    @ViCustomerCare on RedX plan,still unable to activate amazon prime saying it is already activated however,I do not have prime membership it was deactivated wn I changd frm previous postpaid to redx,customer care ain't helping & straightforward denying,Is this y I pay 1296Rs/mnth?

    @ViCustomerCare no, not fastest..poorest 4g in world. 2 days internet down. I hv imp wrk to do. Finishing on frnds @reliancejio's hotspot. Irritating. Already complained. Hv to wait for 2 huge days. Good bye vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I went to the Malad west VI store near Liberty Garden today but again they have denied to take my documents stating that they will take my docs only when I convert my prepaid number in to postpaid They are forcing me to convert my prepaid connection in to postpaid. Kindly help.
