@VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

@ViCustomerCare Still no resolution on service request number 3-117813239811. Your poor network resulted in us not using the service. We had to pay for another plan. We suffered great mental stress owing to not having a net connection during our trip.And now you have disconnected service. SHAME!

@ViCustomerCare Please check your DM of 20th June. You will understand Since how long we are complaining about network issues.! Stop 🛑 fooling people on 4G/5G. You don’t have properly working 2G network. And resolve this immediately, other wise we will have to take this to Consumer Court.🙄

@ViCustomerCare - Today I visited PM Road Vodafone office. Agent who gave me wrong advice that my card is deactivated & needs fresh KYC is "SHOAIB". The **** had no regret on his face. I need to meet Head CS for which I don't require any form to be filled. He/She is not a VVIP.
