Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.     Recharged with the ₹349 plan, but since 5G is unavailable in my area, I'm limited to 1.5 GB/day on 4G. I have been trying to recharge with the ₹55 Unlimited Data add-on, but every payment attempt fails. Despite multiple attempts and contacting customer support @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered a sim card on Friday and the status is still order placed. Boasts of 24 hour delivery but fails to even take an order. Paid even for the plan and completed KYC. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi prepaid number has suddenly stopped working in Delhi. The SIM is detected by the phone, but there is no network signal and it shows No Service. I have tested the SIM in another phone as well, with the same issue. Please check and assist urgently. 8561031482

    @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. I’m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

    @ViCustomerCare is getting worse day by day. I have been a user of Voda since 2006 with two connections, now as I am facing a issue with a recharge, when called customer care, they just disconnected in between without giving any resolution. It's such a hard work to connect them.
