    @DoT_India Thank you Sir/Madam for this. My concern with @ViCustomerCare is that they lied for more than 3 months about working on the Network issue. I could have ported in Sept'21 itself & saved us all of this trouble had VI been honest. Their network engineer visited the site in (1/1)

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Sep'21. I had also enquired about the process for booster. If its allowed, whose permission to be taken, etc. but wasn't informed about that too. Anyways, since VI still doest know how much time it will take for network to get better, I will start the porting process. (2/3)

    @rmstakkar Just FYI. The pains that your loyal Customer (12+ yrs with 5 nos.) has to go through. 9 days follow up with your @ViCustomerCare for resolution of wrong billing. Leave aside resolution, they have stopped outgoing & have forced me to pay the incorrect amt.
