@ViCustomerCare Very bad experience since last few days. Network shows full bars but most of the apps don't open. Even twitter was not loading properly a few minutes ago. Even after complaining three times problem not solved. Thinking of switching to BSNL

i ported from airtel to vi only for 4gb daily data on 449 plan , i saw nowhere that plan is listed on recharge page , its a huge let down for new customers . @ViCustomerCare pls bring back 449 pack .
