    Sr. No. 3-143332665499, which is in progress. The expected resolution date is 17-Jul-2025 at 10:03:24 AM - @ViCustomerCare - 1 registered complain time is over no response !! Already 6 days have passed pathetic service response !!

    @VICustomercare My complaint No: [GUJ-V01847327878] was closed without resolution. I'm still facing the same issue. Your team gives no proper replies despite repeated complaints. This is my last warning. We shall switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia if not fixed.

    I was recharged top up Rs.50 & 10. I have received a message also, but when I dial the number it's saying out of service, but balance show Rs.50/- Please check and update. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Very disappointed! No proper solution provided for my complaint. Also, 198 & 199 helpline numbers don’t give any option to talk to a customer care agent. How are customers supposed to get help? Please fix this ASAP. #Vi #CustomerServiceFail
