    @ViCustomerCare your exe Vishal at one of Delhi store was so professional and courteous that he advised me to Permanently Surrender Vi number if YOUR network strength doesn't reach my place rather than offering solution. Wow. I like the idea so much that I've decided to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare I using idea network for more than 10 years. But from past 6-7 months, It takes me around two-three attempts to make a call from my number. My message services are not working too. Please resolve my issue.
