    @ViCustomerCare it's almost 1 year done with following for refund cheque but still not received my refund cheque. More than 1 year gone after portability. It's means once customer has changed network than their is no responsibility for theri previous customer.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar This is the worst experience I had with a telecom company. I had a Vodafone Sim which was not working. I have visited your Gorgaon East Gallery for have a SIMEX request. They have given me a new SIM and promised to activate it

    @ViCustomerCare How 'shortly' should I expect you or your team to get in touch? Do I need to wait indefinitely, just to convert from Post to Pre. I would rather now port to another subscriber given the painful service.

    @ViCustomerCare Utterly disappointed with your network. I inserted my SIM in Google Pixel 6 and your customer care team and store says it is detected as a 3G handset. I can't take calls or mobile data works. Fantasticcc...

    @ViCustomerCare Just now received a call from @ViCustomerCare and they still don't have a solution to this issue. I am surprised that such a big brand even after 7 years still needs more time to resolve this issue. Was not aware that this company is technically so weak and struggling big time.

    @ViCustomerCare would love to give the info there but it asks for an OTP. My network is effed and I am not receiving ANY messages from the past 3 days. Any other option?
