@ViCustomerCare For the last 7 days My VI no is not having any network. Visited Customer Care Anil Plaza Guwahati they said there is network outrage it will resolved soon. How much time will it take or shall we port to Airtel or Jio. Pathetic service. Rel no 156559815

@ViCustomerCare Internet service working, outgoing call working as both these services are chargeable but incoming call not working as the service is free. Don’t try to make your customers foolish.

@ViCustomerCare such a pathetic service you are providing. Your CS says that i have placed a request to deactivate one of my number and all of sudden it stopped working. 18th March they say someone placed a request and on 23rd may it gets deactivated without any confirmation.

@ViCustomerCare all working. My Mail Id needs to be updated as old not working. As per outlet person my signature not matched .I have signed and sent Pancard and other mail of 2015 just to show the signature of that time. No one is able to understand what action to be taken

Day 5 - Still facing both the issues. I understand that solving network issue can take a little time but i have been reporting the issue from past 1 year. Night data issue should have been resolved by now as i have provided the screenshots of recharges. @ViCustomerCare
