    @ViCustomerCare is there a service outage in and around Roorkee, Uttarakhand? Three phones with no network over a stretch of 20 Kms or so.

    @ViCustomerCare customer since 2007 started with idea now vi but things are getting ugly as biggest network of country doesn't care any more for their customers. With fastest network you can't call any bsnl landline number which is just a basic requirement for any user.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI VI has disabled sms facility particularly on 1900 so customer can't get port code to port out to other company.aftrany complain they ppl not responding.very disappointing.
