    @ViCustomerCare In the last month I already changed my sim card now again I am facing same issue for network , your network is not coming from the date of 11 September till now, today I visited near airoli station gallery they told me again need to change sim card and it's chargeable

    @ViCustomerCare why did hire goons at your service station? I was at South Ex 1, New Delhi station. A guy named Puneet harassed and abused me clearly denied services and said do whatever you want to do. He said his manager Nitin won’t believe me that this happened. Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare You guys just closed your shop and don't make fraud with the customers in every 15 to 20 days your network is going to close till 4 5 days. Your network is not coming from 10 September to till now in the last month I change sim card due to faced same issue now again same issue .

    @ViCustomerCare I talked to your team more than 2/3hrs you guys are saying "we understand you concerns" with helpless result, Kindly first check the records of complaint since 10thsep only i need is good connectivity or refund if dont able to provide proper internet service
