this, then the company can promote its own product, saying that it is closing the complaint every time @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
