    @ViCustomerCare I'm sending my location. You can check your network level whether it's '4G' or 'E' . Address: Tikarpara, Mohanty Sahi, Madhuban Lane Road, Opposite to Indradyumna Tank. You can find your Network Towers near to me & solve the issue.

    Hello @TRAI A complaint with docket no 1582579047 has made against deactivation of my running Vodafone number. It was Ported to Vodafone 3years back in Karnataka now since past 1year I've shifted to Odisha. Now @VodafoneIN is asking me to submit my document in Karnataka only.

    @VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

    @ViCustomerCare My number was recently ported from Jio to Vi. I use an OPPO A78 5G. VoLTE is enabled and APN and network settings are correct. I get 4G+ normally, but as soon as a voice call connects, the 4G+ icon disappears and mobile data stops. I also don't see VoLTE/HD.

    @ViCustomerCare Half the day has passed, we need to leave for other city in evening please assist with nearest store near me from where we can collect the sim. Activation of number is important rather than a complaint for non delivery @ViCustomerCare

    @KumarMBirla sir I am vi customer but my postpaid connection is barred from 16th of this month along with 5g. I am an investment banker and i am without a phone connection and Internet connection. Vodafone Idea isn’t helping me @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare why you company employees spam on customers number? And disconnect when customer disagree with them. Also request verification team acts like boss and misbehave with customers. Now i already placed porting request to @reliancejio . Please don't disturb me now.

    Switch to @ViCustomerCare ; their service is much better than @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare across India - I’ve noticed this myself after using #vodafoneidea . Also, Vi's recharge plans are affordable, and the service is excellent. Put an end to this Airtel-Jio duopoly. #airtel
