@ViCustomerCare 1st You Listen Customer Complaint ( attend Customer Care Calls ) And Solve That. Then Improve Your Speed. Yesterday Transaction On Vi Site & Mobile App Recharges Are Have Many Problem . You Taken Money From Our Bank Account But The Recharge Not Done.

@ViCustomerCare @Vodafone @VIcustomercare Solution is not to deploy another new site. Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.
