    @VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, Since yesterday 11.30 pm not able to make calls, unable to use internet, send messages, overall VI service is not working. I checked with others as well it's not working for them as well, Can you please look into it?

    @ViCustomerCare they were told to get the primary account holder. I am in the US. Do I have to travel to India just to get a sim for my mother? This is so pathetic. Instead of solving the issue, they were told to add another line and get new sim

    @ViCustomerCare When I call on toll free numbers like 18001207777 which belongs to ICICI customer care using Vi connection I listen the message that number is invalid. From other connections it gets connected.

    Call comes from customer care side & on receiving it deducts money....this is happening with us since yesterday. Do you want me to break the sim card of vi and throw it away? What ninja technique have you invented to rob the masses? @ViCustomerCare
