    @Ar_SH @ViCustomerCare Can understand frustration. Despite being a postpaid customer for a decade I needed to go to V! store for prepaid conversation process & pay money by cash in person. I call them retro or vintage service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare for any problem solving we need connect with customer carr so many times but after this sim card not work properly. If i don't need flash service then why u give me flash service. if possible improve network wavelength in our area .

    @ViCustomerCare for deactivation my flash i connect 198 many times.They every time told me that my flash service deactivated but till now i got flash service.For this my Vol LTE fluctuate and convert in 2g so can u explain how vi care work my proboem

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 5-6 day's I'm complaining for same problem. This is very bad behavior of you after complaining so many times I'm still having same problem for days. It's like you don't have any solution you just pretexting it's better to shut down your network.

    @ViCustomerCare after gave confirmation sms for deactivation flash service now i got one more flash service.For Vi service my rating is zero star. i think jio is good for this matter.They don't sent any flash service. after 30 May i port my Vi sim into Jio @JioCare
