Dear @ViCustomerCare its high time now. Since the start of the pandemic I hv moved to my hometown in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I use a Vodafone Kolkata connection, I hv repeatedly reported poor 4G coverage & no VoLTE. It's bn 2 years now and u still don't hv VoLTE in Jharkhand.

@ViCustomerCare with same number, they are asking to bring some xyz persons proofs which was mistakenly linked to that number. Please do help in this regard immediately, he is loosing his customers as the sim is not working since few days.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare plz accept d fact dat u chose to ignore Bihar Jharkhand Circle. N in this day n age if u don't provide VoLTE I can't continue. I hv given u 2 years since I hv bn using ur service for 10 years bt I can't kp paying for smthng wen u r ripping me off.
