@VodafoneIN facing pathetic network services. Calls dropping, calls failing, voice crackles, low speed 4G internet speed. Ticket logged (36359118831), but I am sure it’s of no use. The network issue persists since Vodafone merged with Idea.

@VodafoneIN I am a very old customer of Vodafone and nowadays, I am having unbelievable trouble w the network services provided by Vodafone. So I went to the store and was told that because of @VodafoneIN and @Idea coming together I am having network problems.

@iamjunedshelat @VodafoneIN Lol.. my calling also affected now.. Vodafone somehow chooses Idea tower for my area.. And Idea is worst here.. indoor network is 0. @VodafoneIN please look into this. Do proper evaluation before rolling out any changes.. Help..!!

@VodafoneIN Not going to pay rental for next 2 months and from onwards to network issue resolves. Please note, you charge us 100 for paying late and why should I pay you if your will not solve problems on time. I'm expecting solution till 28th not your feedback or reason of problem.

In the morning I called @ViCustomerCare but the call was not attended. So, being frustated I opted for a port to @reliancejio . After raising the port request the network and data has improved from 3G, H+ to Volte, 4G. I mean, Wow!

@mukulneetika @ViCustomerCare Thanks! Going to give this a shot, Mukul. I actually filed to port my number from VI to Airtel yesterday. So this tip is timely. Same issue as Shashikant - calls don't connect. The other party keeps hearing beeps after I pick up the call on the iPhone. Very frustrating.
