My Vi no activated at in Pune (2016) was disabled without giving me prior information. As per customer care in Thane, reason was 5 yrs old SIM card & I have to convert my no to postpaid if I want to active the same no since it is of Pune circle @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

I purchased vi sim 3 years ago and I purchased it today for internet. Needless to say it haven't improved a bit. **** remains ****. They can't even ensure continuous 3G connection , forget about 4G / 5G. @ViCustomerCare
