    @ViCustomerCare recently I'm having trouble with my Vi 4G in my colony. Problem - it loses 4G connectivity any time & therefore no internet. Exact location of problem - 19.3290494, 77.1596207 Tweet by 2nd @airtelindia connectivity.

    @ViCustomerCare what happened to my complaint . Some one was to revert. Again repeating your service level has reached to third grade seriously. Idea was much better. No data is working, calls getting dropped . No worry for customers, have fun only 👎🏿👇🏿

    @ViCustomerCare I am currently residing in Nepal with my International roaming activated. Though I am receiving Otps and calls, I am not able to send SMS msgs nor my phone is able to send auto generated SMS msgs to required recievers. Kindly help me asap.

    @ViCustomerCare We have registered your Network complaint with ref. no. GUJ-V00600812136 The expected resolution date is 02 Sep '21 6:00PM. @ViCustomerCare Your CC executive today told me that asked timeline was not for resolution but to investigate the fault!! Read the word again, resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare one of the supervisor from customer care have disconnected my call when i was giving information and 5 executive have provided wrong information and wasted my 30 Rs so i need refund or I want my recharge to get processed. Executive names were mehul nihar vishal

    @ViCustomerCare - Worst service no solution, no feedback.. unnecessary eating customers money on international roaming,no services. Stop promoting your services.i am customer from last 10 years,but no accountiblity.only option to port out to other vendors
