    @VodafoneIN That's it now. Enough is enough. I'm porting my Vodafone number to Jio. It's very sad after 10 years I have to take this decision. I wrote many emails, tweeted to Customer Support team but it's looks like they don't need the customer. Feeling sad about Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN your customer service representative don't have manners to talk. Complaining from past 6months but still he's saying it will take time. I cannot transfer your call to network department then why you're saying that for any problem call to our team.

    @VodafoneIN I have primarily been a Vodafone subscriber since 2010 and used this same number in Mumbai and Pune... how and why since last 2 months I only get poor Idea network in Pune with no data to use... hell with ur services #Suffering #Pune

    @TRAI @MIB_India @PrakashJavdekar kindly take strict action on @VodafoneIN as they are failing to provide 4G LTE network. Making false promises to valued customer about we're improving the network but they just couldn't.

    Need to approach consumer court against @ViCustomerCare due to their poor network quality. I need exemption from 90 day period to port back to Jio’s high quality 5G standalone network. Because Vi is like mad man who doesn’t want to switch off 2G network.

    @ViCustomerCare done kyc thrice to convert a SIM card from postpaid to prepaid since 2nd of this month . Still KYC getting rejected . Is this how you treat a customer who has been associated for 25+ years … regretting to be associated .

    @ViCustomerCare After discussion with one of the customer care agents it was confirmed that the extra amount added in my bill Rs.248 will not be waived off. I am very disappointed that I have been using your network for the past ten plus years.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I initiated a port-in request to Vi 4 days ago but there’s been complete radio silence since. No updates, no timeline. Isn’t the porting time limit supposed to be 3 days? If this is the level of service before port-in, I am afraid for future. Please clarify.
