    @ViCustomerCare Seriously? I ported to your service from Bsnl, the sim provided was faulty and lesser I know boarded flight to different country, now been 4 months no resolution, customer care is so pathetic keep asking same documents again and again. Can’t do bank transfer nothing . Worst ever

    @sundar_s1955 @ViCustomerCare Sir, I had similar experience and Vodafone management was interested in resolving the issue, though I was the customer for longest period.

    Hi team, We are using two consecutive VI  numbers  and we have recharged number 1 on Thursday and today while recharging for 2 mistakenly we have recharged again for 1.  No response even after sending mail to customer care @ViCustomerCare
