Hello @TRAI A complaint with docket no 1582579047 has made against deactivation of my running Vodafone number. It was Ported to Vodafone 3years back in Karnataka now since past 1year I've shifted to Odisha. Now @VodafoneIN is asking me to submit my document in Karnataka only.

@VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

@ViCustomerCare This is a security issue. Just refunding the money will not make me trust @vodafone again. If you can deduct money, activate service on your own I am not continuing with your network. No wonder people are leaving your network. Add 1 more to that number now. 😡🤬🙏

Such a horrible and irresponsible service from @ViCustomerCare I am not able to receive any incoming calls since a month. Whenever someone tries to call me, it says the number is incorrect. All the complaints are auto resolved and no confirmation is ever asked from me.
