I also attached the vi app screenshot about my network speed.@TRAI look into it @ViCustomerCare is not providing the solution. I can't attended the classes due to this speed.i have call recording too with the customer care.

@ViCustomerCare, i have been trying to register a complaint against unauthorized deduction from my prepaid account. the service guys are transferring the call to their managers and i have no responses from them. i have called today 4 times and have recording but no response.
