@ViCustomerCare I just port my sim in to VI network & next what services got pathetic. Got 2.89kbps speed. Doesn't matter are you inside or outside. I didn't understand how did you guys show decent internet speed in advertisement? Raise many times request but no response.

@airtelindia is abysmal in my area. I've raised several requests to get the issue fixed but they close the requests after marking it solved while not improving anything at all. Terrible network, terrible service! Thinking of getting to @ViCustomerCare when the plan expires
