    @ViCustomerCare how to connect your customer care I tried your 198 number which is **** I can't talk with any person just looping with an automated message only anyway to connect your customer care person.

    During the powercut network is being unavailable in the locations. The local handler is not using the generator or other option to run the tower. We are facing No Network every time during the power cut. Look into it @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband you guys are the worst ISP. Its been two days since the internet has been gone. No intimation,no resolution till now and your customer care is trash. The representative don’t t even lift the call. You guys are good at fake promising and fooling.

    @ViCustomerCare very bad internet connection midnight and I cannot use my internet because there's a very bad network and indoor and outdoor so please I am I am begging you the fixed issue
