@VodafoneIN Are what that's not that not. Evertime you make us frusted due to poor network. I hope corona will go away but your problem will he as it is. I am realy regreating having this network. Since 8 month you saying we are resolving. 10 times you taken address but not single visit done

@VodafoneIN 5th month on, still no network after the outage in April! @VodafoneIN visited several Vodafone stores multiple times & finally the SIM got replaced on Sunday, still the SIM is inactive and heavy bills&harrasment for collection without reason/usage @rmstakkar you are my last hope.

@VodafoneIN @idea_cares After complaining & appealing many times my network & Internet speed issues have not been solved yet.. When I call customer care they say system down will call back within an hour but it’s next day and no call.

But when i bought the pack it was 28 days validity, and Vi provided service only for 14 days, which is deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. Vi does this everytime, irrespective of the plan. Vi is super fraud.

It's already 10:30 AM and as per vodafone india website working hours for store is 10:00 AM to 7:00PM. Now what should a customer do stand outside and wait when the store open and his issues get resolved...?? @ViCustomerCare It is the 2nd store I am visiting and it's closed..?
