@VodaIdea_NEWS,@ViCustomerCare Vi is one of the worst network in my area, there is no 3g& 4g connectivity, whenever I am complaining about it, I get the reply that my issue will be solved within 3 days, and the 3days has not completed since from the last 6months

Hi @ViCustomerCare , I am pathetic customer of your esteemed network, so called VI. Your 4G speed which is 0, Previously I was using 3G network which is satisfactory compared to 4G. Now 3G data closed by network.🥺, Why? I am not expecting 4G speed but enable me at least 3G one.
