    @ViCustomerCare I'm sending my location. You can check your network level whether it's '4G' or 'E' . Address: Tikarpara, Mohanty Sahi, Madhuban Lane Road, Opposite to Indradyumna Tank. You can find your Network Towers near to me & solve the issue.

    @VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

    Hello @TRAI A complaint with docket no 1582579047 has made against deactivation of my running Vodafone number. It was Ported to Vodafone 3years back in Karnataka now since past 1year I've shifted to Odisha. Now @VodafoneIN is asking me to submit my document in Karnataka only.

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

    I accidentally recharged my number even though my existing plan is already valid till June. The recharge was done just now. I kindly request you to please cancel this recharge and process a refund or adjust it accordingly. @ViCustomerCare

    During the powercut network is being unavailable in the locations. The local handler is not using the generator or other option to run the tower. We are facing No Network every time during the power cut. Look into it @ViCustomerCare

    @TRAI I had make mo. recharge it is done on my family member mobile number on which already service is active I'm requesting to @ViCustomerCare to transfer this service to my other no. but they revert they are unable to do this.
