    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn 5+ days, no delivery. Order cancelled due to “technical reason.” Still waiting for refund (Order ID: DCHD20042685728). If you can’t provide the service, don’t promise it. Need refund status ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare You mentioned there is conjunction in network because of "many users" using at same time. Now what? If you've rectified that then, come up with solution. "add new sites"

    Very disappointed with @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia . My wife’s SIM was suddenly deactivated without prior notice, causing major inconvenience. Customer care was unable to provide a clear reason. Request immediate resolution

    Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi network in my area is terrible. No internet and constant call drops. I've complained to customer care multiple times but got absolutely no response or resolution. Please fix this immediately! #ViNetwork #NetworkIssue
