    @ViCustomerCare Still no network at my house. I was promised the issue would be resolved by the 22nd, but nothing has been done yet. This kind of delay shows a lack of concern for customer problems. Expected much better from such a reputed company. #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    @ViCustomerCare i have not opted for DND service still call are going in spam due to which iam not getting any call from delivery guys

    @district_india surprisingly I did not get any call on my @ViCustomerCare 5G network . However, if you are saying you tried I must believe you. Nonetheless I have DM the other number and email as well for your reference @elegantlywasted

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn 5+ days, no delivery. Order cancelled due to “technical reason.” Still waiting for refund (Order ID: DCHD20042685728). If you can’t provide the service, don’t promise it. Need refund status ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is still pending. Zero data connectivity indor . I complained for a week but no resolution. Also close complaint.

    I have been suffering from a low quality network issue of @ViCustomerCare from last week. I am doing my important work and their network is starting to lag and break. Please fix this issue, or shut down this scheme if you can't provide proper service! (Plan 398Rs, 4G unlimited)

    @ViCustomerCare worthless. Come to my location and prove that your network is indeed as good as you claimed in DM. I can use 1.5 GB of data very smoothly every day, the rest is wasted. Thank you for that. Please don't copy and paste the text in the DM.
