    @ViCustomerCare They say every hour VI is installing 100 Network towers,I guess they are only focusing on installing towers,not focusing on making it work,they say VI is now 5G in Delhi/Ncr but truth is VI's network is not even capable to provide 2G connectivity.Already Made complaint many times

    @ViCustomerCare Are ur cust care persons stupid? Or are ur billing person thieves ? I have THRICE called on cust care in last 1 yr to turn off international roaming on family number - they say done, but you keep charging me 149 w/o my consent. Do you want a consumer court case ?

    Booked a @ViCustomerCare SIM online. Requested the delivery partner to come before 6:30pm due to work. He said “cancel it if you can’t wait.” So I did. Now I know why Vodafone’s losing customers. No wonder Airtel stays ahead. Great escape. #CustomerServiceFail #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare dera team its been 48 hours since i raised a request to deactivate my family plan and assign it individually and till now it is not yet and even the ticket has been closed without any solution. Is this how your support team works ????
