    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, I am facing network problem in Nadimpalli, Proddatur. Not even getting calls in many of the cases and even Calls are not connecting to any one when ever I dial, only after 4 to 5 trials calls are connecting. IVR voice- 'Ye calls nahi connect hosakthe'

    Hey @ViCustomerCare They provide the worst service. There are people in VI customer care who are disconnecting your call while talking to you. So it would be better to leave this and buy another company's SIM. So that you do not face such problem.

    @ViCustomerCare having trouble with my vi number it's showing no service since last 10hrs . I've tried changing the sim card to other phone but same issue and I'm in the area of good network coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare apparently my postpaid number has been permanently blocked because of some document verification has failed (number has been on for 7 years) now and I have to travel to Bangalore to fix it? Didn't even get a notice about it. What a ******* clownshow 🤡🤡

    What kind of irritating service is this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? I can receive SMS from Vodafone but cannot send SMS to Vodafone. + @ViCustomerCare Tried changing phone, replaced the Sim Card too but no luck. Call centre/gallery people don't know anything, confusing IVR

    @ViCustomerCare In Delhi , Vi do very well, i am happy with its net speed and call quality later there were a net speed problem but now problems have solved . I really don't know why people leaving Vi ? It's facility of All night free data 12 to 6 am and weekend data rollover are excellent 👍
