Extremely bad call quality and it's getting terrible with every passing day. @ViCustomerCare do we pay for just to tell our friends, "Let me call you on WhatsApp"? @DoT_India, you still monitoring call quality of the mobile carriers?

@ViCustomerCare Still no response and no update. Still unable to use data services. ETA provided was 07-Mar-2023. And now the complaint has been marked resolved. If issue isn’t resolved by this weekend, I will file a consumer complaint citing deficiency of service. @jagograhakjago

@ViCustomerCare Very bad network quality. Network connection constantly jumping from voLTE to 2G to netoff irrespective of location change. Very disappointed by VI.

@ViCustomerCare I have been facing network (call& internet) issue in my area consistently, although I have complained about it several times but result is zero. In the evening 5-10 pm internet is worst, you can't even read WhatsApp Status. It is with 4G!! would you believe @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare the sim is showing network but is un-operational, last call I recieved was 8 days ago after that calling is also not possible, internet stopped working weeks ago.

@ViCustomerCare needed eSim of my Idea mobile number , writing mails and complaints, but no avail . Humble request to pay attention, standard answer is not the resolution. Special request be taken for expeditious migration to E-Sim
