    @VodafoneIN network is very poor from last few days and complaint raised for the same... Please just check with my location shared...Otherwise I've to check with other option... I'm using your network from last 6yrs. My exact location is prabhat colony, purnia, bihar.

    You just given me the date 2nd sept. Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest because I'm not taking it any more. It's been 3 days I'm facing issue with the network due to which my office work is pending which I can't afford. Please look into this @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare Rem.167: Despite of many reminders, your network is 0.9 mbps at Balaji Aptts, Upkar Colony, Delhi-84. Your SIMs were recharged many a times but to no avail. Nothing has so far been done. Very disgusting. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002 (✓}.

    @ViCustomerCare Ur network is going worse day by day. Not a single call I have received today was having a proper connection and seems like its time to switch the connection. Even when I tried to reach you customer care there was no response either. PATHETIC

    I think the @ViCustomerCare company has not concerned for resolving the issue, customer care is just want to linger the problem, No proper answer, Only different questions from support staff with different names.

    I do not understand anything, what should I do now? @ViCustomerCare don't delay even 1 second in sending bills. But redressal of customer complaints seems to be a secondary task for them. @AdityaBirlaGrp @rmstakkar Will Vodafone Idea now be known for such shoddy services?

    @ViCustomerCare Even after 6 days past doing DM to you. Yesterday u have cut off my Internet and basic phone call for 5 hrs. Yr executives keep on calling all days but nobody solves the problem. I think you don't have speed to give. After porting the SIM I m bounded for 90days
