@VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

@TelecomTalk Yes it's reality.. @ViCustomerCare prepaid and postpaid plans more costly than Jio and Airtel..Also network not upto the mark to bear the high tarriff cost..no proper 5g in delhi also where they launched many months back.

@ViCustomerCare Fake promise of unlimited 5G on recharge of 859! My daily 4g data limit ended and m not getting 5g service though I'm in 5g coverage area and my network is full 5G. Total disaster , bulshit.

@ViCustomerCare Kindly do so. I also want you to address the issue of a customers inability to reach customer care despite trying multiple numbers and thru the app. There is no option to raise an issue that's not listed. Wtf!

@ViCustomerCare Vi is totally fraud, you guys can't keep your words, during recharge it was unlimited 5G but now you are deducting from daily data limit. I contacted customer care and failed to have solution.
