    @ViCustomerCare service internet down in Mudkhed Town in Nanded District Maharashtra it's a third time every time technical issue every time customer don't get service for more than 24hrs if you we just wasted 3days from our plan if you can't run the company close it down

    @ViCustomerCare I got help from customer care..I called them..then they spoke to retail store representative from my phone and explained them..then retail store person agreed...Looks like she was trying to push for a case to buy new postpaid card rather than replacement prepaid sim for lost sim

    I think only option left with me is take legal action against @ViCustomerCare As my problem is neglected everytime, Just registering complaint is not the solution. They are registering my complaints from last 4 months but I got no results. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare struggling with internet speed...had upgraded my postpaid plan ...speed of internet is 0.35 Mbps...please look into this.. getting full signal strength still speed is too slow

    @ViCustomerCare my issue is not resolved yet. I am being billed since last month for services I have not used. Last month 1448, this month unbilled amount till now 14,000 +. I have seen tweets from other Vodafone customers that they are facing same problem @TRAI please take note
