    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to call 139 railway support number.I almost lost luggage due to your disgusting service,VI support lady said addition recharge is required,i have unlimited 719 Rs plan. So having paid such huge amount,i have to pay extra for making such urgent calls?

    @ViCustomerCare My grandfather who is of 79 years and unable to walk is being asked to come to your customer care office here in LBS Mulund, Mumbai. There is no manager available in your main store to hear my plea or escalation. Suggest you stop giving card to senior citizens

    @ViCustomerCare Raised an issue of unwarranted VAS deductions. @Vicustomercare not helped in any conditions. They just treated badly. They are asking for Rs. 821 for with out any usage. #Fraud @ViCustomerCare
