Alpana Shah (@shah_alpana) reported@DoT_India As per @ViCustomerCare alternate number given by customer cannot be removed. As per them it is a mandatory thing. I couldn't find any regulation which mandates a customer to give alternate number. Can you clarify.

Chhatarpur has 0 bars of connection with Vodafone and since I use two sims, JIO on the other hand has full bars. So fix it.
