    Hello @TRAI A complaint with docket no 1582579047 has made against deactivation of my running Vodafone number. It was Ported to Vodafone 3years back in Karnataka now since past 1year I've shifted to Odisha. Now @VodafoneIN is asking me to submit my document in Karnataka only.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia is far better than Vodafone. Airtel never deducted fraud vas charges. But Vodafone is loosing customer that's why they are deducting my money for vas. How pathetic service from vi call center.

    @ViCustomerCare 1100/- charged for international SMS charges on a number which doesn't have international SMS facility. VI rejected my plea to waive off and doesn't have an explanation on how this happened. Been your customer since 2009. Maybe it's time for a change. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare What are you taking about, if you think customer is fool, this is is reason you are loosing your customer and need to merge 2 company to fight with other service provider but with this kind of service I don't think you will be able to do that, airtel has issue sim on eaadhar tome

    @ViCustomerCare , How to Port out from VI to @JioCare ? Fed up with your Corona Vaccine Dialer tune...Unnecessary we have to listen your Dialer tune for 2-3 mins prior to every calls..Such tune are not there on Jio...Called your customer care number but they refuse to Stop @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Customer need internet to enjoy services but you are looting custoners. Your internet rarely work the whole day and the person has to ask others to share their hotspot. do your bloody company has T&C for consumer's for monetary loss too or it applies to us only??
