@ViCustomerCare After merger of Idea Cellular with Vodafone, VI customer care executives are negligent, careless and indifferent, are reluctant to reply emails. Reply is mechanical and it does not address the issue raised. On 27th Aug. I wrote for security refund but no reply.

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare despite several issues technical technological N social we were being loyal 2 d VI just 2 keep d competition alive. Increasing d rent is disheartening. Despite d rumours I hv thought 2 be loyal till last day but now time 2 quit VI for sure

@ViCustomerCare Why we are not able to send SMS even after balance is there. There must be enabled all services when balance and validity are there. Don't do such cheap things to loot customer. You will loose your remaining customers too.
