    @ViCustomerCare ??? Can you please check DM and stop using the scam tactic being the provider!!! This is not a good sign coming from your end, I need a detail explanation when did I confirm for activation of callertune through which service and give me the call log.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after payment is made, the customer is not given a receipt of payment and does not immediately process the closure on their number.And says that when the number closes after a week, you will have to repay the remaining rupee.

    @ViCustomerCare So why would a customer be better off joining a standard company like Jio than wasting his money in such a lousy company? Vodfone users please be aware of all such scams and join another company in time.

    @ViCustomerCare The company does not support the customer at all. Finally I had to pay the wrong amount to activate my number because I have to keep in touch with me but the company that is doing it is really deceptive. In the short run your company will shut down.
