Hello @TRAI A complaint with docket no 1582579047 has made against deactivation of my running Vodafone number. It was Ported to Vodafone 3years back in Karnataka now since past 1year I've shifted to Odisha. Now @VodafoneIN is asking me to submit my document in Karnataka only.

@VodafoneIN No VoLTE since 8 days. I asked to Customer care. They said, search your network manually & select @Idea for VoLTE. But, no @Idea 4G available here. Come to DM for more info...

Porting my number from #VodafoneIdea to other network.. Got feedback call from @ViCustomerCare , replied them once.. After that also, recieved more than 30 calls from them in last 3 hours. Now, will not think for a sec to stay with VodafoneIdea. #irritating

@ViCustomerCare Trying to watch the ODI series on @SonyLIV but internet is not working, even full 4G signal. Issue started yesterday morning & your local network team is aware of it. Somehow, they haven't been able to resolve it. Please escalate to your senior management so that they can assist.

@ViCustomerCare My vi sim shows "Not registered on network".So I visit vi store, they told me your no. is 10years old and documents are not upload so make FRC of ₹297,l paid ₹297.After, they told you have to deposit ₹500 for security.Then your sim will active in postpaid.

@ViCustomerCare How do I get to stop the 20 something messages I get from you guys each day? Both of my numbers are already on DND and I still get insane amount of useless messages everyday. Your network doesn't work enough for making calls but your sms always find a way
