    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, I am facing network problem in Nadimpalli, Proddatur. Not even getting calls in many of the cases and even Calls are not connecting to any one when ever I dial, only after 4 to 5 trials calls are connecting. IVR voice- 'Ye calls nahi connect hosakthe'

    @ViCustomerCare I am a customer past 15 years. And also a share holder. Now I am being harassed by Vodafone and its customer service. They keep deducting my balance and activating caller tunes. Their customer service support is pathetic. They can't do anything. They blame it on the company.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call 10 mins back from +919339527228 who claimed to be a Vodafone person. He asked me about my issue and when I told him that others had called today as well, he just hung up I am shocked!!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Your team did an Rs. 99/- IR recharge the last time this happened. try with that once. Also, The steps you messaged were already shared on the first day I raised this issue. Guess you need to dig deeper. FYI I am not able to call from this number whilst on IR

    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_CEO I have been your customer for the last 15 years and suddenly my sms stopped working and called your support to understand and they were like you have to recharge with higher amount to get the service activated. Is this a joke? I LOST OTP FROM 5 DAYS.
