    @ViCustomerCare I hve raised sevral complnt regdng poor internet speed for mob no 9826070446 but no improvement. When customer ports the number than u peple request for ntwk improvement and home visit etc etc. Why don't you react properly at very first complaints of the customer.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about the Internet speed issue from quite a few months on app. But no resolution is provided. Though I receive call from CCare, but they always seem in a hurry to wrap up the call and speak in same scripted tone. Please2 look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Problem not solved I'm not paid the of this month which is generat on 14 th apr 2021, No network issues Call dropped Out off network So much problem faced And losses faced in business above 5 lac INR DUE TO VI network only in From March end to yesterday

    . @ViCustomerCare You dont time your automated calls for sim verification close to midnight. And you don't program them in Hindi if the customer location is a non-Hindi speaking state. What kind of a failure are you
