    Hello @TRAI A complaint with docket no 1582579047 has made against deactivation of my running Vodafone number. It was Ported to Vodafone 3years back in Karnataka now since past 1year I've shifted to Odisha. Now @VodafoneIN is asking me to submit my document in Karnataka only.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm sending my location. You can check your network level whether it's '4G' or 'E' . Address: Tikarpara, Mohanty Sahi, Madhuban Lane Road, Opposite to Indradyumna Tank. You can find your Network Towers near to me & solve the issue.

    Money deducted without my permission and information, i dont know what is the service for and how it will benifits to me @VodafoneIN deducted my money and now denying to refund my money.

    @VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone since 2012, and really enjoying your service, when I stay outside from my home town but when I come back to my home town their is no network and i complained this many times but didn't get any resolution, I am facing this from last 2 years

    @ViCustomerCare It is been more than 24 hrs and no one reached to me. Pathetic service when you don't understand the customer's condition. Stop saying that you care for customers, I just need my money back. It is my humble request please expedite the matter. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare , this has been the worst experience I have had. I applied for a sim card, got the delivery after 4 days. The minute i receive the card, get a message your card request has been cancelled. Absolutely shambolical service, very disappointed!!!!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Why there is no customer centric approach? Please stop fooling & harassing customers. Since last 10 days I have been traumatised by your team. You accept your fault but why arent you providing a resolution?? Terrible experience.
