    Money deducted without my permission and information, i dont know what is the service for and how it will benifits to me @VodafoneIN deducted my money and now denying to refund my money.

    @VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

    @ViCustomerCare After idea merged with Voda, your credit rating has been downgraded and so your services. Today is 5th day and still my issue not get resolved. Neither you recharged my number nor you have refunded my amount. False promises! False commitments!

    @ViCustomerCare team, already raised a compliant (SMS is not receiving) no.-V00445464907, yesterday. As the VI no. I used is my primary no., hence I am missing all my important messages from yesterday. Please treat this issue with priority and resolve this before today EOD.
