@ViCustomerCare we (Idea Customers) award you with "Worst Service Award". As "Idea" you had great network and service quality. Once you merged with Vodafone, new entity had all the bad qualities of Vodafone. We, the customers of Idea got screwed in the process. @AdityaBirlaGrp

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup it’s pathetic that Vi support couldnt enable my caller tune, deactivated it and with their wrong suggestions i again land to debit of amount with no caller tune service. Seriously doubt on quality of employee And service Vi gave #vodafonepathetic

Hey @ViCustomerCare , it is very horrible experience while surfing internet via you're telecom connection , my neighbours also got your telecom connections & they also have same problem. I urge you please look upon this matter or I have to switch to another telecom connection.
