@ViCustomerCare Recently, a customer service agent contacted said they couldn't solve the issue due to distance from tower even though both networks came from the same tower. Switching to Airtel for better service. Thank you for trying to help. #Vi #Airtel

Hi @ViCustomerCare i am having @Airtel_Presence and also @JioCare with me,equally getting signals in them and sms for otp's.i don't know why to struggle for you in international roaming.other 2 are not charging even a single penny for signal and sms &you asking 149INR,Help ASAP!

But till now complaint has not been solved. This type fraud is regulated by @ViCustomerCare . I am sure that's why this company is going to dead because its service is unacceptable. If it was @airtelindia or @JioCare the sim has activated same day and recharge have done.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Vodafone has barred my family number without any information in middle of service. Don't know what is wrong and it's more than 24 hours with no update. This is why your prime customers are started to leaving you.

@ViCustomerCare is the worst customer care service across India. They left me nowhere with no network. They promised me to port from post to pre over call but now my postpaid sim is deactivated but no signal in prepaid. #NotoVI
