    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Sir i am happy with all your services untill using net with vi becomes worst. I have opted for an whole year plan with vi but the net is is so horrible. At nights when i want to surf and play games it doesn't work.

    @ViCustomerCare earlier i complained about slow speed and High ping in online games at that time i was receiving 4g network with slow speed and unstable latency now I'm getting 3G most of the time even 2G sometimes thank you .

    @ViCustomerCare I have 6 RS. On main balance. I have recharged with 79 Rs. I am not able to send text messages SMS. I asked customer care and they asked me to recharge with 129 rs. Why can't i send SMS with 6 RS. Balance with normal charge 1.5 rs.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi become top worst network provider in India. No proper internet coverage Call droppings issue Poor customer service Vi should be banned in india

    @ViCustomerCare it's okay you are giving extra data but at least give stable connection so that we can properly? Don't want extra data I want limited data with high speed! My network is frequently Fractured and interested goes off.. Sorry didn't expected from your side

    @Aayushgrover15 @ViCustomerCare Lost my 10 yrs old number in theft in USA & @ViCustomerCare asking me to spend Rs. 60-70k to fly back to India to get it back. I’ve provided all kind of identity proofs but they’re saying the only way is to be physically present. Are we still living in 1990s or what? Plz help!

    @DeepuSh44240748 @ViCustomerCare Please make available a service validity recharges below MRP of 30INR for a month with all services with limited talk balance, this will surely help us and @ViCustomerCare too because such category of customers will not cause congestion to your network.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my VI number 7359928004 but can't due to i can not send SMS even i have main Balance. VI very bad experience i will port anyhow to JIO or Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using 699 so called premium plan of vi and still facing the issue of cove from last 1.5 month so much of fluctuation and I paying the bill why?? Do I need to pay bill kindly pause my bill cycle till my problem resolve complaint number 3-107516103333
