    @ViCustomerCare Past 3 months,you are charging me unnecessarily.Customer service is useless.Everytime I raise a complaint,they keep repeating that their system is robust & continuing to charge me for internet usage even though my mobile data has been turned off the entire time.

    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset

    @ViCustomerCare A brand doesn’t lose customers because of one technical issue. It loses customers when frontline staff become disrespectful. Today at VI Store, Mayur Vihar, the response to a customer concern was: “Jahan complaint karni hai kar do.”
