@ViCustomerCare I requested to disconnect one of my connection thrice. 1st on 30 May, 2nd time on 8 June and 3rd time I called yesterday and the phone got disconnected while your customer care executive was transferring call to her supervisor. You guys keep on billing me.

@ViCustomerCare Vidya, looks like twitter handle for #Vodafone sends an automated sympathy message. Never recd. a call from you. Went to store again, they replaced SIM & promised it'd be active in 3 hours, yet nothing happened. Wondering, porting to @JioCare or @airtelindia is the best solution

Hey @ViCustomerCare your choose your number and sim delivery is worst service i have ever seen i have ordered twice from 23 june but nobody response also i visited vi store twice near by me they only try to sell postpaid nothing else nobody want to take responsibility pathetic
