    @ViCustomerCare I've raised customer complaint few days back that internet and sms service is not working. That issue is yet not resolved and voice customer care seems has blocked my no. You provide pathetic service and customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare I had made a complaint on Dec 11 about leaving outgoing before the package validity was over.But Dec 21, i haven't solved my problem. So I've been Port this connection since 2003. with the realization that Vi is the worst network ever.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir recently I have contacted your customer care executive to enable volte service for my mobile number but they said that volte service isn't available in our network. But few of my friends are already using volte in their own phones.
