    Hi @ViCustomerCare, Im on the ₹299 prepaid plan with unlimited 5G. Ive used only 110GB and my 5G stopped working suddenly. I did use 90GB via hotspot for work (didn’t realize it's restricted). Kindly restore my 5G access — I won’t repeat this. Please help! 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Thats Why Mass Port-out being carried out . People are Leaving VI just Because of Its Pathetic Network Coverage. Like seriously its 2025 .you can not even providing 2G network coverage in All Part of area In Odisha. Forget 4G or 5G . Give Proper Services we will support You .

    @ViCustomerCare you can have online payment for sim delivery but no provision for refund in case you failed to give service.. I ordered sim 1 week ago online by spending 365 rs and no activation yet. What worst service you are providing
