@ViCustomerCare Just received a call from Vodafone, upon receiving a lady said in bengali, "I have called you to cancel your port request." I have the call recording. It was not a request or apologies for bad service or a promotional offer.

@ViCustomerCare have visited store for changing Postpaid to Prepaid of my father (Age 64) Manager ( Mr. Omprakash) & CE ( Miss. Laxmi) saying that customer have to visit the store, given request letter to change but not accepted why? No support to Senior Citizen Really Upset
