    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Issue still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and NCH complaint. Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate this matter to PG Portal.

    @ViCustomerCare My postpaid bill is due in 4 days. Why am I getting 4-5 automated calls everyday? I have complained to your customer care multiple times but they are not doing anything. Please fix otherwise I'll escalate further @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare My concern does not need a personalized solution. It needs a generic solution from your end. You need to make changes to your recharge policies so that all VI consumers like myself get benefitted.
