    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup All calls on my phone are interrupted with the voiceover. Sometimes there is no voice also. So frustrating please help.

    Once in every 3 months @vodafonein1 adds some VAS(e.g. callertune) without any prompt/request and charge you for the service. Happened thrice in last one year with me and no refund when you reach @ViCustomerCare New ways to cover up your losses.... #shameonVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare @seagullbooks Extensive DMs have been provided yesterday itself with screenshots of the email as well as the bank transaction for Rs 1951. I am still being told to pay that amount. There is no help from you at all alas.
