    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    @ViCustomerCare I’d like to draw attention to the Bihta area in Patna district, where NIT Patna’s Bihta campus is located. With 4,000+ students, it’s disappointing that none of the major telecom operators provide proper 5G connectivity here. Airtel, Jio, everything sucks.

    @ViCustomerCare Shifted fo Jio to Vi last month .I got full network in my house but whenever i go tho other place it diminishes the network totally zero .Nalbari ,Assam ,781369 and nearest area.

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment as instructed, my postpaid to prepaid request is still unresolved. Constantly being redirected with no solution. Losing trust—moving to another network now. #CustomerExperience
