    @ViCustomerCare, Recently I moved to Singapore, after 1 month of usage the SIM card stopped detecting the network. Had multiple calls with India customer care and they ask me to visit a store in India. I wud be visiting India in Feb next year. My number is linked to my imp acc.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, someone called and tried to convince me that the ₹1000/- I paid is not enough to cover ₹60 + ₹470. And that I have to pay the bill. My bill shows -467.92. I would like to escalate this issue. Also, I don’t mind paying for a maths class for the agent who called me.

    @ViCustomerCare I am sharing complaint number in image attached. I am literally being harassed to pay for service for which i was charged without asking. Plz look into the matter or else 5 number are getting port to @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your days are numbered. Going to file a court case against you. It’s been around a week I’m not able to generate UPC just because someone added me in their family add on. Spent hours with customer care but no resolution. Now I don’t care, I’ll see this legally.
